Hinta oli varausvahvistuksenssa eri mitä laskutettava hinta. Laskutettiin 300kruunua enemmän mitä varauksessa oli ilmoitettu. Tästä kun kyseli tuli töykeä vastaus. Eli hotellihuoneen olisi saanut samaan hintaan. Kyllä harmitti
- Göran (8/5): Bra B&B i Luleå - Lite strul vid ankomsten, rummet var inte färdigstädat och fel dörrkod. Det fixades ganska snabbt. Trevligt B&B, lite trånga rum. Vi kommer att rekommensera det.

- Grégoire (10/5): Excellent, recommend without reservation - Not too far from the railway station. Very helpful staff on call and occasionally in person. The rooms were large and well-provisioned, as was the common kitchen, which had a rather large number of utensils, three microwaves, an electric stovetop and even a dishwasher. Breakfast, stocked daily in the fridge, is regular Swedish fare of various breads, deli meats, cheese, butter, boiled eggs, juices, coffee, tea, and yoghurt, and you take whatever you like (tea bags, sugar, drip coffee machines and filter papers are provided in the kitchen along with a tin of coffee). In the rooms, the beds and pillows were exceptionally soft. Couldn't ask for anything better, not just at this price point but from Bed-and-Breakfasts in general.
- Par (8/5): Bra och enkelt nära centrum - Ett bra och enkelt boende nära centrum. Med kod kom man in och plockade upp sin nyckel. Fräscha rum utan konstigheter. Toalett och dusch i korridoren. Ganska lyhört ut mot vägen, folk och trafik hörs tydligt. Vårt rum (115) längst ut vid köket hade väldigt svagt WiFi. Smidigt med självplock till frukosten. Tyvärr ganska ont om mjukt bröd, det räckte inte till alla som ville ha. Jag skulle gärna se filmjölk och leverpastej i kylen. Men på det hela taget en positiv upplevelse.

Wir haben das Personal auch nie vor Ort gesehen. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Frühstück ist Selbstbedienung. Nicht viel Auswahl aber reicht vollkommen;)

Rummet ok storlek och fint med ett arbetsbord också, sängen var dick alldeles för mjuk, samt kudden var oskön, påslakan osv var nån hundhår. Frukosten saknas havregryn och laktosfria produkter. Dusch, byta termostat? Motsvarar inte priset för vistelsen. Annars väldigt mysigt bb.

- Rachel (10/5): - The owners of the property do their best to make you feel right at home with their personal touches to the place! Although we checked in really late (past midnight), the check-in process was fuss-free and we found ourselves in a clean cozy room shortly after - just what we needed after a long day of travelling. Toilets are shared but clean. Breakfast is also self-served. The place itself is walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and the main shopping street. Highly recommended place to stay if you're visiting Lulea and want a place to stay in town.

- Lena (8/5): En natt med hund vilket var helt ok! - Jag sov en natt i rum 109 som låg brevid ytterdörren, entrén, vilket så klart hördes. Trots det och att rummet låg på markplan var det inte extremt störande som man skulle kunna tro. Jag bodde med min hund som trivdes väldigt bra. Solen hade legat på så när vi kom på eftermiddagen så var rummet väldigt varmt men med fördragna, mörka gardiner samt en fläkt så blev det svalt efter ett tag. Trevligt bemötande av värdinnan Maria vid telefonkontakt. Trevligt med en lapp med ens namn på en hylla vid entrén. Gratis parkering efter 15 på helgen på samma gata.

- Arsenyi (10/5): - The hotel is situated just a few steps from the main street of Luleå city center - Storgatan, but at the same time it's very quiet there. All instructions about usage of hotel's amenities are very correct and polite. Every detail is on its place.

- Craig (8/5): Very nice, quiet place - As one of only 2 affordable places to stay in Luleå for a budget traveller, this place was a pleasant surprise. My room, and the whole B&B, was very clean and quiet. Beautifully soft, comfortable mattress on the bed, great breakfast and a kitchen, where you can cook your own dinner. Also the owner, Maria, is a really nice woman. I only spent one night there then was leaving the next night at 9.17pm on a train to Stockholm. I asked her if I could leave my luggage in the B&B all day while I looked around but she did even better than that. As it was off-season and very quiet at the time she said I didn't even have to leave the room till that night. Highly recommended.
