Mary T (7/5): Decent bed and breakfast with some issues - 3rd floor room with excellent views, good WiFi and amazing breakfast. Room was quite warm with clear instructions from owner to NOT change the settings. We could have opened a window but no screens present and we didn’t want bugs. No window covering on large window, so we were up with the sun. We had a private bathroom but it was down the hall and inconvenient. Would benefit from a clock.

The extra twin bed squeaked a little when my daughter tossed and turned at night, but it didn't cause a problem. The hot tub was amazing, and you can see the stars from the edge of the tub. Shawn, the host, was easy to reach with questions and very responsive. Breakfast was delicious! They even accommodated my gluten-free dietary restriction which was an unexpected surprise. Shawn also gave us great advice for other hikes and things to do while we were in the area.

Started at the front door about muddy boots, be on time for breakfast or … don’t use white wash clothes for makeup or we charge you…use the hot tub BUT. …way too many signs with negative messages. Don’t touch the window (it was broken for who knows how long ) Signs, signs everywhere signs..do this don’t do that, can’t you read the signs? Leave the dishes on the table…breakfast last seating still too early. Sorry to be such a bother…not a welcomed guest/customer.

The host Shawn was very helpful and friendly, he even upgraded our tv during our stay. We loved the hot tub which is outside and reservable so you have your own time. The breakfasts were delicious with only the best ingredients. The grounds had vantage points for sunrise, sunset and were perfect for stargazing! My only regret is that we didn’t book a reservation for one of their outfitter services. NA
Marie (9/5): We would choose to stay again in the Chamisa room again. Shawn is wonderful - Shawn,the owner, was such a nice person, he worked with us on room arrangements. We ended up in our original scheduled room, Chamisa, the 2nd night & we loved that room. He even had our luggage transferred to our room. We understand a breakfast schedule but I personally did not like it. If you’re older & can’t lug luggage up 3 flights of stairs, don’t choose the Chamisa, we had everything in a backpack.

David (10/5): - Booked the Chamisa room - very spacious and had everything we needed. Excellent location and proximity to town and Capitol Reef NP. Morning breakfast was a nice treat too. A bit awkward to have bathroom separate from main room. You have to leave the main room and cross the hall to go to bathroom. Bathroom did not lock fro. the outside which meant in theory that anyone could use it, but this didn't happen as far as we could tell.

Charles (10/5): Not a hotel but good accommodations. - The place is owned and run by a man who lives on site. There is no front desk so you must make sure to get the email for check in instructions. Breakfast is included and it was good! The bed was too firm and very uncomfortable. I slept poorly. The owner also owns a tour company and can help with tours. There are very few lodging options in the very small town of Torrey. This one is fine.

EVELYNE (9/5): LOGEMENT FORT AGRÉABLE - Joli endroit au calme avec une vue parfaite.. Prise de la localisation très facile. Logement très propre, literie agréable. Un petit balcon vient agrémenter celui-ci. Petit déjeuner local enfin made in USA. Pour des français un peu difficile le salé mais c'est ça l'adaptation !!! Hôte très sympathique. Parle un peu français avec un accent adorable. Merci d'avoir voulu partager avec nous.. Nous recommandons ce logement à 100%. RIEN

Kees (10/5): Ruime kamer met mooi uitzicht! - Het uitzicht op Capitol Reef NP, het ontbijt was heerlijk, zeer ruime kamer, vriendelijk personeel/eigenaar. Tour met eigenaar met ATV’s was geweldig! Hierdoor onverwacht ineens een hoogtepunt van de vakantie vooral voor onze tieners.

JOANNE (9/5): Great place, close to Capital Reef. The host is amazing! I only wish that we would’ve known more about some of the fly f - This was a wonderful place to spend an evening while we were touring capital reef. The only suggestion I would make would be to have an option to either serve breakfast much earlier or to offer a sack continental breakfast. We wanted to visit the park early and it was very difficult for us to do that without having to come back or delaying our departure time to go into the park.

Junko (10/5): - We took the Jeep tour, and it was so much fun. The guide took us to places most of the tourist would not see in the Capital Reef. Brekfast was very good, and I loved the view from our room. I would go back there again.

