Room & Facilities Our room and the general hotel facilities were undeniably comfortable, offering the perfect base for anyone looking for the full Elvis experience. However, given the hotel's high price point and its standing as a premium property featuring a fitness center and a swimming pool, the in-room amenities fell short. For what we paid, we expected modern touches like smart connected TVs, complimentary bathrobes, and a much wider selection of tea and coffee options in the room. Dining & Value The value for money simply wasn't there when it came to dining. At this price tier, breakfast really should be included in the room rate. Instead, it was treated as an additional, highly-priced expense, which felt like unnecessary nickel-and-diming. Location & Transport While the proximity to Graceland is fantastic, the hotel is quite a far drive from downtown Memphis. Because of this distance, the hotel really should offer a shuttle service into the city center to assist guests. If you plan to spend a lot of time downtown, keep the commute and ride-share costs in mind. Service & Final Verdict The reception and hospitality team were perfectly pleasant, but the service was merely "good" rather than the exceptional, memorable hospitality you would expect at a themed resort of this caliber. Ultimately, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, but the property feels significantly overpriced. You are paying a steep premium purely for the Elvis and Graceland branding, rather than a truly luxury hotel experience.

Waited for dinner but the pager we was given had run out of battery so Waited longer then need . Food could do with some lighter meals wasn't a lot of choice and very pricey for what it was .

Check-in was easy, and most of the staff were friendly and knew their stuff (the valet needs a bit more training). The price was a little more than I usually like to pay, but I thought it would be more like the old Heartbreak Hotel that got torn down. The valet parking gave us bad info. I didn't like having to pay for basic parking, especially since it was so far from the hotel, and the room was over $300. Parking should be included with the room. I get that valet parking would be extra, though.

Property is great. But don’t leave. Memphis is a shithole in that area. Also food on sight is cheap quality so are the drinks- But what can you expect travelling to an Elvis themed hotel in the states? (USA is overpriced in general).

- Harris (8/5): I know I came hours early but I had to wait @5hours that I could have spent at Graceland. - Room and Bathroom very spacious, comfortable and clean. Liked the "Elvis touches", such as the daily Elvis movies and PB&J sandwiches Problem with Delta's: supposed to be serving breakfast until noon on weekends. When I arrived @11:05 they were putting tablecloths on the tables; there didn't seem to be any customers, but maybe they were in the back section. I asked the first employee I saw and I'm not sure she understood me, but I know I didn't understand her, so I left.

- Dirk (8/5): Für Elvis Fans eine tolle Location - Tolle Atmosphäre, sehr schöne Einrichtung. Die Lage um Graceland zu besuchen natürlich absolut super. Im Hotel wird man auf Elvis eingestimmt durch Fotos und schöne Musikberieselung in allen Bereichen. Frühstück war sehr gut. Der Check-In dauerte sehr lange, da man wohl Probleme hatte in das Booking.com System reinzukommen. Das sei wohl öfters problematisch. Wir mussten ewig am Counter stehen bis alles geklärt war. Am nächsten Morgen beim Frühstück mussten wir den vollen Preis zahlen, da man uns beim Check-In nicht darauf hinwies, dass man beim Check-In Voucher für ein Frühstück buchen kann. Das sollte nicht passieren.

- Lorraine (10/5): Absolutely amazing. Loved it all. - This beautiful hotel is a 5 min walk to Graceland. Such good value. It has a cinema room showing Elvis movies and a beautiful pool area to relax by. Breakfast is really good. And rooms are spotlessly clean. Reception area is amazing and the Staff are all so nice and helpful would definitely go back and stay longer. Nothing.

- Higgins (7/5): We had a nice time but were disappointed with the accommodations. - The convenience of location to the Mansion & Elvis Complex was great. Food was good I. Both restaurants but I felt the price for the breakfast buffet was a little steep. Everything from Fixtures to furniture are showing signs of age and need to be updated. The hotel was ok & was clean but it was NOT worth over $300 per night.
- Donald (6/5): If you want to see all of Memphis, not just Graceland, stay closer to downtown. - Food was solid -- good portions, fair price. This is probably a fine place to stay if you don't come to Memphis on a cruise and you want to spend more than a day at Graceland. We came in on a Riverboat cruise, which required us to disembark at 8 a.m. We couldn't check into the hotel until 4 p.m., so we left our bags and spent $100 in cab fare to go downtown (a 15-minute ride) and back. We were at the hotel for 12 hours, maximum, for which we paid $350, including a resort fee. The only resort I saw was Elvis' place, which, charged its own fee. Oh, and the hotel hasn't refunded the $50 incidentals fee yet. Resort fees are waaaaay out of hand.

