• Paula (7/5): - Buena ubicación a los pies de las canchas de ski, frente al mall y estación de tren. Lindas vistas a la cancha de ski. Buen onsen para relajarse al final del día. La alfombra de nuestra habitación estaba sucia, es un hotel relativamente masivo, con poca atención personalizada.

And the lounge area with some free drinks was much appreciated. There could be more food options at the hotel if possible as the nearby shops all closes by 7pm.

• satie (7/5): スキー場直結快適ホテル - スキー場直結で、駅やアウトレットとも無料ピックアップバスがあるところ。温泉がついているのもよい。 ホテルのラウンジでスキーをしている家族をのんびり待てるのも良かった。 値段が高い。レストランの価格も高め。 スタッフにレンタルスキーの受取場所を聞いたらスノーハウスと言われ、わざわざそちらに出向いたが、せっかくプリンスホテルに宿泊して事前予約しているのに行列に並ばされた。結局、ホテルにレンタルスキーは届いていたとのこと。イーストから日帰り用のスノーハウスは徒歩10分弱またはリフトを乗り継いで行かねばならず時間のロスになったのがとても残念だった。

• David (5/5): A little disappointing for the price - Location Being what felt the only westerners in the hotel. We were given a room that felt like it was in the lobby. Next to stairs and elevators with everyone in the hotel walking past. Everyone. Asked for a room with a view of the ski slopes and were told it was a view of a volcano. But was a view of the shopping centre. Very disappointing especially for the price paid.

• HUNGHSI (8/5): - The ski area is just right next to the Prince hotel east. It’s super convenient for guests to get back to hotel and get immediate rest after a long day skiing. The capacity of pick up bus can sometimes disappoint you when you are in a hurry and can’t get on the bus.

The stores and restaurants al close by 7pm so we didn’t get dinner the first night since we didn’t know it would close so early. The breakfast at the hotel was ridiculously expensive and basically had salad bar and their hot food was served cold.

• Benjamin (9/5): Old world Japanese charm with modern amenities ans great shopping experience - Well maintained. Reliable shuttle bus service. No luggage transport service between mall outlet/train station and hotels. Meaning you had to lug your luggage onboard shuttle buses which can be overcrowded at peak periods.

• Michael Lim (8/5): comfortable and quiet stay - unlike in other Japanese onsen accommodation, Prince guests need not bring towels from their rooms to the hot spring area. this makes it convenient for the guests who might prefer to use their towels also in their own rooms. the laundry room was only in the West section of the property. East hotel guests have to walk 10 minutes outdoors to the laundry room. in cold weather, this is unhelpful.
