Guest Reviews
- CL (10/5): Overall satisfied at this stay - Good comfort stay and excellent services from
Karen.
- mark (8/5): Very relaxing, cosy atmosphere. Karin had some great recommendations for places to go and eat. - Peaceful location. Staff were attentive, hot tub was amazing. Fresh cakes twice a week was a nice touch. Ran out of tea bags on day 1.
- Thomas (10/5): We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Resort Inn Niseko. This was primarily due to the outstanding service provided by th - My wife and I very much enjoyed our recent stay at the Hotel Resort Inn Niseko from March 1-6.
Although the inn is located about 15-20 minutes
drive to the closest ski resorts such as Annupuri
and Niseko Village; we liked the cozy home feel of the inn (only 7 rooms and a chalet) and being away from the hustle & bustle of the ski in/out ski resorts.
We also enjoyed the private Onsen for 2 people at the property which was relaxing after a day of skiing. Also the breakfast was excellent with a different variety served each day; especially the eggs, cakes & pastries that were included with the breakfast. On Tuesdays; the inn served delicious cakes, pastries & apple crumble pie with ice cream which was complimentary. Also it was nice that they had a dry room to store your ski equipment and
footwear. Additional we enjoyed the beautiful view of Mount Yotei from our room. Overall the inn provided outstanding service and more than met all our needs and expectations. Because we had a very enjoyable stay at the inn; we can only say that the mattress in our room was not too comfortable as it was very soft - we prefer a firm mattress. The inn is not conveniently located - we would recommend renting a car; although the inn provides complimentary transportation to/from Annupuri and Niseko Village ski resorts and they also have complimentary parking available on site.
Because we made several dinner reservations in the HIRAFU area; we had to take a taxi to/from the restaurants which was quite expensive. For the restaurants in the Annupuri and Niseko Village areas; the inn also provides complimentary transportation.

- Yunfan (8/5): -
- Daniel (8/5): -
- Sandra (8/5): Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt - Das japanische Zimmer ist sehr schön, aber nicht ganz so groß Man kann die Klimaanlage nicht ausschalten und sie ist enorm laut
- Aarti (9/5): Lovely stay - Very comfortable stay, with beautiful views of the mountain. Karin was so friendly and helpful. Definitely easier if you have a car, so that you can explore the area.
- Isaac (8/5): -
- Philip (10/5): - This hotel is great! Karin and everyone that works here are incredibly kind and nice. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Niseko
- Philip (10/5): -
- Ananthi (7/5): - The staff, Karin was exceptional.. very helpful. The location was pretty far from everything, there were no lifts to carry our heavy luggage, the bathroom was extremely small.
- Florence (8/5): -
- David (9/5): Wonderful. Karen was extremely helpful! - The staff were very attentive and always willing to help guest both on and off the property. I was glad I rented a car even though a van would make morning and afternoon trips to the ski resort
- Tara (9/5): Recommended, especially for how nice the staff are. - The hotel manager was exceptionally nice and welcoming. Very attentative to making our stay comfortable. Spa was somewhat luke warm.
- Matthias (10/5): -
- Alex (9/5): nous reviendrons avec plaisir - le lieu, l’accueil de Karin et le calme rien
- Hayden (10/5): - Great place to stay and excellent staff, Karin is a legend and helps you out with everything. Clean and tidy rooms, great breakfast, dinner is good too and reasonably priced (albeit limited options). Free shuttle to the ski resorts though due to being 10-15 mins away from Hirafu/Niseko village it's more convenient to have your own car.
- JOSEP (10/5): A place to stay - Fantastic place to stay. Very comfortable and very warm and kind staff. Excellent breakfast.
- John (10/5): Brilliant staff! I would definitely stay here again! It was helpful to have our own 4x4 car. - Karin was incredibly helpful. When my bags were delayed by ANA, Karin helped arrange their delivery to the hotel, when I was ill with a bad cold, she offered me a hot water bottle! It’s sometimes not so warm in the breakfast room first thing in the morning. But then, I was in Hokkaido in Winter and the snow was about a metre deep.