- SANDRA (7/5): Hôtel pour visiter Graceland - La proximité avec Graceland. La musique de Elvis Presley en continue.La piscine était incroyable. Ce n'était pas très propre ! Les chambres sont vétustes, avec de la moquette de partout qui est en mauvais état. Le robinet d'eau froide ne fonctionnait pas bien ( très peu d'eau qui s'écoulait). Nous avons passé 3 nuits sur place, à aucun moment notre chambre n'a été nettoyée ni les serviettes de bain changé !
- Simone (9/5): Schönes Hotel, nicht nur um Graceland zu besuchen - Wir haben hier gebucht um Graceland zu besuchen. Von Graceland war ich positiv überrascht. Ich dachte immer, das sei nur für Touristen aber es war ein wunderschönes Haus, in dem fühlbar war, dass dort gewohnt wurde und nicht nur ein Museum. Das Gästehaus ist direkt gegenüber. Es fährt kostenlos ein Shuttlebus oder man kann auch laufen. Es gibt abends um 19 Uhr für gut eine Stunde live Musik in der Lobby. Die Zimmer waren sauber, schön und komfortabel. Wir haben 1x auswärts gefrühstückt und 1x das Buffet in Anspruch genommen. Preislich war beides fast gleich teuer, sodass wir das Buffet empfehlen würden. Die Auswahl war toll, Waffeln und Omeletts werden frisch zubereitet. Alle Getränke sind inklusive, auch Softdrinks. Der Pool war geöffnet und richtig schön; nur viel zu kalt. Unsere Kinder haben sich leider unterkühlt. Aber das lag an der Jahreszeit. Ein beheizter Pool wäre klasse gewesen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder hier buchen. Der Pool sollte beheizt sein und wir hätten uns mehr Elvis sichtbar im Hotel gewünscht. 1x haben wir im Restaurant gegessen, das wir nicht empfehlen können. Das Essen war max. durchschnittlich und der Service gelangweilt und unfreundlich.
- Geoffs7 (8/5): An experience rather than a stay. - The Guesthouse was not cheap by any means but it was less of a stay, rather it was an experience. My wife is the Elvis fan and the stay gave wall to wall Elvis, his music played everywhere, you could go to view one of his films every evening, have free peanut butter and jam sandwiches with chocolate milk every evening (apparently his favourite food) and live music in the lobby. There was a free shuttle from the airport and also to Graceland itself. We wanted to stay a further night but apparently the computer system was down and we had to move out to another hotel which was annoying. The staff all seemed to be using the computers and new guests continued to arrive so actually unsure as to whether this was true or not.

- Don (9/5): - Upon checkout the front desk receptionist was a bit rude. Definitely made me feel as though I was "just a number" & not a bonafide, human guest. She was a bit condesending as well. However, ALL other staff members were exceptional ! Overall, I had a great experience, at a great hotel with a great staff & will look forward to my next stay here!

- Michael (10/5): Elvis utopia. - Exactly what is advertised. For elvis fans with Graceland over the road this is utopia. Free shuttle over to Graceland from the hotel. Hotel itself is beautiful. Elvis music played around the hotel, Some great photos of the man himself. It’s fairly subtle regarding memorabilia which I thought added a bit of class. Live music every night we were there. An elvis film on the cinema every night. Peanut butter and jelly sandwich and chocolate drink served at 9.00 free of charge. We loved our stay. Nothing

Walking anywhere is literally impossible because right out the front the road is under construction and all the footpaths are not functioning The property is very isolated. And it’s very rundown. For what I paid the property needs a referred. In my room there was three lights which were continuously selecting and on seeking help for this the staff are not interested. The staff had no enthusiasm, no communication and I found that they were not interested. I found the gardens were bedraggled and the two restaurants they offered the food was very much below average. I have travelled a lot and I found this as I’m very disappointing. Stay.

- Eric (10/5): Fantastic overall, a memorable Elvis experience. The premium we paid, was worth it. - In house cinema, cocktail bar with live music, coffee and meals. Shuttle buses to both Graceland and the airport. My only criticism ... should have been serving fried peanut butter and banana sandwiches instead of peanut butter and jelly.
- Rose family (10/5): A special experience - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the guesthouse and our time at Gracelands. The hotel and our room was clean and comfortable, the pool was great and all staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fantastic although quite pricey and would be better to be included in the price. Food was pricey although it was a good standard.
