• Charbel (7/5): Average hotel far from old town Mostar - Standard hotel Good breakfast The hotel is very far from the old city (34 min walking). The hotel has no charm without any view. It is a hotel for bus tourists Not very clean.

• Amila (5/5): - Frühstück war im grossen und ganzen ganz gut. Das Bett war so unbequem und auch die Bettlacken und Kissen waren eine reinste Katastrophe. Man hört alles durch die Wand und Tür. Wir hatte in den 2 Tagen sehr schlecht geschlafen. Steckdosen am Anfang nicht auffindbar, bis ich eine unter dem Nachttisch fand. Kommen nicht mehr wieder.

Bardzo ładne zapachowo kosmetyki. Sąsiedztwo dyskoteki wyklucza spokojny sen w sobotę. Brak czajnika czy zestawu kawowego w pokoju.

• Bruno Santiago (10/5): The perfect staff in a perfect hotel - The personnel are amazing, I had some problems with my bus to arrive, so I arrived really late at night. They were there waiting for me and they even gave me the late checkout. They are simply amazing and 100% recommended. 20min far from the city center. However it is worth.

• Ayşın (5/5): Rooms are surprisingly lacking even the most basic amenities. - Reception staff was helpful. I have stayed in many hotels before, but this was honestly one of the strangest experiences. The rooms do not have a mini fridge, which the staff explained is to prevent electricity waste. I can understand that. However, there is also no kettle, no glasses, and not even a bottle of water in the room. I was very surprised that there wasn’t even a glass available. The bathroom is also extremely minimal. There are only wall-mounted soap dispensers and no other basic amenities at all. I have never seen such an unusually empty hotel room before. The room itself was clean, but the furniture felt incomplete, almost like the room wasn’t fully finished. Breakfast was average — not bad, but nothing special. The location is okay; not very central but not too far either. I would not recommend staying for more than one night. What surprised me the most was the complete lack of basic items, especially not even providing a simple bottle of water. if you are on a budget and stay for one night i guess it is okey.

• Andrew (8/5): Good value, would stay again - Decent breakfast, rooms in good condition. We stayed three nights. The room cleaning staff knocked once but we were indisposed. they didn't try again.

The gentleman was also very helpful in directing me to a authentic Bosian restaurant. He also arranged a taxi to pick me up first thing in the morninbg together with a take-away breakfast because I was leaving early. Shower could do with some attention

• ivan (10/5): Top - Sehr schöne Unterkunft, schön gestaltet und sehr sehr nettes personal. Tiptop! Die Türen sind nicht komplett dicht, es man hört alles von aussen im Gang was ablauft. Für uns war es kein Problem, aber wird für jemanden anderes sein.
