- Apolline (10/5): Perfect hostel in Madrid - Perfect location for a stay in Madrid! I stayed one night only and didn't want to overspend on the room but this was a pleasant surprise. The staff was super friendly and available at all times, the common areas are comfortable and nice, the luggage room is very practical. The room was also very good, and you can tell people here are used to sharing because everyone was mindful about noise. The location was great, La Latina is a great place to stay in, very central. Además el hotel organiza eventos con los huéspedes y se puede pasar un rato ameno. La habitación asignada no contaba con el escritorio que aparecía publicado en la página pero el personal fue muy amable en ubicarnos uno y nos brindaron un desayuno de cortesía por la molestia.

- Julija (10/5): The best experience I ever had from customer service point of view! Super welcoming and genuinely kind staff. - I had an absolutely amazing stay at OK Hostel Madrid. Honestly, one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had while travelling. The staff are incredible — they genuinely cannot do enough for you and make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The atmosphere in the hostel is fantastic: social, friendly, relaxed, and full of positive energy. Everything felt very well organised and thoughtful. The location is perfect as well — close to all the main spots and very easy to explore Madrid from there. The dinner was excellent, great value for money, and such a nice way to meet people from different countries. Overall, the hostel offers exceptional value and creates such a warm and memorable experience. I would especially like to mention Alberto, who was absolutely wonderful, although honestly all of the staff were amazing. You can really feel that there is a great culture within the team, and it makes a huge difference to the whole experience. I had a truly fantastic time and would definitely recommend OK Hostel Madrid to anyone visiting the city. I would happily stay there again myself in the future. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! Everything was perfect!

- Mauro (9/5): ottima soluzione per Madrid - posizione perfetta, struttura nuova e ben gestita letto comodo e tutto pulito un plus avere le tapparelle per poter oscurare bene la stanza personale super disponibile e gentile poca insonorizzazione, si sentiva tutto quello che succedeva nel corridoio (colpa più degli ospiti che della struttura in sé visto che fino a tarda notte andavano in giro urlando). Oltre le utilissime tapparelle sarebbe stato utile avere anche delle tende per non diver aver sempre le tapparelle abbassate (essendoci finestre di fronte altrimenti zero privacy)

- Wilasinee (7/5): Nice staff but the room walls are so thin. - The staff was so busy(during my checkin) but they were so nice, active and supportive. They explained everything clearly. Free coffee and Juice for all guests. The location is fine. There are many restaurants nearby. It was about 5 minutes walk from the train station. The laundry machine was available(with dry machine). Breakfast and dinner are available at the 1st floor. The room wall was so thin that I could hear the noise all night. There were a primary school trip during my stay. The heater did not work during my stay because it was centrally controlled.

La cosa migliore però è la posizione! 5 minuti a piedi da Plaza Mayor, 20 minuti dai musei, 25 minuti da Parco del Retiro. Inoltre la domenica nella piazzetta vicino c’è un mercatino molto carino. La zona è piena di bar e posti per mangiare ma non troppo caotica la sera.

Beds are noisy, not only the one you sleep in, but the top ones. The bathroom and sink are inside the room; the bathroom is small, and poor ventilation makes it wet all the time, and hence, it has mold spots growing.
