It's a stunning, beautiful building. Out of the control of the hotel but we should have been warned--the Cleveland Marathon started up at 6AM on Saturday morning with loud speakers and music blaring. No way you could sleep thru all that noise. Very disappointed 😞

Mark (10/5): I would come back to Cleveland just to stay at this hotel! - Breakfast exceeded my expectations! They even had a fountain soda machine. The Breakfast buffet was served in a huge restaurant located on the first floor. For over a decade I gave hospitality awards to Restaurants and Hotels. I have seen quite a few. I would rate this hotel and it's staff among the top ten I have stayed in worldwide. A hotelier can spend a fortune on a property and not hire and train a great staff. Not so with this hotel. The best way I can describe my experience is that I felt pampered from the time of my arrival to my departure. Even the parking valet were a cut above. NothingI
Matt (5/5): Don’t get a room on the 2nd floor. Be prepared for parking garage gouging. - Very nice building and clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast buffet. For what it was, it was done very nicely. We were placed on the 2nd floor near the mezzanine opening to the lobby. Any sound in the lobby was amplified to our hall and more importantly our room. Finally sorta quieted down around midnight.

Night time staff dinner was delicious/drinks made just right. The Teacher Lounge was fantastic good time drinks delicious and a very cool bar tender. Thank you staff. One suggestion maybe there’s a “family time” and then there should be “adult time” for dinner. Just not enough space and everyone is trying to eat early as possible.

Staff was very attentive, both at the front desk and dining area and Teachers Lounge. Pool area was wonderful and relaxing. Easy walk to the Rock and Roll Museum and boardwalk. Whole vibe at hotel was very suitable for us. Highly recommend. Bigger towels at the pool

Nick (10/5): It’s always a great time at the Drury - I love the fact the Drury provides, dinner, free drinks, breakfast. It was a rainy night in Cleveland that night so it was easy just to stay in and stay comfortable. I know it’s in a downtown area but there is no parking.

The hotel providing free breakfast AND dinner was incredible and kind of unheard of. It really made up for the $40/night valet charge. The only thing that wasn't great was that we were put into an ADA room and there was a doorbell on the wall that did a strobe light all night long. It wasn't until the 2nd night that it was able to be removed, so the first night we had to endure it. The hotel did give us a discount on the first night for this, which was appreciated.

Debbie (10/5): Our one night stay was great and we would be happy to return! - All of the front desk staff were pleasant and able to answer all of our questions. They were very helpful in getting extra blankets for our queen beds and searching for over the counter medications. The free breakfast and the evening meal were good and very helpful in budgeting for our group's short trip to Cleveland to visit the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Although we didn't take advantage of the pool and whirlpool, they appeared to be in good shape and folks were enjoying them. Our group agreed that we would recommend the Drury and would return, given the opportunity. We enjoyed the Drury and cannot think of any negative issues.
