• David (8/5): Great location, great sized rooms with 2 en-suites and 3 tv,s - Good sized rooms, 2 en-suite bathrooms , good sized kitchen diner and family space great location, at the end of a quiet street, short walk to Nana plaza , market etc Furniture was a little tired as were some of the fixtures. Limited kitchen utensils but excellent for 2 nights

• Sabrina (3/5): Satisfactory for a few days but outside of our room itself the facilities were not good. - Good size suite for families. The facilities are extremely poor. The pool is unsafe and not suitable for children. The corridors are stuffed with spare mattresses etc.

• Glen (5/5): Adequate and in a good location - The hotel was close to a metro but far enough away from the Main Street so as not to be too noisy. The staff were friendly and the room sizes (particularly the bedrooms) were good. The roof top pool was a nice area at the end of the day although the surround was not kept well cleaned. The beds were a very good size (I am 6’6”) and I loved the firmness although they might be too hard for some. There was very little in the way of kitchen essentials and what was there was not in a great condition (chipped, very well worn or with dirt and marks). Cleaning has to be requested each time you want it done (easy nice you know this) but it is really tidying rather than actual cleaning - basins and showers are not cleaned. We ended up buying things like sponges and dishwashing liquid to do extra cleaning. This was not our first choice to stay in but we were forced in to it by a last minute cancellation of another booking.com reservation.
• Abul (5/5): So so. - Bed we are poor standard. No breakfast . Booking .com mentioned that the property 400meters only from bamrungrade hospital which is not correct. Whole property need renovation plus must include breakfast.

• Mohammed (9/5): Superb - The property was great with 2 big bedrooms, a dining area with a wide living space. All necessary amenities including microwave oven, electric kettle, washing machine, refrigerator, TV etc were there. The staff were great and empathetic. The location is a 5-minute walk from Soi 7 or Soi 5. Everything was good and nothing to complain about.

• Karen (7/5): Good location, great facilities, we enjoyed our stay - The apartment was great, the lift works well and the man who opens the door was so lovely. There is a small shop with cool drinks and pringles for sale. The pool is good for walking laps but sometimes a bit warm. The cabinets need some maintenance but apart from that the units are very comfortable

• Akolde (9/5): A great stay at Avatar! - The swimming pool situated at the roof top is cool. I had beautiful view of the city's golden lights on the rooftop at night. Clean and comfortable beds, one won't have to worry about making tea as everything is in the room. One won't have to black out due to thirst because they provide enough water and the receptionists are of great help. Nothing.

• Kengo (2/5): I like the location, but I do not like the under maintenance of the property. - Location is somewhat walkable from Nana station The hotel’s attention to security needs to improve. We were taken to the room on 2F but the window locks were broken so people walking outside could possibly jump in to our room. We were later invited to another room on upper floor, but again the window locks were not workable. I saw a lot of dead ants in the room and mosquitos flying around, hence the cleaning service also has a room to improve.
