• Fabrice (7/5): Bien agréable et confortable dans l'ensemble. - point fort son emplacement à quelques mètres de la plage et des commerces. Possible de tout faire à pied et bus dans la rue principale. Pas de place de parking mais assez simple de trouver à se garer dans les rues du quartier en dehors des heures d'affluence. Des places tôt le matin et des coups de bol en journée. Plus difficile à partir de 17h. Mais vous trouverez toujours à vous garer même en journée. Idéal pour les jeunes ou moins jeunes (d'ailleurs) qui aiment faire la fête. Une boîte de nuit au pied de l'immeuble. Vibration de 2h à 6h du matin et bruyant dans la rue dans la nuit (les festifs qui sortent discuter et font profiter le quartier de leurs aventures). Pas de pb d'agitation, juste une ambiance joyeuse ! Mais si tout fermé, l'appartement est bien insonorisé dans l'ensemble. Pas d'ascenseur et la piscine n'est que en vue. Elle dépend d'un autre hôtel. A notre arrivée tout était prêt, c'est bien agréable ! Les draps de bains sont changés 1 fois sur un séjour d'une semaine, super aussi ! Peut-être prévoir quelques équipements supplémentaires : clim, pour la cuisine des bols et des mugs et un 2 saladier, des maniques et des sous-plats, 1 bac à glaçons, une bouilloire ou cafetière, mais dans l'ensemble bien équipé et aménagé avec simplicité et des rangements. Lits confortables. Ps peut-être prévoir un nettoyage des houses coussins et matelat du canapé. ET ce qui serait top également : des prospectus et flyers avec idées de sorties et plan..... Sur un séjour plus long peut-être les bruits en liens avec la boîte de nuit.

• grande (6/5): - L'avantage, c'est qu'il est proche de tout et que l'appartement est équipé de tout le nécessaire pour une tranquillité d'esprit. Le personnel est très attentionné en cas de besoin. La seule chose qui me dérange, c'est qu'il y ait une boîte de nuit. Mais on a discuté, et ils ont réussi à baisser le son.

• David (4/5): Leider nicht noch einmal... Laut und verwohnt - Der Strand liegt nur paar Meter von der Unterkunft entfernt. Die Buchung und Übergabe war sehr einfach. Die Zimmer haben eine ausreichende Größe, Küche und Bad ebenfalls geräumig. Was uns nicht gefallen hat? Leider eine ganze Menge. Angefangen mit der generellen Sauberkeit. Es war zwar auf den ersten Blick sauber, jedoch (warum auch immer) lag im Schrank eine gebrauchte Binde. Auch der Balkon war nicht richtig sauber. Generell könnte die Wohnung mal neue Einrichtungsmöbel gebrauchen. Es ist alles stark in die Jahre gekommen. Die Matratze auf der "Schlafcouch" ist mehr als nur durchgelegen und auch eher schmuddelig. Die Schlafcouch bestand aus einer Sitzcouch mit einem Klappbett welches unter der Couch war. Dieses quietscht schon beim anschauen (auch diese Matratze eher durchgelegen) Die Badewanne war am Boden wohl defekt, wurde mit Bauschaum ausgespritzt und mit Panzertape überklebt. Leider war noch nicht mal ein Geschirrtuch vorhanden. Eine Waschmaschine wäre auch nicht schlecht. Wir waren im Oktober dort, da ging es mit den Temperaturen. Für den Sommer ist es durch die fehlende Klimaanlage nicht zu empfehlen. Unserer Wohnung sollte Meerblick haben, ok... wenn man sich auf dem Balkon über lehnt konnte man durch eine 2 Meter breite Seitengasse das Meer sehen, ist aber für mich kein Meerblick. Der angrenzende Pool gehört nicht zur Unterkunft. Jedes gesprochene Wort im Flur oder auch vor dem Gebäude ist selbst bei geschlossenen Türen und Fenstern zu hören, teilweise dachte man es wäre direkt neben einem. Die Bar, sowie die Diskothek (7 Tage die Woche geöffnet), die sich im gleichen Gebäude befinden sind die ganze Nacht, durchgängig zu hören. Das Brummen des Basses sowie die Geräusche der Billiardtische sind bis morgens früh zu hören, genau wie die Personen die dort spielen. Wir waren im 2. Stock und konnten trotzdem nicht vor 6 Uhr in der Früh ruhig schlafen.

