• Sandra (9/5): Super Unterkunft für zwei Personen - Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Lage ist gut, nicht weit zum Zentrum, dafür zum Strand etwas weiter (zu Fuß ca. 20-30 Minuten). Frühstück an sich kann ich nicht bewerten, sah aber von weitem sehr gut aus. Im Zimmer war Besteck, Gläser, Teller und Töpfe vorhanden, sowie Spülmittel und Schwamm. Kühlschrank und 2 Herdplatten ebenfalls. Die Dusche ist größer als manch andere, aber nicht riesig. Der Parkplatz für den Mietwagen ist groß und nur zwei Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Der Pool ist gepflegt, die Liegen und andere Sitzmöbel und Schirme waren relativ neu. Alles Tip top in Ordnung. Die Getränke an der Poolbar waren auch gut. Im Apartment waren keine Schränke, nur Garderoben mit ein paar Bügel. So haben wir unsere Sachen auf den freien Betten verteilt, was immer unordentlich wirkte. Auch im Bad war keine große Ablagefläche. Die Matratzen der Betten waren schon etwas durchgelegen. Der Eingang zum Apartment ist nur von der Straße aus zu erreichen, etwas komisch, wenn man nur mit Handtuch zum Pool gehen möchte, ansonsten aber ganz praktisch. Bei uns ist am vorletzten Tag zwei mal nacheinander die Sicherung gekommen, so dass der Strom ausfiel - Sicherung wurde vom Personal wieder angemacht, alles geprüft und danach ging es wieder problemlos.

Bardzo pomocni gospodarze, z którymi można było załatwić każdą sprawę. Bardzo smaczne śniadania, polecam wykupić!!! Pokoje czyste, łóżka bardzo wygodne. Dogodna lokalizacja, blisko centrum, sklepów oraz restauracji, jak również plaży. To tylko drobnostki / sugestie, które mogą ułatwić pobyt: - więcej haczyków w łazience - komoda, w której można rozpakować ubrania - lepsza osłona pod prysznicem bo ciężko było nie zalać łazienki

• Eslina (9/5): Fantastisch - Fantastisch appartement op de bovenste verdieping gehad met een eigen dakterras. Dat was een heerlijke plek om s'morgens te ontbijten voordat het echt warm werd. De ligging van het complex is ideaal. Alles is te lopen. Zowel het strand als de oude stad. Personeel is heel vriendelijk. Je kunt hier alles laten regelen. Een vliegveld shuttle, auto huur, excursies...je hoeft het maar te vragen en ze helpen je bij alles! Wij hebben genoten en komen zeker een keer terug. De bovenste appartement kan heel heet worden gedurende de dag. Gelukkig zijn er airco's! De airco in de slaapkamer doet het alleen niet zo heel goed. Het koelt niet zoals het zijn moet. In de keuken/woonkamer staat groene noodverlichting aan die dag en nacht aan staat. Waardoor het niet 100% donker is in de kamer waar ook geslapen kan worden. Hier doet de airco het wel uitstekend!

• Marta (8/5): Struttura bella e accogliente - Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura solo 3 giorni, è in una posizione comoda da raggiungere dall’aeroporto e comoda per raggiungere le spiagge nella zona. Colazione varia e ottima, bella la piscina e appartamento bello e curato! Forse l’unico problema è la mancanza di armadi nella stanza e l’aria condizionata solo nella camera principale

• Inbal (6/5): - דירה בסיסית, מיקום נוח בתוך מאליה. נקי. אין עיצוב והדירה לא מפנקת או מזמינה להישאר. מזגן רק בחדר שינה, ולא בסלון, מה שממש לא מספיק!!! לא היו מים חמים במקלחת. המארחת בקבלה מקסימה, כולל טיפים והמלצות שוות. בסדר. בסיסי. לא מעבר חם בדירה. מזגן קטן ורק בחדר שינה. לא מספיק. אין מים במקרר כמקובל במקומות אחרים. אין רשתות על החלונות. לא היו מים חמים.

• Evgenia (10/5): - Το κατάλυμα είναι φτιαγμένο για στιγμές χαλάρωσης. Χαλαρώνεις τόσο στο δωμάτιο όσο και στην πισίνα η οποία μένει ανοιχτή μέχρι τις 9 κάτι που μας άρεσε πολύ. Η αισθητική και κλίμα δημιουργούν το περιβάλλον να χαλαρώσεις και να ξεφύγεις. Είχαμε πάει και περισσυ στο κατάλυμα και ενώ φέτος είχαμε πάει σε άλλο νόμο της Κρήτης επιλέξαμε να κάνουμε και εκεί 3 διανυκτερευσεις και να τελειώσουμε εκεί τις διακοπές μας.

