Sandro (3/5): Esperienza negativa - Location molto bella Struttura vecchia ristrutturata anni fa dove gli impianti sono fatiscenti. Causa temperature basse abbiamo chiesto di accendere il riscaldamento pagando un supplemento di 100 Euro ma il termosifone in una camera da letto gorgogliava in maniera molto forte e la notte era impossibile dormire in quella camera. Dopo ripetuti solleciti il proprietario ha sistemato il problema solo al 5 giorno. Abbiamo chiesto la restituzione dei 100 euro ma il proprietario si è rifiutato. Attenzione e cura del cliente pari a zero. Inoltre le porte di legno esterne, soprattutto sul retro, sono marcie e quindi, visto che la casa è isolata, la sicurezza non è il massimo.
Franziska (3/5): Ein in die Jahre gekommenes, muffig riechendes Haus, ab vom Schuss mit einem unkooperativen Vermiete - Küche / Wohnzimmer roch muffig nur 2 Bettdecken (1 dünne & 1 mittelwarme) für 4 Personen Kamin ging nicht Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen, einiges kaputt, verrostet, Farbe ab, Holz verzogen weit ab vom Schuss Vermieter nicht erreichbar, Kommunikation mit Hausverwaltung schwierig Wir fragten vorab, ob Bettdecken oder Laken im Haus sind. Die Antwort war vom Vermieter: die Betten sind mit warmen Decken bezogen. Dem war leider nicht so. Bei 6 Grad Aussentemperatur im April hatten wir 9 Kopfkissen und 2 Bettdecken für 4 Personen. Wir haben so gefroren, mein Mann hat sogar mit Mütze geschlafen. Wir baten mehrmals, mehr und wärmere Decken zu bekommen. Die abschliessende Antwort war: es werden keine weiteren Decken zur Verfügung gestellt, wir können die Heizung dazu buchen für 100€. Das haben wir am 2. Tag getan, erst am 5. Tag wurde es warm, nachdem wir ziemlich oft hin und her geschrieben haben und zwischenzeitlich für doof dargestellt wurden, die Heizkörper oä nicht aufgedreht zu haben. Die Heizung war kaputt, wie am 2. Tag schon vermutet und kundgetan. Erst nachdem wir Booking eingeschaltet haben, hat sich seitens der Vermietung etwas getan.
Marvin (9/5): Very relaxing holiday. The place suits perfectly if you’re looking for peace. - Lovely, well kept property. In a lovely quite area. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.