Ми мали лише дві дуже маленькі каструлі на приготування їжі, що приносить дискомфорт, коли замовляєш апартаменти на 5 чоловік. На моє прохання дати більшу, сказали, що треба шукати по всіх апартаментах. Взагалі у вас нічого не буде, порівняно з нашими іншими апартаментами, ні солі, ні цукру, ні чаю, від слова окрім кроваті і рушників, нічого(((

• Dan (5/5): Fint lille lejligheds hotel i en fantastisk lokation, men mangler aircondition til sommeren - Beliggenhed var fantastisk med kun et par minutters gang til stranden og Can Picaforts hovedgade, eneste men er dog at man kunne sove i larm for det er lige oven på et diskotek og bar, så enten er det musikken der buldre afsted ellers er der beruset folk som larmer det meste af natten. Desuden så var manden fra Charlys der kom forbi utrolig rar, imødekommende og hjælpsom Manglende aircondition gjorde værelset nærmest ulideligt at være i, selv om natten. Larmen var diskoteket og folk der havde drikket gjorde det svært at sove Og så kunne de godt bruge nogle madrasser der er lidt mere faste. De madrasser der var i lejligheden var rigtig bløde, også for bløde.

• Estella (7/5): Good stay. Everything is perfect. Only lack of air conditioning. - The location and distance to the sea. The only thing I did not like, is no Air Conditioning. With high temperatures it creates discomfort. There are vents but they do not help much. It is a big negative point, even though the only one.
• Jana (4/5): - Lokalita byla v centru a blízko moře. Postele byly velmi rozvrzané a pohovka už měla také něco za sebou. Nebylo by na škodu koupit nové včetně sedačky. Jelikož se ubytování nachází nad klubem, tak bylo v oblasti velmi rušno.
• Özcan (7/5): Es könnte besser sein. - Sehr nah am Strand – nur 25 Meter. Man kann jederzeit schnell nach Hause zurückkehren. Das Innendesign könnte moderner gestaltet werden. Allerdings gibt es in der Wohnung keine Klimaanlage, was für uns eine Überraschung war. Fünf Tage ohne Klimaanlage zu verbringen war nicht einfach, besonders an den warmen Abenden. Außerdem gibt es in der Wohnung keine Waschmaschine und keinen Geschirrspüler, was für uns ebenfalls ein Nachteil war. Das ausziehbare 4. Bett im Wohnzimmer war separat. Stattdessen hätte ein ausziehbares Sofa, das zu einem Doppelbett wird, genutzt werden können. Das vorhandene Bett war nicht sehr bequem und nicht ideal für die Nutzung als Familie.

Not recommended this place. Pay xtra money and get hotel. The only good thing is easy communication with staff through what’s up.

• Eva (7/5): Good - I really liked the communication of the owner. They were responsive and helpful. We asked for a hairdryer and an iron and we even got a hair straightener from them for us to use. Really good location, just one street away from the beach. We had a beach facing balcony which was amazing. It is older but you get what you pay for. The beddings are at the end of their life cycle, they should definetely get some new ones. The apartment smelled like a vinegar on our arrival. I understand they probably use it to clean but it was really strong. I would appreciatw more changes of the bedding and of the towels becauae when you are all sandy from the beach stuff gets dirty quickly.