- sean (9/5): -
- Stephen (8/5): Small out of town lodge, well priced, friendly helpful staff - Reasonably priced. Free shuttle to/from Niseko Village Hilton and private hot bath/onsen by appointment. Nice outlook from upstairs room. Staff are friendly and helpful. About a 10-15m drive to ski slopes, restaurants and shops. Strongly recommend renting a car to ski multiple resorts and for restaurant options as there is nothing nearby.
- Karen (10/5): -
- MASAAKI (5/5): - お風呂が、ぬるい‼️
- Sherly (10/5): - Great hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The view was beautiful, and if you’re lucky, you can see Mount Yotei. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very kind and friendly. Special thanks to Ms. Karin for her help and warm hospitality.
Highly recommended! Nothing, everything was great
- Wiphawadee (10/5): -
- Thomas (10/5): Great Place to stay for skiing in Niseko and/or Rusutsu - Beautiful place to stay, nice private onsen, very kind staff.
- Claudia (10/5): Amazing staff, very helpful and welcoming! I would definitely recommend it and come back!! - Amazing staff, very helpful and welcoming! I would definitely recommend it and come back!!
- Foong (8/5): Very good -
- Tiernan (10/5): The most hospitable stay in all of Japan (which says a lot!) - Very welcoming space in a quaint part of town
- James (9/5): Terrific place to stay - charming and very helpful team, very comfortable and clean facilities. - Sakura, Saaki and the whole team at the hotel were terrific. Extremely friendly, excellent service and nothing was too much trouble. Very clean and well maintained rooms and facilities. We cooked or went out for most meals but we enjoyed the breakfasts and dinners we did have in-house. Traditional Japanese breakfasts and dinners for the most part but we had lovely Kashmiri curries one evening (courtesy of Saaki) and home made pizza on another occasion. Cake and coffee night twice a week after skiing was another highlight. The location is well out of town so it is quite an effort to go to restaurants, shops, the ski lifts etc. We knew this in advance so it was not a problem for us. Saaki was excellent at driving us to and from the ski fields each day, booking and taking us to restaurants, stopping at 7-eleven for snacks etc. Having a rental car would be beneficial for those that want a bit of nightlife as taxis are expensive.
- Kkaran (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kirsten (10/5): Stunning views, a private onsen, and warm hospitality! - Staying at the Hotel Resort In Niseko was a highlight of the trip itself! You can’t beat being surrounded by untouched snow and beautiful mountain views - visible from both the room and dining room. We loved having access to the private Onsen. We brought a rental car but you can also take the ski shuttle. Breakfasts are substantial and we appreciated the dinner as well! The entire staff was very friendly and helpful.
- Andreas (9/5): Superb - Lovely, helpful staff.
Shuttle Service to the ski resort
- Douglas (9/5): Superb -
- Liam (9/5): Superb - The hotel is like a family. They have your needs in kind and help make the stay an experience to remember. I enjoyed the chat with others staying there and with staff. The room is super cosy, looking out at the snowy landscape.
- Keri (7/5): Good - Sakura is amazing with her guest she makes sure you are comfortable and happy. We really wish her the best for the future.
- Natasha (6/5): Cosy room, friendly staff, but not the best location if you don't have a car. - Staff members were very approachable and kind. The sound proofing could use some work; we stayed on the ground level and we can hear if someone's walking in the hallways and laughter from the dining area (which is not too far from the rooms on the ground level).
Having a car is highly recommended if you're staying here.
- Kittisiri (9/5): Superb -
- Massimo (9/5): Superb -
- Nick (10/5): Exceptional - I had a great stay here. The staff were fantastic and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Thanks Sakura and Saaki for your kindness.
- Edward (10/5): Would stay again! - Clean, comfortable, exceptionally kind staff. The staff go out of their way to help guests. Many thanks!! The home cooked meals are great! A great option if you don’t need or want to make your own meals while in the Niseko area. A little bit of a drive from the town and hill- google maps slightly misdirected us- and a little challenging to find the first time there.
The automatic coffee machine is kind of a mess- it’s slow and doesn’t really make great coffee and the staff frequently had to help deal with it! I think the owners would be well advised to do French press or drip with good quality beans instead!
- Valentino (10/5): the staff were incredible, always able to help with transportation and dinner reservations 😊 - the staff were incredible, always able to help with transportation and dinner reservations, a top notch service for travellers
- Tan (9/5): Fuss free stay with service from the heart. - Well maintained resort inn. Location a bit off but great for those driving. However, they do provide shuttle svc to Niseko area.
