• Verified traveler (6/5): - Although the area in Santorini that our suite (Suite 2) was located was great, our suite had a blocked view of the Caldera and the views pictured on the website were very "artistically" taken and misrepresents the actual location and views available from the actual suite. But, the person assigned, Maria, to help us with checkin, etc, was great. The suite itself was still nice and we had a great 4 nights but beware you only have average views and only get those when you walk out, across a small courtyard and up onto a small deck near the spa pool.
• ayman (4/5): Decent place, but def not a 4 star - Booked this before there was a review, so was a gamble. Tried to back out once the review was posted on orbitz, but was not allowed that option. Bottom line: Very good location, decent sized exec suite, but plumbing was a mess, all faucets with inconsistent stream without aerator, toilet is not sealed so rocks when u sit on it and sewer gases leak into room and smells awful, shower has just a handheld without a bracket so u need 3 hands, and they also turned off the hot water to the deck jacuzzi so unless u like a dip in cold bubbles, it was only for looks. This room almost ruined our stay, luckily santorini is beautiful and we kept busy outdoors. Shame on you Orbitz for having this listed as a 4 star on your website and charging a 4-5 star price. This will be my last booking through your website.
• Jim (2/5): Stay Away - Really great location and views:and that's where it ends! There was so much that was seriously awful here that I feel compelled to warn prospective renters. We paid $600 per night so this place is not cheap! The toilet was not fixed to the floor properly and therefore rocked and moved when you sat down.Quite scary! The plumbing was so poor that there was a constant reflux of sewage odours in the bathroom. In plumbing terms, the sewage pipes are not vented properly so that there is a constant sewage smell! The problems don't end there in the bathroom as the fan is noisier than a lawn mower and there was virtually no water coming out of the bathroom basin tap. There was no fixed shower point for the shower head so you had to hold the shower handle in one hand while trying to scrub and apply soap with the other.Impossible!There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang anything like clothes or towels or anything for that matter The TV supposedly had 800+ channels but only about a dozen worked and they were in ONLY Arabic, German or Turkish.....not even nay in Greek.I thought I was in Greece but I must have been intoxicated by the sewage odours.We desperately needed WI-FI for work.Bad luck because it didn't work.We did complain to the owner on the first day and he did reply with a promise to fix everything. That was the final straw because he lied and didn't even turn up!He really spoiled our stay.Stay away is recommendation as there are many other choices in Santorini.
• V (6/5): Average to below average place - This was my fourth time in Santorini and have traveled here many times. This was my least favorite place I have stayed in Imerovigli. This is an overpriced place where the pictures are better than what it really looks like. Service, well, there really isn't a hotel staff here. The bathroom smells horribly when any sink is turned on and that is because their septic is right below you. No breakfast in the morning and you have an obstructed views compared to most places on the cliff. We also had major bug bites after the first two nights and were told it was just bug bites however we only felt it when we got in the bed at night, so they decided to spray it after we complained about it. No breakfast or anything which is unlike any other stay in Santorini, which makes it part of the experience. We stayed four nights and will never stay at this place again.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Not afain - The room was nice, but the air conditioning unit did not work, and it was horribly hot. We slept outside for the two hours of sleep we did get. Our calls were not answered that night to address the problem. The next day they installed a new unit, but that means the room wasn't really accessible for the day. Also, the online information stated there was a washer/dryer. There was not.
