Lo staff è gentilissimo e anche il ristorante offre buonissimi piatti vegetariani. Il bagno ha una perdita d' acqua che proviene dal lavandino. A parte questo, niente da ridire.

• Ganesh (5/5): Excellent staff, yet the room size and location could have been better. - Mr. Lalit Negi, the Front Office Manager, was exceptionally courteous and helpful throughout our stay. His professionalism and warm approach made the entire experience smooth and pleasant. Truly a gentleman who goes above and beyond for guests. While the service was excellent, I was not fully satisfied with the room size and the overall location. These aspects could have been better.

Good breakfast served and the guy managing breakfast was caring towards our need. Clean and well maintained. Nearby area has a open fish and meat market which smells awful. Nothing wrong with the property though.

• N (1/5): - Staff Mr. Lalit Negi is an arrogant and ill-mannered staff. Was questioning my stay on Day 1 asking that I have only single occupancy. Without doing his homework of checking he stopped me and my father from going to my room with questioning mind as if we are fraudsters. The Veronica hotel charges Rs. 800 for losing that 50rs plastic card. I showed them multiple vendors in Vadodara making cards at 50rs but they were arrogant and was like it cost us Rs 400 etc etc. Very horrible stay. Will never ever recommend to anyone.

Bed seemed clean and tea, toiletries (even toilet paper), etc. were provided. Room had also a chair and table to sit and you could order food from the restaurant. They do accept foreigners and were friendly. Could've been a tad cleaner, especially bathroom. Still for Indian standards, it was okayish.