• Elise (8/5): This was a last minute booking and absolutely suited us. - The property is close to the beach and shopping area. It has a balcony on two sides therefore getting the sun all through the day. Very light inside. Facilities and amenities were exactly as described. As the apartment is above a cocktail bar, on a couple of nights the music continued into the early hours.
• Miriam (1/5): Worst stay in years - do NOT recommend - The whole trip and stay at this apartment complex was utterly horrible. We arrived late because of a delayed flight and at midnight the staff rang the bell to check us in and to charge 180 Euro extra. Via booking.com we booked for 2 adults and 3 children, all under 5. They explained to us a child starting at 2 is considered a grown-up and charged a full price. So we had to pay for 5 (!) people but were only offered 4 (!) "beds" to sleep in. Actually it was only 2 real beds, because the other option was a sofa with a separate matress underneath, really short in size - you could not even lay there comfortably without a wooden frame, which actually was painful to rest on. The whole communication was really rude, we explained from the beginning we are 2 moms and 3 children, but there was no one taking care in a proper way. Even ringing the bell midnight with 3 toddler being ready go to bed - it was just so weird and seemed impolite. On top the whole furniture is really old, the apartment (especially kitchen) was dirty, the fridge super stinky. The curtains hang loose, there was no air cooler, walls and doors so thin you could hear everybody walking up and down the stairs. All in all really awful. The way they do market the rooms on booking.com has nothing to do with the reality of what you get offered. The only good thing was the view, because you could see the sea from the balcony. EDIT: Regarding the reply of the Charlys, I can proof booked for 3 children via Booking.com and I also sent an e-mail explaing to them their age. This is hypocritical behavior and very unprofessional by the rental institution of Charlys. - charged extra money for 1 child without having an extra bed - really old, uncomfortable and broken furniture - unfriendly staff - smelly fridge

• Angelo (10/5): - Our experience was absolutely positive. the house is literally 10 meters from the beach, on the last day I went down to the sea barefoot. There are no air conditioners but they provided us with 2 fans so as not to suffer from the heat during the night. the house has everything you need to be comfortable. Can Picafort is a truly splendid town, the sea is wonderful and the promenade full of places to drink and eat well is right outside the house. We are very satisfied, the only negative note is having to leave.
• Juliane (6/5): - Das Apartment, welches wir hatten war wirklich ruhig gelegen. Problematisch war das duschen in der Badewanne direkt an einem Fenster. Wir hatten für 4 Personen gebucht. Es war aber nur Bettzeug und Handtücher für 3 Personen da. So das wir in der ersten Nacht in einem kleinen Bette zu zweit schlafen mussten. Das geht garnicht. Der Vermieter hat auch am nächsten Tag nicht auf unsere Anfrage per Mail reagiert. Wir haben ihn dann zufällig am späten Nachmittag getroffen und er hat uns dann die 4.Garnitur ausgehändigt. Die Lage ist wirklich top. Für 3 Tage war es o.k. einen längeren Urlaub möchte ich dort nicht verbringen.

• Klopp (10/5): Comfortable living space for a weekend trip away on a budget - Yes, the keys were easily accessible and I was later greeted by a building manager to ask if I needed anything else and we handled all of the other check in procedure such as taxes. Overall, very descriptive and easy to follow. There was plenty of space for us to cook and enjoy the space and the balcony was massive! Between the other budget places our friends had stayed, our beds were the coziest and we had the best location. Overall my favorite thing was the customer service and the value! The only complaint is small for a heavy sleeper like me but there is a bar beneath the apartments that gets rather rowdy later in the night. It was a little chilly indoors for us so I would be sure to bring a jumper for nights but it is a lovely escape after a hot beach day.
• Mechkarov (1/5): A total waste of money and nerves - The only thing I can be positive on is the clear instructions received in prior how to get to the place. And relatively quick answers on Whatsapp. 1. It is absolutely rip off. 2. The photos and description of the rooms are misleading. The so called one bedroom/studio rooms are like cellars. No real bed. An old nearly broken couch. Once you open it, there's no room to get to the tiny terrace or to the kitchen area. 3. View towards old dilapidated building with eerie closed shatters. 4. Smell of mould and worn out furniture. When we offered to pay more and get relocated somewhere else in the hotel we were given the "option" to change room each day in our first week. No return of the money - even partially. We were told to take it or politely to f*8k off. My wife has an asthma,so I booked staright away another hotel for the same money but with modern and clean facilities and huge swiming pool. I have been all over Spain but never ever have seen such poorly kept place for so much money. These studios shouldn't be on the market for more than 30 euro per night otherwise it's a daytime robbery. The flats on the front look somehow better from the outside but I suspect it's hard to have any sleep most nights due to the fact that below is one of the most visited clubs in the town, or so I was told by one of the locals.
• Lukas (8/5): Very good - The location is perfect - it is just a few steps away from the beach and the apartments with sea views are exceptional. The sheets and towels were changed regularly and the kitchen had all the tools needed to cook your own food. I would not recommend this place to someone who is looking for a quiet location, as there is a restaurant across the street that plays live music from 10PM to 12AM and a discotheque downstairs that plays music until morning. There are also people chatting loudly on the street, so it is impossible to sleep with the windows open. Fortunately, there were ventilators in each room.

