El cuarto estaba limpio en general pero al querer bajar la cobija había una bolsa zoológico con algo beige o blanco parecía crema realmente me dio asco y opté por no tomar la cobija de ahí en fuera todo excelente.

- Timothy (6/5): - Well, there were large slabs of drywall in the front hallway the entire time we were there, and we only saw handymen a couple of times. The room itself was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The employees spoke bad, inconsistent English. Despite there being an English menu, the room service staff said they spoke no English at all over the phone. The food from room service was terrible. They managed to ruin french fries. We were told there would be an hour and a half wait for food. Then when it arrived, not only were the fries cold, but brittle and stale, as if they were days old. There was an inexplicable step to the bedroom. So, when I carried the tray of food into the bedroom, I tripped and spilled it all over the floor. That lone, weird step is something I tripped over twice, and it made the room handicap inaccessible. There was ONLY outdoor seating available for the complementary morning breakfast. Which, in nice weather, might have felt pleasant. But it rained every day of our stay in Mexico, so I was shivering on this fourth floor outdoor porch while rain petered on the awning overhead. This whole stay started with me going to the Wyndham Garden Polanco, where I had INTENDED to stay. I was told by that employee that, no, I was actually at the Reforma location. (The website screwed me over, because I had specifically sought out a room at the Polanco location.) That employee gave me bad, misleading information, saying a 30 minute walk was only 12.

- pastywhitescot (2/5): zero stars, bait and switch - Do not book this property it is a scam, note that this property does not appear on Wyndham website necessitating you having to book through a third party (in my case, Expedia). The night before I was arriving they messaged me and relocated me involuntarily to Wyndam Polanco which is in a noisy neighborhood with constant traffic noise making it impossible to sleep. They also charged me the entire stay when I got there instead of at the end of the trip and via Expedia like they were supposed to do. The reason for the relocation was the Reforma proprty was "under maintenance". Do not trust Wyndham btw when you call and try to complain you will be rudely told that "Wyndham doesn't own the property you are on your own"

The water was always hot, and the towels were fresh and clean. The included breakfast was a nice way to start the day. It’s extremely walkable from this point into the rest of the centro for sightseeing or to grab a bite.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Breakfast is NOT what you would expect - Location is wonderful but this hotel should not state it includes “continental breakfast”. The staff who prepares the food (just one person) seems to be in hurry and literally took my dish out of the table. I did not finish the fruit ( a bowl of melon and papaya which are dry and not fresh) and she took it. I was given two toasts that are burned and when I barely finished one she took the other, too! Why in such a hurry? I almost wonder if the hotel recycle them?!?!? After the first day, I did not return for the breakfast. It is too bad because I would not have chosen this hotel at the price if the breakfast were not included.

The property offered washer and dryer, I washed my clothes and the dryer didn't work. I had 2 loads of wet clothes and a plane to catch early the next day, didn't sleep making sure it got dried with a heater they offered.

- 513bertz (10/5): Amazing Visit and Stay. - The Location is in quite street. But minutes walk from Reforma and Anguel de la Independence. Lots of great dining also minutes walk. The location is very safe. The room was clean and all you need. But most importantly the staff is very friendly and helpful. We need help with COVID test and tours and was able to accommodate both. Above and beyond staff.

And an absolutely wonderful location with tons of restaurants nearby. Staying here made my staff great. I need to get to the airport in a few hours but it's difficult to leave this place as it's so comfortable.

Even that it belongs to Wyndham chain, it looks like a boutique hotel, inside and out. Staff is more than friendly and ready to help with everything. Breakfast is served and is pretty varied. The only downside is the paid off-site parking. Everything else is almost perfect

I just wish the listing is a bit more clear that many of the rooms, especially on the ground floor don't have external-facing windows. they are small windows that either open into the light shaft or don't open at all. So you literally don't get any natural light or view outside of your room

Diaz ... this woman was our salvation, she answered many questions regarding the city, her recommendations helped us a lot to enjoy our stay both in the hotel and around the city. Thank you very much Miss Diaz. The hotel is very good in general and I recommend taking it into account both for the cleanliness of the place and the location.

- one7qian (10/5): Amazing hotel!! - We had a very very pleasant stay here. The hotel located at a quiet side street surrounded by hundreds of restaurants and bars. All the employees were very friendly, breakfast was order-to-make (at a beautiful terrace), cleaning lady cleaned the room every day. The king suite was spacious, comfy bed, nice shower, Most importantly, wifi was amazing (fast and stable). During our stay, we never had any problems with the internet. I really appreciate how this hotel take covid-19 seriously. Employees wears mask all the time, daily sanitized. Thank you for everything!!

- rosapW7603IZ (10/5): Fun - LOVED IT!! Everyone was nice and helped me out with the area. I was able to leave my bags while I enjoy my last day exploring the city. The receptionist help me with some of my tours. I will definitely come back!
- Christopher (10/5): Enjoyed the personal service - The hotel is in an excellent location in Reforma, close to many restaurants and bars. My room was clean and extremely spacious. I had some issues printing documents at the business center but the lady at the front desk was kind enough to print them at the front desk and she was very accommodating throughout my entire stay.

- renminombre (10/5): Excelent Service and Staff Very Friendly / Professional - We stayed almost a month in this very nice hotel. The room had everything needed for a comfort stay. The location is very convenient, Paseo de la Reforma (El Angel de la Independencia) is just one block away... it only takes 5 minutes walking. Near the hotel there are all kind of restaurants and pubs. For me, the most important thing was the amazing staff! All the time they assured the rooms, roof garden, the business area and the lobby were cleaned, following the government’s protocol to face this Covid 19 issue. Thank you Wyndham Garden Mexico City Team for making my stay comfortable and safe.

- Sandip (8/5): - I wonder how this property qualifies as a Hotel . It’s more like a home stay guest house , managed with skeleton staff . No bar , no restaurant service. Most of the staff able to communicate only in Spanish . I would surely not recommend this place to fellow travellers looking to stay in a hotel with basic services. If a bed and breakfast homestay is what someone is looking for, then it’s ok .
- Jorge (4/5): - Is clean and in good location. Receptionist doesnt look at the door, we were not able to open the door we rang several times until other guest open. Complimentary breakfast with one cooker is to slow.
