• Izzy (10/5): Fantastic - I loved the hospitality of the staff at the hotel, very accomodating and always there to help. Close to local stores for groceries and other restaurants. There are stores on the strip when you enter if grocery supplies are needed asap and a few restaurants as well. Brilliant :) The only thing that could top my stay which I exteneded is that if they offered complimentary Tea and Coffee satchets and for some reason, the bathroom constantly smelled of swerage even though there was house keeping daily.

The hotel is clean, modern, and surprisingly stylish for a budget-friendly place. The room was compact but very comfortable, with everything I needed — clean sheets, good air conditioning, and fast Wi-Fi. The location is also super strategic, close to Summarecon Mall and lots of local food options. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. I also appreciated the smooth check-in and check-out process. Overall, it’s a great choice if you're looking for a clean, safe, and affordable hotel in Serpong. Definitely recommended for short stays or business trips!

• Verified traveler (6/5): 次はないかな - ジャカルタ市内には用件が無く、タンゲラン地区ですので、このエリアにホテルを探しました。 次は無いかな、というのが正直なところです。 ホテルのロビーの裏側にコンビニが併設されていますが、品ぞろえは良くありません。コーラを買いに入りましたが、冷蔵庫には冷えたコーラが2本、いったい何時入れたものだ？　と。 エレベーターホール（コンビニの入り口前）にお弁当の冷凍ものがカギの付いた冷凍庫にはいってあり、コンビニの兄さんに聞くと、それはフロント扱いなのでそちらで注文、支払いをとのこと。 その言葉に従い、フロントに頼むと、トランシーバーで係を呼んだので待ってほしいと。冷凍庫の前で待っていると作業着の、今までボイラーを修理していました、と言わんばかりの兄さんが走ってきて、鍵を開けてくれ、どれにする？と。 冷凍庫前に電子レンジがあるので、あとは自分でやるから、と言いたかったのだが、あまりにも熱心にやってくれるので、最後まで任せ、結局一生懸命やってくれたことに対しての心づけを渡したりとかえって高い弁当になりました。 ほかの皆さんが言われておられる、スタッフがフレンドリーというのは、インドネシア人は微笑み返しが素敵なので、当たり前のことで特筆すべきことではないと。 実際、空港でBlue Bird Taxiに乗り、ホテルのすぐ電話し、タクシーの運転手さんに場所を教えてもらおうとしたが、愛想のない電話対応であった。 部屋は可もなく不可もなく。日本のビジネスホテルのシングルルーム程度。デスクは無く、壁に埋め込んである小さなテーブルを引き出して使う（新幹線、飛行機のあれ）があり、椅子は無いので、ベットに腰かけてそのテーブルで食べる、作業する、ということになり、高さが合わず苦労しました。 とにかく安さを求めるならここは良いでしょう。

• SuhudS6 (8/5): Nice hotel - I stayed at this hotel with my friend. Lobby hotel is very small, and the space of room is not too big. There's no good view for the room I stayed. Price is cheap enough for hotel located in Serpong area. And for the cleanliness is good. But overall the hotel is good.
• batu-itam (6/5): Clean Rooms - I would give this hotel a much higher rating but unfortunately the hotel is at a very busy intersection which is extremely noisy 24 hours a day. That being said I still like this hotel and will still stay here if I do not need a long sleep. The rooms are very clean and the bed comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If you need to be in the Bsd, Serpong or Alam Sutera area this is I think the most budget friendly hotel available. If you are a heavy sleeper definitely recommended hotel.

• Rahadhian (8/5): Cute and minimalist choice for short term stay - Got stayed here one night for Titan Run 2018. Very cute and minimalist hotel. Very efficient checked in. Smart design and compact toilet. Located on major busy street, and not far from toll road and big shopping mall. Be sure you bring your own toiletries, they only provide you only shampoo. The downside is only small parking space shared with other tenants.

