• Sarah (1/5): Trap to pay more money - Free parking Ensure you read all the info before booking!!!! you have to make an appointment to check in so there’s no flexibility. Check in is from 5-10pm and after this time you have to pay more. You have to pay an extra €20 for sheets and towels, and pay a €100 cash only bond upon check in. No washing up liquid, dish brush or cloths supplied, but expected to clean the flat to a pristine level otherwise will be charged €50. Hot water didn’t work one evening. Bed was very squeaky and uncomfortable. No couch, so nowhere to relax. Host was not warm or welcoming, WhatsApp messages came across as aggressive. The whole stay felt like a trap to pay more. Would not book again

• Moah (9/5): Loved staying here! Marco is an excellent host. - Fantastic host with loads of personal recommendations. Large studio with balcony and AC. Bright and airy. Easy to find. No balcony furniture and had to pay for towels and sheets. Shower door was broken but host reassured that there were parts ordered but not delivered yet.

• Flavien (10/5): - Marco is a fantastic host. He knows everything about the joy of La Madalenna. He provided us with tons of informations and recommandations. The apartment is very well located, very clean and comfy. The balcony is awesome to have dinner. It would be nice to have sponge and dishewashing soap provided, but except from that everything is perfect.

L appartamento ristrutturato e ben arredato, in buone condizioni. Marco il top! Gentile, disponibile e generoso, una persona splendida! In casa manca il phon, il ferro e l asse da stiro, cosa di cui eravamo informati, forse x un soggiorno lungo potrebbe creare qualche disagio. Non c'è ascensore, anche di questo eravamo informati.

Un ringraziamento speciale va a Marco, un host impeccabile: sempre disponibile, gentile e pronto a dare i migliori consigli. Grazie a lui abbiamo scoperto ottimi ristoranti, tour indimenticabili e persino un giro in barca che ha reso la vacanza ancora più speciale. • Juhani (8/5): Very good - The host, Marco, is fantastic! He keeps you well informed, and makes the stay flexible and convenient. Communication works well. The accommodation was roomy, and the location was a walking distance from the town center. For the taller individuals, watch your head in the toilet space! At the end of the season the accommodation is in need of some maintenance. Some lights didn’t quite work, and the bed was squeky.
• Moretti (5/5): It was pleasant, to a certain extent, but i would not go again. - the place was easy to find and the owner was helpful, and contacted us the day of to make sure everything was ok. The place was clean. Unfortunately, the Wifi was down and we didn't have any connection, there was also poor service in the area so this didn't help. Also, when booking, although it is mentioned, it is not very clear that bedding/towels are only provided at extra cost, and are not included in the shown price. We brought our own, however, although they said pillows would be supplied, they were not, so we were without. The shower door was broken, and was not fitted on the shower, so water went everywhere, all over the bathroom floor.
• Kenzie (7/5): Fair stay for leisure - -The room itself was very spacious, comfortable and pleasant. -The views from the room were lovely. -very clean studio. -Cute toiletries provided -Cutlery/ crockery/ utensils were available & clean. -It was good for a two-nights stay. -Marco was very sweet & helpful; kind enough to explain & recommend places to visit. -Basics like dishwashing sponge, kitchen towels and floor rugs were missing. -No lift/elevator (mentioned before booking) -Towels & bed linen had to be rented out (mentioned before booking) -No microwave in the room (mentioned only after booking). -I was asked to sweep the room before checkout (didn’t do this as there was no broom). -Only Cash (refundable) deposit of €100.

