The property was generally clean and had a peaceful atmosphere throughout my stay, which made it very comfortable. The location is also perfect if you’re staying in Seminyak—everything is convenient and easily accessible. One small improvement would be for the open rooftop area to have lights turned on at night, as it would make it more usable for guests who want to relax there in the evening. The warm water also takes a bit of time to heat up, but this was communicated in advance through a notice in the bathroom, so it wasn’t a major issue.

- Anselm (8/5): Worth it for your money if you're staying for a few nights. - Pretty much everything was good. The aircon was cold, good tv (albeit the netflix was giving some sort of issue so we couldn't watch anything on there), and the bed was comfortable. Just didn't like that there was no proper place to air the towels/clothes out because we had to close the curtains as the 'balcony door' led to a path which anyone could peer in or maybe try to open, so that was a bit scary. The water jug they provided us was your typical IKEA type of bottle which is fine but the rubber is quite dirty which made it not that pleasant to drink from. The bathroom was alright. It is what you've paid for but I wish they would just take care of it a bit more so that the walls and doors ain't dirty or rotten etc.

- Robert (10/5): - I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is very strategic, right in the city center and close to a shopping mall and various restaurants. It’s super convenient to find food or go for a quick walk without having to travel far. The room was clean and comfortable, with well-maintained facilities. The bed was soft, the bathroom was spotless and smelled fresh, making it easy to relax and rest well. The hotel staff were also friendly and helpful throughout my stay. nothing

- Anina (4/5): Never there - Nothing I was disappointed with my stay at Hola Seminyak. The room was not clean upon arrival: the trash bin was full and there were hairs in the toilet bowl. I reported this issue twice, and each time the staff acted as if they understood and would take care of it, but the room was only cleaned after two days. The swimming pool is also very small and not intimate at all. Overall, the cleanliness and service did not meet my expectations.

The shower head only had water coming out of some of the holes and wasn't enough to be able to wash my hair. Plus theres a sign up advising the hot water takes 10-15 minutes to warm up which is accurate. Felt very wasteful running the shower for 15 mins to be able to have a warm shower under 6 streams of water

- seminyak (10/5): - I stayed at Hola Seminyak with my partner on October 15th, and we truly enjoyed our time there. The room was clean, comfortable, and well worth the price. The overall atmosphere was relaxing, and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Indah at the reception, who greeted us warmly upon arrival and kindly showed us to our room. She was always smiling and attentive, making every guest feel genuinely welcome. Her positive attitude added an extra touch to our pleasant stay. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend Hola Seminyak to anyone visiting the area! 🌿✨

The cupboard should be replaced, and the fridge is already rusty. The shower also needs to be fixed immediately, it gets extremely hot even after adjusting it to a normal temperature.

- Kim (5/5): no repeat for me - This was my final hotel stay in Bali before my departure. I booked this place mainly because it was close to the airport and still had some fun things to do nearby. The positives: The location was convenientm very close to the airport, which made travel easy. There were still some nice things to explore in the area, even on the last day of my trip. The bathroom felt extremely cramped. When opening the door, it almost hit the toilet bowl, which didn’t feel very hygienic. Some corners of the bathroom looked like they could use a much deeper cleaning. One of the towels laid out on the bed had disturbing stains, possibly paint or something similar that hadn’t been properly washed out. Luckily, the second towel was usable, but the first one left a bad impression. The duvet cover on the bed also had visible stains, which was very disappointing to see, especially when you're about to sleep. I didn’t report it due to time constraints, but it definitely affected the experience. The room was a bit noisy due to being right next to the staircase, which might not be easily fixable, but it did impact the comfort level. While I understand that this was a last-minute booking, cleanliness and hygiene should never be compromised. I had hoped for a more comfortable and clean final night in Bali.

- Christian (8/5): - Everything in this stay was good, the staff extremely kind and helpful, the beds really comfortable and the position in seminyak really good for a family group like ours since it has the square and the mall right behind it and the beach at a 2 minutes walk. The only think i have to complain about is the temperature of the shower, even if you don’t touch it sometimes it goes from really cold to boiling hot, except from this everything was perfect.

Daarnaast liep de douche vrijwel niet door en is er heel weinig daglicht. Andere kamers heb ik geen idee van, maar deze kamer zou ik zeker niet opnieuw boeken.

- Bichky (7/5): Budget accommodation - Close walk to seminayk square. Everything you need for a one night stay. For the price you really can't complain. They try their best to make it worth your stay. Everything is clean. The bathroom is quiet small and theres no screen divide between toilet and the shower so everything gets wet. But I only staid to rest and have a quick shower before my flight out so it did what it was meant to.

Unsure if just level 1 but like I said the staff were helpful but admitted that the smell was just normal.

The place is really humid, like when you turn off the air con the floor will be vry sticky, also found a pack of used condoms at the drawers yuck... and there are blood stain on the bed sheet....

With shops just around the corner and tucked at the end of dead end road it was in a good location. Nice and quiet. Comfortable bed and pillows. TV in room. No hot water in shower in room (and a friends room). Pool constantly filled with leaves and dirty. Overall room required maintenance, shower curtain was black mouldy along with the net curtains on the French doors. Paint flaking off the wall all around the room. Stains on bedding.
