• Antonio (8/5): Posizione perfetta e tranquilla. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto conveniente - Posizione, rapporto qualità prezzo, struttura e comodità. Polvere e mancanza di cestini ma lo staff ha prontamente rimediato.

• Silvia (7/5): - Der Balkon war sehr großzügig. Die Ausstattung der Küche ausreichend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten genug vorhanden. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Das zweite Zimmer war leider für ein Ehepaar nicht geeignet. Ein Bett davor war ein Hochbett, ohne Leiter, das andere Bett war teilweise darunter geschoben und leider viel zu kurz....

• Anyke (8/5): - Nähe zum Strand, ca. 700 m, fußläufig erreichbar, zentral gelegen, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, saubere, geschlossene Wohnanlage, freundliches Personal (Reinigungs- und Hotelpersonal) relativ laut, jeden Morgen gegen 5.30 Uhr Müllabfuhr (außer Sonntags), außerhalb der Wohnanlage ziemlich schmutzig in den Straßen (viel Müll und beispielsweise 14 Tage lang eine tote Taube direkt vor der Einfahrt in die Wohnanlage), keine Kaffeemaschine

• Tamás (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is in a very good location, we barely heard anything from the surronding area and during the weekdays there was a construction ongoing in the neighboorhood. The apartment was super clean, when we arrived we had white socks on and they didnt get dirty at all. The two terraces/gardens on the ground floor os a great feature, not too big neither too small just perfect. The cleaning personell is super nice and helpfull. The staff is also super nice at the hotel. By the way the cappuchino at the hotel is one of the best in the city. Fyi: Get the bracelets for the beach upon your arrival and try to get an umbrella as close to the beach as possible especially if you have small children. Not applicable with this hotel.

• Nada (9/5): Superb - We stayed in the apartment for 3 days. The apartment is comfortable for a family of four. It has a secured yard with parking. The location is in a quiet area, just a 3-minute walk from the beach. The apartment also provides two sunbeds with umbrellas on the beach with the use of a safe and showers. During our stay there were no additional TV options - such as Netflix or HBO.
• Denis (10/5): Spacious apartments ideal for families - Our 3rd time at residence speranza. We like the location as it is close to the sea and even closer to the fun park, where my children always spend the rest of their remaining energy. ;)
• Zoltán (10/5): Very well equipped apartment, 5 minutes walk from the beach. - The apartment is very well equipped, kitchen has all the necessary tools, cutlery, washing up liquid ...., it also has a vacuum cleaner, iron, cleaning tools, hairdryer, air condition, power cord extension... We received plenty of towels. During our stay we were not asked whether we need cleaning. Power outlets are italian but adapters are not needed. The balcony is big, just like on the photos. There is an elevator in the building. The area is quite quiet, both during the day and in the evening. The bike rental works fine, the hotel has some on their own. No reservations. 20 EUR deposit. At the beach the sunbeds are great to have, equipped with a built-in safe, though to my observation, guests of Residence Speranza receive the ones farthest from the waterfront. (bracelet also 20 EUR deposit) Parking at Residence Speranza is behind closed gates (open-air), guests receive a remote to open-close the gate. There are not many parking spaces on the main street, and for all of them you need to pay. The town's bus station is just around the corner, there you can buy ticket to Venice (which includes a bus ride to Punta Sabbioni and the boat trip) a return ticket costs ~25EUR. (leaves every 30 minutes, total trave time approx. 75 mins) There are many restaurants nearby. Beware of italian drivers, they do not respect much pedestrians walking on zebra-crossings. The toilet is in the bathroom, for a 6-person apartment it is not ideal. On the Booking.com website the location is marked incorrectly on the map (it marks the Speranza hotel, not Residence Speranza), however the address is correct, it is about a few hundred meters difference.

• Minja (8/5): Great location, parking space and it is really clean. ☺️ - Location is great. There is underground parking, also you can park outside. The apartment is really clean. ☺️ The stuff does not speak English well. It was hard to communicate. They gave us only two sun beds, and it was 4 of us.
