- Remy (6/5): - L’hôtel en lui même est pas trop mal, il manquerait quand même la climatisation. ( nuit très chaude, donc fenêtre ouverte sur rue très passante) Niveau propreté, il était très correct. L’hôtel fait également bar restaurant. Restaurant où nous avons très bien manger. Mais bar fréquenté par certain clients éméchés jusqu’à 23h30.

- Nathalie (10/5): - Everything and everyone were great at the Hôtel Emeraude. We were welcomed warmly, told where the room was which was bright and spacious and had air-con which was a bonus as it was a hot day. We were advised on where to park, breakfast and dining options. The area around the hotel is gorgeous and there is a lovely view on the lake from the terrace where we had dinner. I wouldhappily stay there again.

If we had needed to, the Hotel was happy to keep it safe for us until we had it collected days later. Restaurant food was outstanding, starter was the best I have eaten this Holiday. Cafe area was warm and welcoming. Just a perfect stay in a lovely town. Thank you

- Jenifer (2/5): Je suis déçue. - Nous sommes arrives à 22h45 nous avions prévenu le réceptionniste de notre retard. On a trouvé l hôtel fermé le réceptionniste nous avait déposé la clé à l entrée. Nous avons dû appeler le propriétaire pour savoir comment ouvrir la porte. On a ouvert l entrée principale il n y avait aucun agent de sécurité. Quand nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre elle avait une mauvaise odeur on a du ouvrir les fenêtres pour aérer. Franchement pour le prix nous avons été déçu. En ligne on a réservé pour un grand lit on a eu deux listes d une place.

J'ai moins aimé être au 2ème étage, un peu dur de monter les escaliers avec la chaleur qu'il faisait. J'aurais dû demander à être au 1er. La salle de bain était petite mais fonctionnelle. Le petit déjeuner était simple mais suffisant dans une salle agréable.

Je n'ai testé que le petit déjeuner donc je ne parlerais pas des repas, alors salle du petit déjeuner propre et spacieuse. Nourriture correcte sans en avoir trop.

Cependant il avait du recoller la moquette ou la tapisserie le week-end d’avant ainsi il y avait une odeur très forte de colle/solvant. J’ai passé une nuit affreuse à respirer ces effluves! Il n’aurait jamais dû louer cette chambre si tôt après des travaux
