• Goran (5/5): Anyhow, property was nearby to business that i was attending, so 3 nights stay passed quickly - The breakfast served at the hotel is, in my opinion, average for Turkey. Another positive point is the hotel staff, specifically those at the reception and those serving breakfast. The room is quite outdated, featuring numerous minor issues that could be easily fixed or repaired. It's clear that no recent investment has been made in maintenance, possibly since the hotel first opened.

• Julian (7/5): was a “busy” work stay for 4 nights so did not have time to explore. - very helpful and happy staff. restaurant food was good and service was reasonably quick. restaurant is on the top floor so offers decent views of the harbour etc almost all areas of the hotel allowed smoking, room had a “faint” smell of smoke but the non smoking area of the restaurant is “in between” two smoking areas.

Reception didn't know floors were wet!!. Too tired to pack and move. 4 star hotel. Terrible service. Obviously refused to pay. Don't go here. Fawlty Towers
• Verified traveler (8/5): - The room was spacious, much bigger than any other I have been before. The spa facilities were nice but the gym needs an upgrade. The whole hotel shows its age and needs a renovation however the standards are not very bad, some nice toilet equipment, furniture, carpets and painting would do the job.
• Emma (8/5): Comfortable hotel for business trips - The resort is easy to access from the motorway and has ample parking. It's not quite in the center of town, but has all that you need on site. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The spa facilities are popular with guests and I would imagine that the outside pool and slides will also be well used in the summer months. The restaurant has a varied menu and daily specials. It's a comfortable hotel for business use - but don't forget to request a non-smoking room.
