• Bonna (9/5): It was overall a very nice stay & would recommend this facility . - I needed a room with a kitchenette & I found this facility to be exactly what I needed. It was a very nice room with extremely friendly & accommodating staff. There wasn’t trash pickup everyday & not a place to drop it off. Didn’t have ample towels for a three day stay considering housekeeping is every other day.
• Jim (10/5): Excellent! - Spaciousness of the room, kitchen available, comfortable beds. The shower was nice, but I felt the soap, shampoo and conditioner were on the wrong wall. They were directly under the shower head. If you didn't want to get your hair wet, it was difficult to get to those. It would be better to have them on the opposite wall. Just my opinion. Otherwise, we were extremely happy with the room! Nice gas firepit at the front of the hotel that gave it a very homey feel. Covered that above

Once settled in we turned the temp up a little so that it wasn’t frigid and the smell started to appear. The carpet was sticky. We opted to wear shoes. The bathroom door was broken and kept coming off the bar door track. The shower head was clogged and barely put out any water. This room was good for one night but we will not be returning for future trips. I suggest you go elsewhere!! Not worth the money.

All the amenities you could need. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Lobby area very attractive and a place you could hang around in. Snacks and drinks available. Outside patio had a fire pit and served as a lounge. Free parking. Conveniently located. I'd return here in a heartbeat. Prices seemed reasonable, cost total $400 for 2 nights in king studio suite using senior discount.

There was no milk or yogurt, the juice dispensers were empty, and the egg dish was in a back room because the steam table didn’t work. You shouldn’t advertise free breakfast if you aren’t able to provide it.

• deb-5584 (4/5): Not so good Hilton chain hotel - I stayed for 4 days for work. Overall experience, I am not impressed. I am a diamond member. When I checked in, they didn't even offer water. Leave alone say thank you. The staff look like they hate their job and not caring at all. When I asked for a bathroom mat ( because I don't have any in my bathroom), they acted like I am a nuisance asking too much. Breakfast was very minimal, not that many choices, one of the day they didn't have it ready until 7 a.m when it supposed to start at 6 a.m. I think this is the worst Hilton hotel chain I ever stayed.

• 778kristyf (8/5): Nice Roomy Hotel - We randomly stopped in the middle of nowhere to stay the night on the way home from Florida. The town is ghetto but this hotel is a bright spot - very nice hotel. Carpet was sticky - definitely need to clean the carpet!! Other than that the hotel was clean & so comfortable. I hope I never have to come to this town again but if I do I would stay here again. Hotel is pet friendly. Breakfast was gross but it was free.

As a long time Hilton Honors member I can say we love this particular hotel. Always wonderful friendly staff, always clean and just an overall great vibe. • Deborah (10/5): Hometown trip with grandkids - I took my grandkids back to my home town to show them the schools I attended & the town I grew up in. Our room was large & AC cooled wonderfully . The beds were very comfortable. The kids loved the indoor pool & said the water was warm & felt great. The desk clerks were attentive & very pleasant. Our room had a full size fridge, sink, microwave, & coffeemaker. The breakfast was good. The hotel is close to restaurants and shopping including the Alexandria mall which was a really nice mall. I have no complaints & would definitely stay here again.
