- Pascal (8/5): Plus proche de la mer, c'est dans l'eau ! - Hôtel sympathique, "ancienne angleterre bien rénové", environnement calme et bien situé. Restaurant offrant des mets de qualité, personnel bien attentionné mais manque d'efficacité (veut bien faire mais a de la peine !).

- Verified traveler (8/5): situation exceptionnelle mais pas les prestations - Séjour en famille dans un des appartements donnant sur l’arrière de l’hôtel. Appartement vaste, propre mais très sombre. Le petit déjeuner est peu varié pour le prix, pas de choix de confiture et pain sec…il peut être pris à l’extérieur au bord de l’océan et la vue est spectaculaire. Le restaurant n’offre que peu de choix le soir hormis le menu le moins cher à 37 euros et ce prix assez élevé ne permet pas forcément d’y aller plusieurs fois.

- Marion (8/5): - Hôtel situé idéalement en bord de mer, avec vue imparable sur l'eau turquoise. L'hôtel respecte les mesures Covid-19. Séjour agréable. Les chambres sont confortables et propres mais manquent d'équipements (bouilloire, petit savon).

Non ho voluto penalizzare l’hotel che merita 5 stelle tutte per una persona « Dame Sandrine » per niente empatica, al limite della buona educazione.... in opportuna in un posto che fa sognare .
- francine (10/5): face à la mer - C'est une maison bleue qui n'est pas adossée à la colline mais qui est face à la mer et ses granits! Aucun autre bâtiment ne vient gâcher sa situation ! Vous avez la plage et la mer pour vous seul . De l’hôtel, on peut faire de belles ballade à pied jusqu'au phare de Pontusval ou jusquà Meneham. Le soir le dîner est délicieux et la vue sur l'océan est magnifique ! Nous étions à l'appartement 2 : très confortable avec la chambre et une 2ème pièce équipée d'une cuisine et d'un coin salon. Tout était parfait avec un personnel très gentil.Un merci au jeune homme qui m'a offert gentiment un expresso en attendant ma facture !

- Verified traveler (6/5): - Le cadre est indubitablement le point fort de cet établissement : posté directement en bord de mer avec une vue panoramique sur la plage, magnifique. Il y a cependant une grande différence entre ce qui est annoncé sur les sites et le lieu concernant notamment la chambre dénommée studio : très petite, un seul velux donnant non sur la mer mais sur un chemin et la terre. L'équipement de la salle de bain est minimal (pas de rideau de douche, aucun rangement possible sous le lavabo). Quelques odeurs de tuyauterie venant du coin kitchenette... Mais une excellente literie! Le petit-déjeuner pour 14€ n'est pas à la hauteur, notamment sur les propositions "salées", simples tranches de saucisson collées les unes aux autres et filets fumés de poissons, fromages peu variés, même si très bons... Globalement une déception quant à la différence des atouts de la situation du lieu et de la qualité moindre des services, onéreux du coup (rapport qualité / prix). Personnel charmant, mais très simple (trop ?).

- John (10/5): Fantastic position of great hotel. - The proximity of this hotel to the water at high tide, with the varying vista of sand, sea, and those wonderful great eroded rocks, which litter the whole area, as well as the sea shore was very satisfying. The hotel is planned very well and the rooms comfortably roomy, and we found the bed very comfortable. The menu in both the restaurant and Bistro was a bit limited and seemingly rarely changed, but well cooked and the portions large. The breakfast was overpriced at 14 Euros for being very average. We had a very enjoyable holiday and would readily come again.

Very good restaurant. Make reservation and go early (7pm) if you want to be seated by the window. We didn't use the spa. Nice trail to walk by the water. Breakfast is fine but little over priced.

- stephane (10/5): très belle surprise - parfaite situation géographique, en bordure de mer très reposant, un grand sentier de randonnée très appréciable, et un peu à l'écart du village pour le calme. Nous avions un appartement pour notre famille de 4, très bien équipé et insonorisé. Les lits confortables, et donnant sur la lande. Nous n'avons pas pris de repas au restaurant, mais nous avons profité du spa très agréable (de 9h à 20h) et propre. Un rapport qualité prix impeccable pour un séjour dépaysant et ressourçant. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et félicitons l'équipe.

- Dave (6/5): Great location but hotel nothing special... - What a stunning location...and I am sure that is why this hotel is rated so highly. However, my room (apartment style) was decorated in a very bland a charcterless fashion. When I arrived at 4pm I was told my room wasn't ready so had to sit waiting for half an hour while they cleaned it. Why...when I had booked ahead and checkout time is 11am? This could be an exceptional hotel but with current decor and service levels I found it to be pretty bland and average, so spent most of my time wandering the coast path enjoying the scenery.

Family room well equipped and designed, however has clear water leaks and mold damage. Good food, but completely messy service - wrong charges added etc.

Les animaux de compagnie sont admis mais comptez 12 euros par jour alors qu'ils ne prennent pas de douche: un supplément injustifié pour le client car il n'entraîne pas de charge supplémentaire pour l'hôtel. A part ça, très beau cadre et personnel accueillant.