- Angela (10/5): Exceptional -
- Richer (9/5): Superb - Hotel was very comfortable and staff were great. Could not have been more helpful. I would definitely stay again
- Glen (8/5): Great place for a affordable price to ski Niseko - I originally extended my trip because someone on our ski tour was staying there on some add on days was going to have a car. He forgot he driver license. The hotel staff saved our trip! Great place. The place is clean and like small inn. Has an onsen. Breakfast is served ski shuttle to resort. GO taxi service comes there . The location is a little out there.
- Paul (9/5): Relaxing, comfortable, super friendly and helpful staff., - We had booked the 3 bedroom apartment- The Chalet. It was spacious with a roomy, well equipped kitchen / lounge area.
There was a hot tub / onsen available for guests which we made great use of after a day’s skiing - very therapeutic and relaxing.
We received a warm welcome from Sakura-san, the owner, and the staff were most friendly and helpful also. Special mention to Saaki, who drove us to and from the Ski slopes each day, booked restaurant for us and was so helpful and reliable in picking us up and taking us places including numerous trips to the local 7 Eleven convenience store. Difficult to say if there could have been any improvements as our stay was most enjoyable and trouble free
- Marlene (7/5): We generally enjoyed the stay except cost of dinner. Special thanks to Saaki for his help - - Saaki was great and very responsive with all queries/transport requests. He was available at all times on WhatsApp for any requests/queries. Very grateful for all his assistance during our stay
- door to door transport to ski slopes and dinner
- helped us with our dinner reservations in addition to driving us there, as well as organising ski rental which brought rental equipment to the hotel for us to try
- private onsen available each night
- free washing machine available for laundry if needed
- also drove us to convenience stores/shopping nearby when needed - meals were not great. Dinner was very expensive for over 6000yen per person (after tax) and sold as “omakase” set meal which was just basic pan fried chicken thigh and rice with a few small side dishes (no drinks available other than water). For comparison we had yakiniku and sushi/sashimi meals the nights before at restaurants nearby with premium ingredients for half the bill including drinks.
- location was a little far out. Transport only available to Annapurri and Niseko Village but not to the main part of Hirafu or Hanazono
- rooms were not really cleaned well. There were cleaners coming in daily but eg bins were not always cleared, we ran out of toilet paper on last day and it wasn’t restocked, though it was supplied quickly when asked
- Elisa (10/5): Staying in the Inn was a lovely experience for us, specially considering that it was our first visit to Niseko. We will - We felt taken cared of specially by Sakee who accommodated many of our requests, including places to eat, where to get our ski equipment and other places to visit. We loved that they have their own private bath (onsen) which we took advantage off after a long day outside. We left at around 6 am to catch our flight and Sakee was there to bid us goodbye! None that I can think of
- Nikita (7/5): Remote holiday, good (not excellent) value for money - - really kind people who own the property and are very very helpful
- it looks like fairytale living there, you are in the middle of snow field
- it has basic onsen, laundry - it is really remote and taxi don’t go from there. They do have shuttle but it is very limited and goes to 2 resorts only, so be ready to get stuck in the hotel once you back from ski
- walls are very thin so you can hear noise from the other room, hard to sleep
- breakfast is very poor and not really healthy compared to other places in Niseko
- overall it is strong 7.5 rating place, not 9.5 as described
- Rick (10/5): Very enjoyable. - Breakfast was good, they cook eggs to order, toaster is (they know and it was funny) slow.
Transport can be an issue but they do their very best to accommodate reasonable requests.
They do not really shout about it but their amazingly good value dinners 2-3 times a week and is thoroughly recommended.
private chef, superb. Not a great deal of nightlife but its very doable with some planning, only 15m from the slopes.
