• karen (7/5): Would stay here again. Handy to the town centre and Hamilton Lake was within walking distance. - The room was very clean and road noise was not an issue. The little outdoor area was a nice space. Bed was comfy. Although smoking is not permitted inside the rooms , it is allowed in the outdoor area. This was a positive as my partner is a smoker. So many motels have a strict No Smoking policy anywhere on the property.

The rooms had double glazing, so even though the street was busy we weren't bothered by traffic noise. The linen was clean and tidy, and the facilities were clean. A compendium of local businesses for eating out, groceries etc would have been helpful.

I thought we would drive or park outside our room to access so took a while to find the corridor to apartment doors. It would be nice if there was desk fans available in the wardrobes or something. It is a very warm building which is great but hard to sleep. Also carpark is a full on trip hazard unfortunately.

• Sharon Batten (9/5): A comfortable retreat - The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of tea/coffee, toiletries, etc provided. It was quiet and relaxing. The location was very convenient - close to Hamilton Gardens and the city. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