Kari (9/5): Very nice breakfast! - A very quiet place up on a hill just outside Torrey. Our room (Juniper) was clean, had a very big shower, and a great view! The breakfast in the morning was very nice. Freshly made pancakes and scrambled eggs with a good drip coffee and a nice chat with the owner. By the way, the breakfast changes every day, so look at the menu besides the front door.
Nella (10/5): - We didn’t realize we’d booked a bed and breakfast but it was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Our teen girls enjoyed the property so much they decided to cancel the raft trip in Moab so they could sleep in. It was the perfect break in the middle of a long road trip visiting 6 national parks.

Jacqueline (8/5): - The Skyridge Inn was very pleasant with a very nice view and location - convenient to restaurants in Torrey and access to Capitol Reef National Park. A great breakfast was made to order every morning. Our room (the Cedar) was sufficient but probably one of the smallest rooms at the Inn. We did not have time to avail ourselves of the hot tub. One of the best things about the Inn was that it was the location of the Capitol Reef Outfitters. Shawn - the owner/operator of the Inn and Outfitters - was a super nice guy who took us on an unforgettable ATV tour of an area near Capitol Reefs. He showed us beautiful scenery and an exciting road trip. He really went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed the tour which happened to be a free promotional gift for staying at the Inn!!
Stephen (9/5): Excellent stay in the stunning Capitol Reef NP. - Wonderful guest house so convenient to Capitol Reef NP, and quaint Torrey. Great service and comfortable rooms, and the setting on the elevated position looking to the mountains was amazing. Great breakfast as well! We would stay again.

Valued (6/5): Cleanliness lacking - The location and setting was very nice. Breakfast was great. The room was as advertised. The bathroom did not appear to be cleaned thoroughly as there was urine spots on the toilet under the seat and hairs in the sink. Unfortunately we had left an item behind before leaving for the airport. I contacted Sean and he seemed happy to help with arranging shipping of the item with myself paying of course. He requested my information via text and said he would check for the items when returning to the Inn. I sent that immediately. I texted him to follow up after not hearing anything after 4 days and never received a response.

Kimberly (3/5): No drapes. Minimum privacy. Charge $55 for bloody nose. - The location. It was very close to Capital Reef National Park. It was clean. Breakfast was delicious. Owner gave some tips on hiking and activities in the area. The room was up to date. Our room had no drapes. There were huge windows into the bedroom and bathroom. No drapes even in the bathroom. You could see in. There were strange laminated signs everywhere telling us what we couldn't do. We were charged $55 for a bloody nose on the pillow case. The fans in our room didn't work and the glass on the window was cracked with another strange laminated sign telling us not to touch window. The room was so hot. There were signs everywhere about restrictions on the hot tub . No one used it and I think it was because they were afraid. No one was there when we arrived to greet us. There was an open store so assumed the owners weren't concerned with theft but then charged $55 for a pillow that got bloody because I had a bloody nose. It was so dry. I have worked thirty plus years in the hospitality industry and never gave a bad review but this was ridiculous. It could have been a nice place. Update* it is great that the property justified everything that was wrong. The room should not have been rented with the shattered window, no drapes in bathroom and bedroom, and no working fans, but even if it was isn't that a reason to overlook the pillow? We were charged $55 for a used pillow and pillow case. Isn't that part of doing business? Bedding needs to be replaced occasionally. To be charged full price? Other than that we left the room in perfect condition.
Daniel (10/5): Wonderful break from traditional hotels - This 6 room inn is wonderful. It is set in a beautiful house, I believe with only six guestrooms. The house and the whole property are beautiful and immaculately maintained. My room was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. The owner and staff were very friendly. A free fresh cooked breakfast is included each morning. I cannot say enough good about these accommodations, and I would recommend this establishment to anyone! We will definitely be back.

Todd (10/5): Nice bed-and-breakfast with activities - Our room was very nice and clean we had a good view the TV and the Internet worked great bathroom was fairly clean we were not able to try the breakfast. Good parking. They have options to ride ATVs or go fishing. Very quiet. My only complaint is that the staff is pretty much nonexistent. They gave me a phone number to text and I called and texted and I got no reply but I was able to figure out everything myself. I was happy with our stay. Only stayed one night.
Stephen (6/5): Satisfactory but overall we would have expected better for the price paid. - Great location just outside Capitol Reef. Spacious room. Friendly guy who made breakfast. No staff on site at check in. Discovered our room only had one bath towel (for 2 people), no hand towel, no floor towel for beside the shower, and only half a toilet roll. Couldn’t contact anyone on the contact number given. It was also very unclear from our booking receipt and from the hotel website whether or not breakfast was provided and, if so, whether it was an additional charge. It turned out that a basic (but adequate) breakfast was included.
