- Shelton (6/5): - Location is perfect. They should put more emphasis on the breakfast. As I'm a traveler who visit some hotels in Laureles, this has the poorest breakfast presentation. Price of the hotel should reflect somehow on the breakfast.

Desayuno variado y a pesar de estar en alta ocupación, el personal muy atento y anuente a colaborar. Cheking muy rápido. Al momento de nuestra estancia el hotel estaba lleno y la habitación que nos asignaron la primera noche, la cama era súper incómoda. De la segunda noche nos ubicaron en otra habitación que si era cómoda y tal cual como la había reservado en la aplicación.

Al llegar a la habitación la tasa del servicio sanitario estaba sucia, con pelos, eso nos dio mucho asco. Al bañarme el día que llegué en la noche no habia jabon liquido, lo pedí x 2 dias y no lo pusieron, creo q son muy distraídos a la hora de la limpieza.

- Maria (10/5): Would come back! - The hotel room and all the other common areas in general were very clean. The hotel staff is the best, very nice and always willing to help you out. The noise from all the of the nearby bars. This isn't something we weren't aware of, but I just want to mention it in case it's useful for anyone else. this specific spot is known to be busy and loud during the nighttime, so its not a reason i wouldn't stay in this hotel again. despite the noise, we had an excellent stay here.

- Pablo Gabriel (7/5): - El desayuno era muy similar todos los días, a pesar de ello era bueno. El matress de la cama demasiado duro, se le indicó y resolvieron en la medida que se pudo. Por otra parte hubo un accidente y las sábanas se ensuciaron una de las noches, me cargaron a la tarjeta un cargo por desinfección de sábanas, me pareció injusto, pues las sábanas es algo que se supone ellos desinfecten todos los días, y mi pregunta fue: y los padres que llevan infantes y un niño pequeño ensuciase las sábanas, ellos van a estar cobrando así cada vez. Esa parte me pareció absurda.

- Sanchez (10/5): Ruidos de la calle que el hotel no tiene control - La amabilidad de los empleados y la limpieza del lugar. La habitación q me tocó estaba frente a la calle y se escuchaba todo lo de afuera. Pedí cambiar y me indicaron que si, pero al otro día solo se escuchaban los autos pasar, el día q fui hubo una actividad y la música fue hasta el amanecer, luego de los días la música era hasta cierta hora de la noche y se podía descansar bien.

The location is convenient, yet the atmosphere inside the hotel is calm and peaceful — a great balance for both work and relaxation. Breakfast was delicious, the Wi-Fi was strong for remote work, and the attention to detail from the entire team was impressive. You can really feel the positive energy and hospitality here. The property is well maintained and the staff are very professional and accommodating. The breakfast was a nice feature to start my day. This hotel is in a great section of the city with many things to eat, see, and do. Reasonable access to the Metro to explore other parts of the city as well. Highly recommend this hotel

The area had plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The staff members were very helpful. Every day, the same breakfast was served. I got tired of having the same egg with arepa every morning.

My other 3 on the tour were at another Hotel but don’t know why? Very nice staff, nice room and restaurant on premises for dinner as well. I had some excellent chicken soup there twice at lunch time. Only thing that bothered me was the 2 homeless people right across the street sleeping on the sidewalk. Not a nice thing to see every morning.

- Giancarlo (6/5): - En primer lugar si el establecimiento dice que ofrece el transporte desde el aeropuerto al hotel debe preguntar si está incluido o no ..a nosotros nunca nos dijeron que había que pagar el servicio y la respuesta de “lógico” de la recepcionista que nos atendió no nos gustó para nada…y en segundo lugar nunca permitas que te alojen en el segundo o tercer piso el ruido de la calle y de los Airbnb alrededor nunca nos dejaba dormir y solo se resolvía con movernos a una habitación más arriba..después de estos inconvenientes la estadía estuvo bien
