È sempre stata disponibilissima per qualsiasi esigenza, pronta a rispondere al telefono in ogni momento e ad aiutarmi con grande gentilezza. Oltre alla sua professionalità, è anche estremamente simpatica e accogliente, qualità che rendono l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. La struttura è altrettanto fantastica: la posizione è davvero imbattibile, nel pieno centro, in zona Rione Monti, ricca di locali, ristoranti e con numerose fermate di autobus che permettono di raggiungere comodamente qualsiasi punto della città. In più, in soli due minuti a piedi si arriva al Colosseo, una comodità incredibile! In poche parole, tutto è stato meraviglioso. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque voglia vivere un soggiorno indimenticabile!

• CHAIDO (10/5): Excellent stay in a perfect location - The location was excellent, making it very easy to explore the city. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious and comfortable. Although there was not always staff present on site, this did not bother us at all, as everything was well organized. We would definitely choose this place again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. Everything was exactly as described, and we honestly could not find a single negative point.

• Vendy M. (10/5): - Výborná lokalita kousek od Kolosea i Fontány Trevi. Krásná stará budova se starým, ale funkčním výtahem. Pokoj byl čistý, každý den nám byly vyměněny ručníky, povlečení se mění obden, což bychom ani nevyžadovali. Bylo nám umožněno ubytovat se o několik hodin dříve, takže jsme nemuseli čekat na pokoj. 😊 V pokoji se držela vlhkost, v koupelně trochu plíseň. Tenké stěny - vše je slyšet z chodby i pokojů.
• Angela (9/5): Soooo handy! - The room was small... but that is my only note. It was ideally situated, some lovely restaurants within a few minutes walk as well as shops and attractions. It was spotlessly clean, with tea and coffee. No milk, but a shop right across the Rd to buy milk for 1euro. Staff friendly, no issues checking in or out. This place is an apartment in a block which has been broken into rooms, so they aren't big. But enough for a budget hotel for the amount of time you'll spend there. I'd stay here again, for sure.

Niestety z łazienki unosił się bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach, a obsługa nie była w stanie temu zaradzić. Drzwi do łazienki musiały być zamknięte i pobyt był znośny, ale korzystanie z łazienki nie było komfortowe. W pokoju obok nie było tego problemu.

Accoglienza veramente ottima, struttura pulita, stanza silenziosa, accogliente e giusta, posizione ottima vicino a tutti i punti di interesse. Inoltre è stato anche il mio compleanno e mi hanno fatto trovare una sorpresa in stanza… che dire lo consigliamo!!!

Όταν έκανα την κράτηση το αίτημα μου έγινε αποδεκτό το οποίο ήτανε διπλό κρεβάτι

A nuestra llegada, nos dimos cuenta que bajo la cama había calcetines usados, una botella de agua vacía y un pañuelo usado. Lógicamente lo comunicamos cuando tuvimos oportunidad (porque rara vez se encuentran en el mostrador las chicas del propio hotel), y al día siguiente lo limpiaron.

• annick (10/5): Super séjour à Rome - Bien situé pour visiter Rome et à proximité commerces, restaurants, bus. Disponible dans la chambre : savon, shampoing, serviettes, brosse à dent, dentifrice, chaussons, petit frigo avec eau. Le lit est refait tous les jours et les produits complétés si besoin. Il faut bien fixer la plage horaire d'arrivée et de départ car la personne à la réception n'est pas là en continue. chambre et salle de bain propre.

A porta de entrada no andar superior não ficava trancada e quando os hóspedes entravam a porta fazia muito barulho, perturbando o nosso descanso. Não havia funcionário para fazer o check out, deixamos as chaves e o cartão no balcão

• GERMAN (10/5): Muy recomendable sobre todo por su personal de recepcion - El personal de recepción que nos atendió excelente: su buena disposición para apoyarte en todo y muy simpática , amable y eso para nosotros vale mucho sobre todo cuando llegamos a un lugar nuevo que te atiendan super bien. Respecto a la ubicación excelente lugar céntrico a todo lados llegas rápido. El baño muy bueno , la comodidad de la cama excelente , el aire acondicionado muy bueno ,habitación limpia y cambio de toallas y materiales de baño muy bueno y diario. Todo ok
