Guest Reviews
- Amanda (8/5): - K
- Gennie (2/5): Worst experience of my life. - We stayed in Room 119 to wait out a storm in our area The room was absolutely disgusting We found bed bugs There were holes in the bathroom door that did not shut properly or lock The sockets were broken and looked burnt Most of the sockets didn't work at all The chair was burnt from cigarettes There were cigarette Burns all in the Dubay In sheets there was also makeup on the sheets The shower curtain was absolutely filthy and the faucet on the only sink broke off In my hand do not recommend staying here I would have asked for a refund, but the couple act like they didn't speak English well and couldn't understand me.
- Heather (6/5): Rough around the edges but good for price - Cheap hotel but u get what u pay for. The front desk is much nicer than they use to be but overall it's a work in progress. Under new owner I've heard and the hotel room are getting increasingly better as time goes on. The last issue we had was the bathroom sink faucet running non stop.
- Beth (6/5): - The room smelt and looked unclean. The guy who checked us in was also kind of rude.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - This hotel was worth the cost. It was clean and affordable. Highly recommend it if traveling on a budget!
- Darrel (4/5): - The bathroom door knob was broken on the inside n the tv half work n there was mice dropping in some the drawers n kill a few of roaches in the room n one of the drawers handle was broken also n the telephone in the room was not working
- Dylan (8/5): - Very decent and fairly cheap too would stay again
- Ken (6/5): - When checking in, there was a tiny window outside that someone passed a pen and paper to fill out to me to fill in! Then I had to pass my id and credit card through the tiny window and received a key for the room. The whole time checking in I never saw who I was dealing with!! Very strange
- Shante (8/5): - Nice staff, clean room
- candace (8/5): - Na
- Anna (2/5): - Would not recimend this place... They told me one price and charged me 25.00 more then they said... The rooms were dirty the tv didnt work... No tissue paper in the room... No towels... The mananger was really smart with me and just plain out rude...
- Donna (6/5): Look elsewhere - Room needed work. Plaster coming off ceiling. Bathroom door didnt shut. Bed was clean but there was holes in the sheets from cigarettes. Would not recommend. 2/10
- Holly (2/5): - The gentleman is very rude
- farron (8/5): - Hot water, decent bed, heater was on when I arrived on a chilly night. Small room, older, and late night check in was odd. Hey, it was a stop over late at night procured based on pricing. Met my needs at the time.
- Stephanie (10/5): - Super friendly staff, The rooms were very clean, I recommend this to others
- Linda (8/5): - The owner's/management was so nice and pleasant to me and honestly, not too many people have been pleasant to be around! I seem to push
- John (10/5): - Good price and location.
My sink doesn't drain that well; probably has hair holding it back. Bring me a wire with a hook one end and a loop on the other, and I'll fish out the "rat"!
- Johnny (6/5): Adequate - Adequate at best, ok for short night. Only good- cheap price.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Was unable to check in they refused to allow check in even with payment already paid and credit card on file without $100 cash deposit also refused to also give me a refund
- Randall (2/5): Don't Stay unless you absolutely have too. - When I first arrived to check in they told me, my name wasn't in the books and was about to charge me 80$ a night, I booked this Motel back in March of 2021 for only 47$ a night I was a little upset since I just got off from a long drive and just wanted a bed to rest in but could not. I left the Motel to cool off and get something to eat came back later and had my wife show them I did rent a room from hotels.com and they finally agreed. Once we got into the room it wasn't the one I requested. it was two full beds and I wanted one queen bed, but they was all booked and I couldn't get my room changed. On the sigh out front of the motel it says daily cleaning, They didn't clean our room one day we was there, and we stayed for three nights.
- HEATHER (2/5): Crack den of mold and filth - Horrible horrible horrible. Huge gap in the door u could see outside. Mold on shower curtain and in broken bathroom light. Holes in the headboards and patched holes not painted all over the wall. It looked like a crack den. On both sides there were permanent tenants who were working on their motorcycles and had stuff stacked up all around my hotel room door. Also kept having car pull up and doing drug deals right outside my window. It was supppppper sketchy. Hotels.com shouldn’t let them advertise in here. Absolutely the worst motel I’ve ever stayed in
Also booked a $45 queen room. Got put in a double bed room for $55. She over charged and could barely speak English. Kept answering my questions wrong Bc she didn’t understand. Booked two nights only stayed one Bc it was disgusting.
- Michele (2/5): Extremely Horrible - They refused my reservation & refused to look up my reservation & they were extremely rude.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Rude and more rude - They was very rude. I call yo let thrm know we was have a little bit of troubleand we be there shortly and he told me i had 30 min ot he was filling the room me and my boyfruend looked for 3 hours for another room
- Coleshia (10/5): - Great
- Franklin (6/5): - i booked 2 rooms both queen beds and smoking for a good price they was avaible but when i get there an hour and half after booking the rooms.....she said they wasnt avaible she had 2 double beds non smoking rooms but it would cost more i feel like if i booked the rooms that was avaible i should have at least paid the same price cause it was their mess up not mine
- Tammy (4/5): Over charged for rong room and bed size - I was charged extra for a room I did not book. I had a Queen bed for 2 room reserved and was told I had to pay more for a double bed room because that was all she had!??? My room was gave to someone else and I paid $55 for a non smoking room, couldn’t get clean towels for my morning shower when I took the dirty ones to the office I was told to wait for towels until morning. This was at 6 pm.