• Laura (10/5): La maddalena + Marco = emozioni - Poco da dire sull'appartamento superior nel quale abbiamo alloggiato: arredamenti nuovi, spazioso e ben pulito. Ben più parole merita il sevizio offerto dal proprietario Marco, che si impegna a fissare ristoranti, gite in barca e che, con la passione di chi lo ha vissuto in prima persona, fornisce i migliori consigli per vivere un' emozionante vacanza. I luoghi dell'isola sono di per sé già un paradiso, ma con i consigli di Marco si vivono esperienze uniche, come riuscire a vedere l'alba e il tramonto in posti mozzafiato. Sebbene in un primo momento si possa interpretare il suo comportamento come invadente, in realtà è il suo modo per trasmettere l'amore di questi luoghi unici. Grazie di tutto Marco!
• Stefano (10/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato io e mia moglie al Blu Baita per 7 giorni a giugno 2018.Ci siamo trovati molto bene,la struttura è in posizione strategica, e vicino al centro della Maddalena.L’appartamento dispone di tutto il necessario,il letto è comodo e c’è una piccola cucina per cucinare compreso di frigo e freezer,2 camere ,1 matrimoniale ed1 con letto a castello,bagno con doccia senza lavatrice.Un terrazzo esterno con tavolo per mangiare e stendino. I mobili sono tutti nuovi. Marco è referente responsabile degli immobili del Blu Baita, è molto disponibile nel dare indicazioni sulle spiaggie e dove andare a mangiare sull’isola. Che dire di altro abbiamo passato 7 giorni fantastici al Blu Baita è sicuramente ci torneremo. Bravi complimenti, saluti Stefano Del Freo.
• Ellen (10/5): Excelente custo beneficio - Excellent cost-benefit, close to supermarket, downtown and bus stop. A few miles of cala francesa and a few steps to see incredible sunsets at Punta Tegge. Marco is very attentive, helpful and gives excellent tips from the area.

• marco (10/5): soggiorno perfetto - Ottima soluzione per chi vuole visita La Maddalena. La casa è molto accogliente e assolutamente pulita. All'arrivo ci sono state fornite numerose informazioni utili su come sfruttare al meglio i giorni di vacanza (cosa vedere, dove mangiare, a che ora spostarsi ecc...). Consigliato, personalmente ottima esperienza!
• Ilenia (10/5): Ottimo residence, in posizione tranquilla - Ho soggiornato in questo residence a Luglio 2017 con il mio ragazzo. L'appartamento pur essendo un monolocale era molto spazioso, ben organizzato e perfettamente pulito. L'arredamento è nuovo e funzionale. Il residence offre un comodo parcheggio privato, con posti auto anche al coperto. Marco, il gestore, accoglie tutti i suoi ospiti con grande simpatia e si prodiga sempre a dare consigli per vivere pienamente la Maddalena e le altre Isole.
• Maiken (6/5): - Startede skidt ud pga manglende kommunikation fra hotellets side. De havde glemt at ligge en nøgle til vores værelse, så vi stod kl 24.00 med to værn og uden et sted at sove. Vi fik dig kontakt til værten og fik vores værelse efter lidt tid. Værten kom med en undskyldning og en flaske vin dagen efter. Vi havde et fint ophold og værten var god til at give tips til ture i området.
• Matthias (8/5): Spacious apartments for little money - La Maddalena is a very beautiful island (and the islands around too) so my girlfriend and me knew that we will spend the most of our time outside of our rooms and not inside. That's why we just looked for a cheap appartement with kitchen and refrigerator. We got all we needed for little money. So we saved money for awesome boattrips and other city trips by ferry and car. And last but not least we made our best experience with the most helpful manager we ever met. Marco gave us many advises for the best places to see. We could call him whenever we needed help and he answered immediately. Where else in this money oriented world do you get this helpful hand of hospitality and friendship? Because of this cool italian guy we never got cheated and felt good in every single moment of our holiday. We still appreciate his good heart very much and will return to him for sure!

• Daniele (10/5): Vacanza nel meraviglioso arcipelago - Come già detto in altre recensioni, il punto forte di questa struttura è il gestore Marco, che vi darà preziosissimi consigli per rendere ancora più piacevole il soggiorno in quest'isola favolosa! Detto questo, il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo, appartamento pulito e spazioso, arredamento senza pretese ma con tutto l'essenziale. Posizione tranquilla a circa 20 min a piedi dal centro.