- Jana (10/5): We stayed for a week, very nice breakfast and dinners - I liked the beautiful view from our room There were some bugs in our room
- Kok (10/5): Great staff, great inn, comfortable and spacious rooms and loved the private hot bath - Lovely property and lovely staff (esp Shirin and Saaki). From the first point of contact they made us feel so welcome. The room is very nice and spacious. There are daily shuttles to the slopes. The inn is located near Niseko View Plaza, and the view everyday from the inn, of the snow coming down was so soothing. We also loved the private hot bath, especially after a day on the slopes. Breakfast everyday was also amazing - we especially loved the scrambled egg and yoghurt. We’ll be back :)
- Daniel (10/5): Nice quiet and warm stay with great hosts and staff - Nice place. Looks like the photos. Rustic and private - great place for quietude. Hosts were great and accommodating. They helped with check in and a dinner on first day. Nice time with Shirin and Dave. Wishing them more support and many good years ahead. A bit far and out of town. But if you drive - then there is no issue. Hosts also helped with a bus running from various points and ski resorts.
- Sian (9/5): Cozy home away from home. Great value. Excellent service - The hospitality is one of the best I have experienced. They are not just friendly but are sincere and make an effort to help.
Breakfast looks homemade and tastes excellent. My dinner there was good too. The location is remote. Away from the main hotels and resorts but there is a shuttle van that ferries you to the important hotels where you can then hop on to a city shuttle bus
- Ahmad (10/5): Excellent stay in Niseko with nature surroundings - The owner very nice and greet me even i arrived late to this hotel. Explain everything nicely before pass me the room key. Parking available.
Room quite big and have private bathroom. Complete with toilet towel & amenities. Have window so that you can see outside view that filled with with powder around this hotel (if you come during winter).
Variety of delicious breakfast prepared, just need to inform on nighy before what time you want to eat your breakfast.
Just 5 minutes drive to nearby convenience store.
- Ward (9/5): Great option for those who shun the Hirafu vibe - The staff was super friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was nice
- Evette (9/5): lovely place with super helpful hosts - good communication, through Booking's messaging platform, I was able to change dates and get recommendation on how to get to the resort, rental car info , details about the resort's amenities. During our stay, the hosts helped us making reservations at the local restaurants and recommending luggage shipping options.
comfortable room, amazing view from the hottub room. yummy breakfast.
- Smstover (10/5): Outstanding accommodation with excellent host. - Breakfasts were excellent. Dave was always on time to transport to and from ski resort; and willing to transport for additional requests. Very friendly and helpful, made reservation for outstanding restaurant for us. Special dinner at the hotel was very special. Onsen was excellent with magnificent view. Can't think of anything that we didn't like.
- Mark (9/5): Superb -
- Tony (10/5): Dave-San the owner and his wife make an incredible team and truly passionate about giving us the best experience possibl - The property was immaculately presented, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the facilities, particularly the Japanese bathroom with the hot bath and the amazing views were wonderful. There was nothing not to like about the property
- Xi (10/5): most lovely house I never live - cozy and quite everything perfect
- Olivia (10/5): Very good experience and memories staying here - The host and staff are all polite and friendly. Everyday’s breakfast is served at exceptional standards. The house and room are very clean, warm and private Japanese style bath can be booked in-house daily. This is most needed after a day of skiing! Not much. It’s a bit far from town, but shuttle bus service is provided in the morning and afternoon to and from the ski field.
- Joyce (10/5): We had an awesome stay. We recommend this place to everyone. We are grateful to Dave-san and his boss for making our sta -
- Sriteja (10/5): Exceptional - Everything about this hotel was great. Dave and his wife are very kind and accommodating. The sora hot tub was great at the end of a day on the mountain and on a clear day you can enjoy views of Mt Yotei from your room. Dinner was also great. Even though the location had great views it was a 15min shuttle bus ride from the ski fields. I recommend having your own car if you want to explore restaurants or do first tracks/night skiing
- Phillip (10/5): You get a whole lot more than what you pay for. - The breakfasts were more than enough before a day's skiing, having a warmed boot room was a bonus so we didn't have cold ski boots to get into in the morning, being driven to and picked up from the ski areas was heaven, assistance with lift tickets, ski-hire and ski-lessons was fabulous, shopping at the 711 conveniece store after skiing was a priceless bonus, the onsen after a day's skiing was the heavenly surprise and a real highlight, if you opted to eat in then the dinners were carefully prepared home-style dishes were lovely. This lodge is a hidden jewel and Dave san and his wife are such good people who went way past our expectations to make this the best ski holiday ever! The bathrooms are small but hey - this is Japan!
