Stacie (8/5): - The hotel was itself was ok, but when we were checking around our room to pack we found an old chicken nugget under the bed as well as a dirty kids toy and a crumpled tissue in the closet floor, had I found that initially I would have probably asked for a different room but since we were leaving it seemed irrelevant however it would deter me from recommending it in the future. The side exit door did not close properly and there were all kinds of dead bugs on the floor around the door, that didn't bother me as much but concerning that it was not cleaned up from day to day. The staff was absolutely wonderful and had I found these issues before leaving I suspect they would have had it addressed quickly.

Leah (8/5): - This was a wonderful stay and the staff was excellent. I did had an issue with my first room. , but they were on it to make sure we were satisfied. The elevator rug was dirt but look as if it needed to be replaced. I would recommend if there is no smoking in the rooms that there should not be smoking on the premises. Smokers do tend to bring the air of smoke into the rooms. Plus, smoking should not be in the front of the lobby where guest are coming in to stay as most people who are coming are nonsmokers. The carpet over needs replacement. I would stay here again. But just some tweaks would give this place even more five stars.

I was forced to cancel due to a family emergency and an unplanned trip to Florida. I called the facility to cancel and was told that I would lose the money I paid for the night. Needless to say I didn't use Expedia to book my flight or hotel for Florida. Will never use Expedia again.

Our room was very dirty, sheets were slept in, the mattress sheet had blood stains looked like it had not been washed in months. The floor had not been vacuumed, bathroom was just disgusting, the lamp shades had holes in them. And this room and hotel needs repairs / updates badley!!!

Danette (7/5): This location is very convenient for us, but it needs upkeep - Good Breakfast. Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean We reserved the King Suite, but an issue with the door not latching and unable to lock required we switch rooms to a smaller queen sized room with smaller bathroom. The electronic outlets didn't work, we could only use the wall outlets which were not enough, so had to take turns with charging.

Thermostat on wall, was very low, about 4 ft.,, bed was only 8” from the wall, making it very difficult to get to it . Also, difficult to get out of that side of the bed. Tub very slippery. No non-slip strips, or gritty finish on tub floor. Only one grab bar outside of tub, nothing inside, once curtain is pulled. Asked for room close to Elevators- room was at the opposite, far end of the hall-away from elevator!

Kelsie (9/5): Fantastic hotel, one issue for me, but still great otherwise! - Loved the room set-up! I really like the bench and coat hooks above on the wall. Easy to put luggage and bags off the floor. The bathrooms and room were very clean and the hotel was very nice and felt safe. The breakfast cinnamon rolls were great, my daughter loved the bagels and we both enjoyed the yogurt. The staff was also very nice and the pool was warm my daughter said! Two things- unfortunately I think this was a fluke- but the king bed in our room was damaged I believe. The side my daughter slept on was great, but on my side, under my shoulders, the bed springs must’ve slipped out or were broken because it felt like a hole under my shoulders, like I was falling through. So for me, it was very uncomfortable and hard to fall asleep. The second is the water pressure in the shower is very low and hard to adjust the temperature. It took a good 5 minutes to go from freezing to hot to cold to a normal temp playing with the handle. I let hotel staff know about the bed so it could be fixed. I don’t know if anyone else will have that issue.

David (10/5): This has by far been one of the best hotels I stayed at - The staff was very friendly when you first walk in. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast was excellent.

Donna (10/5): Exceptional - Started with young lady Bella at front desk. Definitely 1 of the nicest hotel workers I ever met. My Granddaughter said every time we go to North Carolina and Florida we have to call ahead and have them send her to that hotel ! 🤣😅 Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was great. Perfect temperature. Breakfast was good and well kept. The young man taking care of it kept everything filled and clean. And he was very friendly. All the workers were very nice. Definitely more stays to come. Already booked again for February.

Elizabeth (10/5): Clean, friendly, quiet stay - Great, clean hotel in New Castle. There are definitely pieces that felt dated, like the molding in the bathroom, but the bedding felt new and clean, which is the most important part. Great breakfast, attentive staff, nearby restaurants and convenience stores

Renee (10/5): Exceptional - The front desk person was super friendly and welcoming. Complimentary waters were nice. The kids enjoyed the pool. It's a little pricy. The breakfast spread was nice. Nice, large, clean rooms. The price. We stayed the night before and the shower was broken or difficult to operate. When you're paying as much for a room as you are on the weekend, you expect the facilities to be fully functional.