Good kitchen facilities. Shame there wasn’t any air con as it was incredibly hot at night. Extra bed linen and pillows were in the cupboards which was great. No air con.

• Anna (8/5): Very good - Apartament is located 1min walking distance from Can Picaford beach. Beach is beautiful and clean. Umbrellas and sunbeds are available but sometimes difficult to get (18.15 per two beds and umbrella per day). There are a lot of different restaurants and shops in the area. Apartment 2e looked like it was freshly renovated. It was very clean as well. Even common spaces like corridors and stairs were very clean with air fresheners on every floor. Beds were quite comfortable. Communication with the reception went through email and WhatsApp and everything was clear and they were very helpful when we needed. Receptionist also visited us once to collect tourist tax. Apartment is fully furnished. Towels are changed 2x per week and cleaned 1x per week. There is no airco but there were fans. Apartment is huge and it has a nice big balcony with partial sea view. There is a wifi but the signal is very weak and it disconnects often. Parking possibilities are almost non existing. It takes hours to find a parking place. Infamous disco downstairs. I knew about it from the reviews I've read before I arrived but I haven't suspected that sometimes that disco ends at 08.00 in the morning. It's not even about the music or the people talking/laughing/screaming outside but that bass which make the whole apartment moving. We kind of got used to it but I have no idea how people with small kids managed with it. The back of the apartment complex (where we parked our car for the first night) was covered in vomit, feces and piss every morning. I assume that it was result of the disco because in the evening when we got there it was fine.

• Abdel (9/5): Superb - The Location is fantastic. There’s just 1 min to the beach. IMight be a problem for people who don't want noise in the night because there is a disco down there. You don’t hear the music but you will hear the people talking.
• Gemma (7/5): Miserable and wouldn’t rebook. - The location is absolutely excellent in terms of being close to the beach and the balcony view is wonderful. There is no air conditioning which isn’t stated however it does make for a very uncomfortable stay. The beds are very uncomfortable. I haven’t stayed anywhere where the beds are quite as uncomfortable. The cushion on them just isn’t sufficient to sit on, let alone sleep on. The pillow is too flat for an adult bed. And there is no escalator. I hadn’t even thought to check on that one and had taken it for granted when booking that there would be. The room picture online also showed a table and chairs that I thought would be ideal height to work from if I needed to work while away however this wasn’t in our apartment and the other spaces weren’t suitable to work from. It felt as though I was saying in bargain basement apartments for not so bargain basement prices and I wouldn’t recommend, nor would I book again.
• Thamilini (6/5): Below average. - Nice location, close to shops and beach. The bathroom isn’t very adequate for a group of people. The toilet was getting stuck when we flushed. Wouldn’t recommend for anything more than 3 people. Cold water in the shower.
• Anonymous (7/5): Good - Good location, value for money, not too noisy No hand soap was given, no toaster, the room was very hot as there was no air conditioning. The sofa bed in our studio room was 2 single beds on different levels, not a double bed.
• Carol (1/5): take ear buds very noisy - no cot on arrival finally got one on night 3 (not good with a 6 month old baby!). there is a night club in the basement music starts from 11pm to 5am every night, plenty of nights with no sleep! no air con fans provides are not good enough. told the host this isn’t a family friendly apartment he brushed off my complaint by saying no one else has complained, there was no reception for further complaints! this is a unmanned apartment. this would suite club 18-30s
• Sergiy_asa (6/5): This hotel cannot be recommended for a relaxing and family holiday with children - near the sea No lift, narrow stairs, very inconvenient with a baby stroller. No air conditioning - very hot at night and mosquitoes. The coffee machine in the room listed in the room description turned out to be a manual coffee maker. Loud music from neighboring restaurants until late every night, and then all night until morning, probably local residents on the balconies of neighboring houses loudly discussing their questions. The beds were very creaky, although the mattresses were comfortable. In general, in the aggregate of all the data, you definitely won’t be able to rest calmly.
• Eugenia (6/5): Ok for a short stay - The location was good, 1-2 blocks away from the beach In the night we could hear the music and noise from a discotheque that is in the same building. Also, the quality of beds was not great and the kitchen lacks some cooking tools.