- Daphnie (9/5): Superb - It's a very quaint inn. Breakfast was delicious (courtesy of Dave's wife). Location is quiet. Nearest ski location is Niseko Village. There's a hotel car that can pick up at a convenient location when you get down from.the bus. View from.the hotel is beautiful. Owner Dave is responsive and can give some suggestions. If you're visiting other ski resorts than Niseko Village, you will have to take the shuttle bus then get picked up. It's far from the popular locations.
- Amy (10/5): The best!!! - Everything about my stay with Dave-san and his wife was fantastic! If you have come across this as an option for your accomodation, book it! You will not regret it. Especially if you like to be in a peaceful area away from the hustle and bustle. Dave-san runs a shuttle to and from the resorts each day so getting around isn’t an issue. The breakfast is delicious! Nothing! Everything was great!!
- Renato (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tiffany (10/5): Wonderful, very personalized Japanese family-run hotel - We couldn’t have imagined a better stay in Niseko. We felt very cared-for and like we were part of their Japanese family. Dave-san and his wife get to know all the guests by name and ensure that we have a wonderful experience. Every morning, Dave-san drives all the guests to the ski resort and picks us up in the afternoon. He got our high quality ski rentals delivered to our hotel. The Inn is not close to town, but Dave-San drove us to dinner and the 7-Eleven. It was such a special, memorable experience at their hotel, and we will definitely stay again the next time we visit Niseko.
- Hongyi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ittai (10/5): Exceptional - Wow, everything!
Dave san and Iko san made me feel so welcome and I immediately felt at home. They are both the best hosts one can ask for.
It's more traditionally Japanese hosting, meaning, it's super clean, super organized and tidy.
Breakfast is huge with a lot of choices, with great fresh coffee that will get you started....
Inhouse onsen is a gem, overlooking the forest and mount Yote.
I can't wait to return..........
Dave san drives you to the resort in the morning and pick you up in the afternoon. Also, he will drive you to dinner and pick you back when you are finished. The only downside is the somewhat remote location. Dave will gladly drop you off in the morning and pick you up at the end of the day to and from two resorts, Annupori or Niseko village. Normally it's not a problem, but if the weather is bad and the top lifts are closed, you need to use the local transportation which runs bad and slow.....
- Vyacheslav (10/5): Excellent stay at this little family-run Inn. - Excellent little Inn. Dave and his wife are very hospitable. There rooms are clean and comfy, and relatively big (by Japanese standards). The onsite onsen is amazing. Breakfast was pretty good - not great, but filling and tasty. Dave runs a shuttle to and from the resort, and nearby restaurants in the evening. Overall, we’d happily stay here again.
- Alberto (10/5): Exceptionally relaxing! - Hospitality and friendliness of the hosts, convenience, setting and scenery, distance from the crowds, size, comfort, facilities, etc., pretty much everything! Nothing to dislike.
- Christopher (10/5): Great place to stay while skiing in Niseko Resorts - I liked all!
Dave Son and his wife took care of all my needs while staying with them.
Courteous Kind and Efficient

I will be back and spread good words about your hotel Nothing
- Travis (10/5): Exceptional - Great staff, amenities, wonderful views Somewhat remote location, hard to get to in heavy snow
- Kok (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rachel (9/5): Superb -
- Zhizhi (6/5): Pleasant - The view outside the window is beautiful, and the room with an attic is relatively spacious. This is a large private villa, but it cannot be called a hotel. The boss is the front desk and the driver of pick-up and drop-off and the arranger of all work plans, so DAVE is very busy. If you drive to Hokkaido and don't need DAVE to provide pick-up and drop-off service, it will be a good choice. Generally speaking, the accommodation is spacious, but the staff is obviously not enough. The boss and his wife are very hard to undertake all the work.
- Meiyun (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anonymous (10/5): Perfect Winter Wonderland Experience - Awesome service and hospitality by the owners. Loved the private bath for relaxation after a whole day of skiing. The food is so delicious both breakfast and dinner; even if you only have four choices for dinner. Nice room view! For dinner outside the resort, just arrange with Dave-san. He is very accommodating. :) There’s a bit of a room smell when you enter it.
- Erida (9/5): Superb - Dave San, hotel owner, was very helpful to book ski equipment and with warm hospitality. We will be back again.