Pros: - Very simple and clean room - Although a small hotel, the TV channels include HBO movie channels. - The bed is surprisingly nice and comfy. Makes it difficult to get up in the morning. - Room is not cramped. Smart design, enough space for you to open your luggage. - Connected to a convenient store that sells hot food, good to get breakfast and coffee. - Located on a major artery not far from toll road exit, and close to major shopping malls in the area. - The hotel provides free mineral water dispenser on some floors. Bring your water bottle - Easy to get taxis and online transportation - Helpful and friendly hotel staff, and security guards are happy to help you with parking Cons: - Very spartan. Room only type of hotel. - Road can be heavily congested on busy times - No restaurant in hotel - Some street noises can still be heard inside rooms at the front of the hotel - May be difficult to find eateries within walking distance - Small parking, shared with other businesses in the complex

• aidy2911 (2/5): bed bug and traffic noise - This budget hotel seems good in its review. The building is new and all seem clean when I arrive. But when I go to stay at the fifth floor the rooms in the building are exposed to a very loud noise from heavy traffic from the cross section traffic lights where trucks and all big vehicles pass by. The sound goes until 1am in the morning. I cannot sleep well. The worse is I found bed bugs under the blanket and killed them with plastic wrap and there has been my blood in it (see the pic). I was bitten and felt itchy. Gross!!!! I would not stay here ever again and recommend to not stay here really.
• 909pamelaf (6/5): Pretty clean and cheap but.. - Can't really complain much the price for this hotel is definitely one of the cheapest and it is a budget economic hotel, no slippers and yeah it sucks. I dont like walking around my room without using a hotel slippers because my sandal/shoe is dirty from the outside and I dont plan to spread the dirt around the room. It is a small room Clean bed and bathroom though Bathroom is made of fiber which that makes u feel like in a plane bathroom. The bathroom has this bad smell when u flush the toilet sometimes. The check in process is pretty fast and the check out as well. The parking sucks because we had to walk pretty far down, and I was carrying my laptop and it was raining. In the description says there is a laptop table, nope! it was a table but definitely not suitable to be a work table cause its gonna hurt ur back so i use it to put my bags, cause there is no other place to put em at. and if you are easily bothered by noises from the street or car passing by or a loud motorcycle muffler, dont choose this hotel. please provide slippers! it is crucial for me.

• Disc0vering (8/5): Comfortable minimalistic budget hotel with 3*** Plus amenities and great room rates! - On the last week of June we were having a one day trip to Serpong after a quick visit to Depok city. It was a welcome relaxing stay over in this new hotel after a whole day stucked in the horrible traffic jam between Depok and Tangerang.. Me and my wife was efficiently helped by the Receptionist. Soon we were entering our room on the third floor. We were really surprised with our room, it's very clean and for a budget htl nice spacious too! Our bed was truly comfortable and has good mattress as well. The bathroom/restroom is very clean and have a top notch shower, excellent shower beam!! BRAVO :-) I know from other hotels which is rated more than 3*** are having less shower beam and less cleaner than this Starlet hotel! The aircon is also great, it cooled down our room within 5 minutes from 28 into 19 degrees Celsius. Downstairs near the staircase there is also a convenient market integrated with the hotel corridor which offer the hotel guests coffee and /or snacks (no breakfast) during the day and night. A very convenient and great amenities for such a budget hotel here in Tangerang. I see often this kind of convenient trendy budget hotels in Bali but not so much to find here in Tangerang as I have noticed. For dinner you just easily step out of the hotel and within several hundred meters you will find lots of restaurant. Just exactly as previous guest Dwi Yuli mentioned in her review ;-) We definitely will stay here again when back in Tangerang!

Please smile more, or as simple as say Hi can change hotel ambience nicer. 2. The drop-off zone and parking lot is a little bit cramped. 3. The room doesn't have magnetic door stopper. Room Tip: 1. If you travel with family, it is better to request rooms with connecting door. 2.Choose higher floors for quieter situation.