- Tammy (8/5): Best stay in years - The front desk was extremely rude other than that it was the best stay I’ve had in years. Super clean, security, pictures from app look like it was in person and quite.
- Taylor (10/5): A1 since day1 - Great hospitality
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The beds are super uncomfortable, they don't give you much soap or shampoo either
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Room was clean and quiet; bed comfortable; water hot; appropriate for the price.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Arggg not what expected for sure could be a lot better
- Luis (6/5): Its ok - The room smelled like smoke even tho it say it was non smoking ... There was a dead cockroach in the restroom ... They gave me a handicapped room .. there was two small cockroaches walking on my nightstand .. I didn't report it because it wasnt a big deal for me but need to make sure y'all clean the rooms more often
- Robert (8/5): Shut the door and the neighborhood goes away. - Hotel is not in the nicest area, but for the price it's a good value. Close and lock the door and the neighborhood disappears. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Wifi, TV, and everything else works fine. If passing through Cleveland/Chattanooga again, I could stay here again.
- Tammy (6/5): It was okay for the price - It was okay
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Nothing i liked. The beds were uncomfortable. Only only one button on the tv remote worked. The guy that checked me in was rude. The light over the sink did not work at all.
- Verified traveler (2/5): I c - I checked into my room with my credit card. When I got to my room there was no electric power. I went back to the office and they told me that the power was out all over town I asked for a credit was told that they could not credit my card because the power was out. I asked them to credit my card when the power came back on and I left. It has been one week and there has been no credit to my card..
- jess (2/5): Rude manager - First when i get here he tells me no rooms available then i tell him i made a reservation and he starts rushing me then tells me im set then follows me to my room and tells me i need to fill out this paper... why didnt u when i was up front? Then he starts yellimg i have 3 ppl when the room sleeps up to 4... i thought it was fine. Ill be watching for an extra charge on my room...
- Verified traveler (4/5): Clean - We booked a room for one night and we were charged for it twice. The room was supposed to be a room that you could smoke in and it wasn’t.
- Linda (8/5): - The people were very nice and the room was a bit run down but very clean. The price was excellent and for the money I wasn't expecting 5star. Just needed a place to spend the night.
- Michael (8/5): Can't beat it for the Price! - Excellent place of good value for the price. Very quiet and friendly staff. In fact I paid the hotel for 2 additional nights and ended up staying for 3 nights instead of the one I booked.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Okay - The hotel overall was okay. The locks on the door were broken though. Not the key entry lock just the others. Didn't like that. Kind of a sketchy area. It's alright for the price if you just need a place to sleep.
- Joshua (8/5): Suggestion to others. - Clean and modern with up to date style.
- JJ (2/5): This hotel is hot garbage - We booked a non-smoking room with 2 beds through Orbitz for 4 days. We came in a day later due to bad traffic while evacuating Florida because of Hurricane Irma. We called multiple times throughout the night to keep them updated on our arrival time. The people who answer the phones barely even speak English and were very difficult to understand. Once we finally arrive at 11am after a 23 hour drive (which normally is only a 9 hour drive for us), we go to the desk and ask to see the room first. They ask to see the ID and card used to book to make sure it was me. We go to look at the room and it smelled of straight cigarette smoke, it was unclean and there were holes in the walls!!! After looking around at the hotel a bit more, we decided this was not the hotel we wanted our asthmatic 12 year old and our 4 month old (who is 7 weeks premature)to be in for the next 2-3 days. So I went back to the desk and explained that the conditions were unacceptable and explained why and said we would find other accommodations. The clerk hands me the bill he ALREADY CHARGED ME FOR while i was looking at the room and he charged me for 4 days and says multiple times "NO REFUND!!!" Needless to say, I will not be booking them ever again, nor will I refer anybody to them!
- Keith (4/5): No hot water. - Not so good. No hot water for first few days.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - It needs work seem to have issue with roaches and the wi fi sucks.
- Debbie (8/5): Comfortable - Room was pretty good. Have to watch out for locals showing up at your room at 5 a.m. Scared us badly, didn't know them and tried to force their way into our room, manager was reviewing the tape.
- My card (2/5): Disgusting - I Hated it. We stayed the night there and was afraid we was going to be shot and there was cockroaches everywhere in the beds even! I want my money back.
- April (8/5): Heritage Inn review !! - It was o.k. hotel , just didn't have a pool or cont. breakfast !!
- rebecca (2/5): worst stay ever! - beds are extremely hard it was very noisy outside with men drinking hotel manager walking around for hour at least after we arrived came up to me in my car while smoking told me not once but twice rooms were mom smoking which obviously I knew that if I was sitting in my car smoking ! would not recommend this hotel to anyone! bad backs due to bed neighborhood awful!
- Trey (4/5): I guess it's ok for the price. - Me and my son stayed there so we would be closer to the Ocoee River to raft the next day. I wasn't looking for the nicest hotel as all we were gonna do was sleep there so I found this reasonably priced motel. It was pretty basic as you would expect. It was fairly clean but could have cleaner. The tv was old but did have basic cable & HBO. The bed was as comfortable as a motel bed ever is. There were a few shady characters & some questionable activity & someone tried to open our door, by mistake probably. Other issues were there were almost no electrical outlets we could use, they had no coffee In the room or in the "lobby" & the lobby was closed the next morning, & the wifi is terrible. Overall it was fine just for a place to stay for 1 night.