- Yee (10/5): A little lovely gem in Niseko - Dave San the host was absolutely wonderful! He and his wife made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable! The place was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was located in a beautiful area, with great views of Mount Yotei and Mount Niseko. Though the hotel was a bit far from the town, Dave San would provide the lift whenever you needed, so it’s not a problem at tall. The private hot bath was a must try. Dave San would also recommend and arrange ski rentals, lift pass purchase and restaurants as well. Overall a very nice and relaxing stay. Will absolutely return next time. Absolutely nothing
- Thepanant (10/5): It was very good. Service was excellent and the staff are very friendly. - It was warm and very nice. It also was very nice interior, and we appreciate the extremely warm welcome by the owner of the property. There is also a private So-Ra (hot bath) available for booking It was a little small walking around and up the stairs.
The price was quite high but we understand it as we booked very closer to our arrival during a peak season.
- Jane (8/5): Very good - Out in the peaceful countryside with beautiful views. Friendly welcoming hosts, excellent meals. A wonderful "sora" available to guests, and a massage chair. Too difficult to arrange transport as a single, so I was unable to go back to the Niseko resort to eat out or find other things to do in the evenings.
- Anchang (10/5): A great place to stay, highly recommend - I extended my stay for another day for a total of 6 days. I thoroughly enjoyed my time. Dave san made everything so easy. He recommended a ski rental shop, helped me to purchase the lift pass and every day he dropped me off or picked me up at the ski place. The breakfast every morning was also wonderful. Dave's wife made very tasty meals. And the portion was perfect for me to start a day of high-energy skiing. At the hotel, there is also a washing machine. Clothes would be dry and ready in the evening/the following morning. It was so convenient! None
- Anchang (10/5): A great place to stay! - A very lovely place to stay. Dave san and his wife made the place very comfortable. The location is a bit off the main area, but Dave San would drive you around so it’s not an issue at all. The ski resort shuttle bus also makes it convenient to travel between ski resorts. Dave San would also recommend places for dinner etc and help you to make reservations and pick you up/drop you off. I very much enjoyed my stay and will certainly be back again next time if/when I am visiting Niseko again.
- John (10/5): Exceptional - It's my second time staying here. I love it. Nothing
- Paul (10/5): Home from home/Literally! - There was absolutely nothing NOT to like. If you don't stop here we can guarantee it will be one of your life's missed opportunities. Not many establishments deserve a 10, this by far exceeds 15! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DISLIKE or even have a slight criticism or niggle.
- Mintzer (10/5): Awesome Trip To Niseko Japan - The hotel is just a short 5 minute drive to town which was not a problem at all, because Dave the owner of the hotel, was more than happy to take us to town and pick us up whenever we were ready to return back to the hotel.
There is a "So-RA" at hotel which is a Hot Japanese Bath which was truly amazing, a must to experience during your stay.
The complementary breakfast was more than I had expected, it was very delicious and the perfect way to start the day.
Dave and his wife went out of their way to make our stay at their hotel, a time that we will cherish forever.
When it was time for us to return to the airport,to travel back home, Dave dropped us off at the Bus Stop where we took some pictures together, and I told Dave that I didn't just consider him the owner of the hotel, but I considered him as a friend.
- Hao (9/5): Great stay in Niseko! - Dave-san is the best! He is super helpful and helped me get around in Niseko between hotel and ski resort! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with his hotel! The meals were so yummy! The Sora (Hot Spring) was so nice!
- Conor (10/5): Should Have Stayed Longer - The staff were absolutely fantastic, eager and willing to help me settle into Niseko, find a place to rent gear. Giving lifts every day to the slopes in the morning and then back to the inn at the end of the day. There is also a fantastic Sora (bathhouse room) that you can book private time in. The only issue is that the inn is a little far away from Niseko village, so be sure to stock up while you're out during the day, otherwise it's a 3.5km walk to the nearest convenience store (a walk I still greatly enjoyed).
- Mario (10/5): Winter 2022 - The staff and the owner were most certainly exceptional! We really enjoyed the accomodations and the meals. An incredible experience during the winter holidays with the powder snow Niseko trails! Not much to dislike other than the hotel being slightly far from the ski tracks.