• Barbara (5/5): Agréable mais nous ne ferrons pas une seconde fois l’expérience - Le parking à proximité La proximité avec le centre de Malia La piscine est chouette La taille de l’appartement est à mon sens un peu petit pour 4 personnes Un seul air conditionné dans la chambre principale du coup la chambre dans laquelle dormaient les enfants ressemblait à un vrai four. Pas assez d’ustensiles pour pouvoir se préparer quelque chose de convenable à manger nous avions opté pour un appartement exprès mais nous sommes sortis tous les jours manger à l’extérieur. La dame de ménage certes très sympathique mais le ménage n’est pas fait correctement (draps propres tous les jours mais pas de nettoyage des sols systématique) L’appartement est en vis à vis avec les autres logements donc obligé de laisser fermer les tentures. Pas assez de rangement pour accueillir 4 personnes Pas de possibilité de laisser l’air conditionné durant la journée car la clé de l’appartement a été scellée à la carte magnétique (on sent que chaque chose est pensée pour faire des économies) Interdiction de boire une boisson de l’appartement à la piscine on nous a fait la remarque car nous devions consommer sur place ( ou est l’intérêt d’opter pour un appartement et pas un hôtel) Les photos sur booking ne sont pas représentatives à la réalité.

• Daphne (8/5): Heerlijk verblijf, alles in de buurt en een vriendelijke host! - De locatie was op loopafstand van het strand en de stad. Mooie ruime kamer en ook bij het zwembad kon je heerlijk liggen. De straat is soms wat luidruchtig.
• Marc (10/5): Rundum zufrieden, kommen gerne wieder - Der Poolbereich ist top, das Personal war sehr freundlich, Preis-Leistung war unschlagbar, die Lage ist auch gut. Kleine Abzüge für die Betten Nummer 3&4, etwas zu klein und nicht sonderlich bequem aber das ist bei dem Preis und einen kurzen Aufenthalt nicht der Rede wert.

• Olivia (3/5): Lack of Transparency and Unacceptable Treatment - While the facilities and rooms were genuinely good, especially considering the price. The overall experience was let down by poor treatment and a serious lack of transparency. Some members of staff were friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, others were patronising and discriminatory, particularly towards younger guests. If you’re planning a girls’ or lads’ holiday, I would strongly advise against staying here. Despite no mention on the booking page, we were only told upon arrival that guests are not allowed to bring anyone back to the rooms or even visit each other’s rooms. This strict policy was enforced without warning and left us feeling misled. For a rule that significantly impacts your stay, it’s unacceptable that it wasn’t made clear before booking. Most concerning was the behaviour of the security guard. As a young teenage girl returning to the hotel, I was aggressively approached, sworn at, and called degrading names. When returning alone, I was also demanded to provide my reservation number and prove my key access at 5am, in a way that felt excessive and intimidating. The situation escalated to the point where I was in tears, and rather than de-escalate, he continued his aggressive behaviour. Moreover, he denied ill guests entry and instead made them do a ‘sobriety walk’ due to assuming alcohol consumption being the cause. Shockingly, the neighbouring hotel, Sunshine Studios, offered me a place to stay the next night due to concern and acknowledged the number of complaints they’ve received over the years about its neighbours security guard. Their own security team had even witnessed his aggressive behaviour. Overall, while the apartments themselves are decent, the unacceptable treatment, lack of clear policy, and aggressive security made this a very upsetting experience. Sadly, I cannot recommend this hotel, particularly for younger travellers seeking a safe and enjoyable holiday.

• Jean François (10/5): Hello Marinos ! - Du 11/09/24 au 21/09/24 L’isolation phonique, l’espace assez grand et moderne avec une chambre séparée, la vue sur la mer (a 15mn a pied). J’ai demandé un appartement qui ne soit pas au même niveau que le bar et la piscine avec du coup une vue directe, cela a été pris en compte. Très réactif aux demandes via messagerie booking. L’infinie patience du veilleur de nuit par rapport à notre anglais moyen (on est pas Français pour rien), il est très soucieux de votre bien être et vous sera d’une aide cruciale si jamais vous avez un problème. Son prénom est MARINOS (👍). Le parking est à 30s à pied. Le vieux Malia à 10mn à pied vaut le coup d’œil. L’établissement est situé dans un quartier populaire donc assez animé, ce n’est pas non plus l’effervescence de l’avenue avec tous les bars direction la mer.(nous on préfère) Pas de sentiment d’insécurité. Les commerces à 2mn à pied. (Dont un excellent restaurant Crétois juste à côté). … l’eau de la piscine trop humide…
• Vanwalleghem (9/5): Zeer zeer goed - Mooi ruim en vooral zeer net appartement met 2 balkons waarvan 1 heel grote met privacy en mooi zicht. Dagelijks nieuwe handdoeken en poets..👍👍👍 Je kan er ook lekker ontbijten..Rustig gelegen op een paar straatjes van de drukte van de oude stad met talloze restaurantjes en winkeltjes.. En een 3 a 4 honderd meter van het strand met eveneens restaurantjes en vermaak. 2 minpuntjes.. De airco in de leefruimte niet zo goed werkte. Maar wel in de slaapkamer.
