• kathleen (10/5): Clean and efficient - The room was great- clean with big windows, and just enough room to have two people spread out their stuff. Loved the location- close to farmers market, grocery, or 24 hr markets, and easy to the metro. I like the clean simplicity of the space and the hotel in general. They let us leave our bags at the front when we couldn’t check in early, and had an organized system.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Отличный бюджетный отель в центре - Отличный бюджетный отель в центре, недалеко от Московского вокзала, до Невского проспекта идти буквально несколько минут. Приятные выбеленные стены в стиле лофт. В номере есть все необходимое. Прекрасно подходит, если вы не собираетесь все время сидеть в номере, а гулять по Питеру. Завтраки весьма разнообразные, но сама зона не очень большая, в пиковое время могут быть пробки из людей. В целом, прекрасный вариант за заявленную стоимость.
• Daniel (4/5): Bo ej här på sommaren. - Fint hotell med ok läge. Ser ut som på bilderna. Dock rekommenderar jag inte att bo här när det är varmt, varken fläkt eller luftkonditionering på rummet... Sängarna var också väldigt låga och osköna då man kände fjädrarna igenom. Frukosten var inte heller någon succé men bra att det fanns iallafall. Väldigt liten matsal.

• Melanie (8/5): Se tivesse elevador, seria muito melhor - A recepção é muito amável e o hotel é muito bem localizado. Café da manhã excelente. Mas tenho algumas críticas: O hotel não tem elevador e queriam colocar nosso amigo com problemas de locomoção e visão (usa bengala e enxerga muito mal) no último andar, tendo que subir 4 andares de escada. Depois de muito insistir, o alojaram do 2º piso. O banheiro do apto é muito pequeno, e após o banho o chão fica inteiro alagado. Não tem frigobar nos apartamentos.

Shampoo kann an der rezeption extra erworben werden. Die Lage ist aber sehr gut. Unweit vom (Moskauer) Bahnhof bzw. der nächsten Ubahn Station.

We ordered transfer from the airport to the hotel and back and it costed less than by taxi. It was hot weather and administrator gave us a fan. Thank you for our first holidays in Russia.

Clean rooms, decent breakfast menu, you can choose what you want and eat as much as you can :) It was a bit cold but girls from reception gave us a heater. Very convenient location, Nevsky prospect is near.

• s3b45tian (8/5): Station M19 - Review - Nice and comfortable hotel located near a subway station that can take you to the moat touristic sites in the city (you can also walk and enjoy the city, but it's quite a distance to the Hermitage, for instance). There's also a supermarket some blocks away. Polite personal and breakfast is also good, more than enough for what I'm used to.

I think it is very important to have a name of the hotel in front the mean door with more clarity and bigger and brighter.
• AndriiHolota (10/5): Good budget hotel in the center of the city - So, the booking was easy and without any troble. Room has a pretty nice view from the windows and they are plenty big , the window sill are comfortable to sit on it even for two people. Bathroom had only shower and in my opinion there is the weakest side of our apartment because after using it a lot of water locates outside. Breakfast is suits only for light eat, but it’s ok for budget hotel like this. Overall design is modern and snug. Hotel located in hidden St.Petersburg courtyard that adds authenticity to this place
• Badegg87 (8/5): A Good Option for the Price - The hotel was very clean, well-maintained. The staff was friendly and professional. The WiFi was strong and reliable throughout the stay. Additionally, the location quite good. Within easy walking distance of a few metro stations and also the Moskovsky train station. There are several good restaurants on the same street as well. I got one of the lower-cost windowless rooms, which was small, basic, but had all of the essentials. One word of caution, the building this hotel is quite old (but very well renovated) but there is not an elevator, so be prepared to climb a few flights of stairs or book on the lower floors.

• 토끼 (10/5): 작지만 알찬 숙소 - 위치는 주요 관광지에서 좀 멀기는 하지만 우버택시를 이용하면 불편함이 없습니다. 객실 작지만 방 구조가 효율적으로 되어 있어 불편함이 없었어요. 저렴한 호텔 비용에 조식까지 포함 되어 있어 정말 좋습니다. 조식메뉴는 많지 않지만 딱 먹기 좋은 음식만 정갈하게 나와서 맛있게 잘 먹었어요.

• Laurent (10/5): Bon hôtel très bien placé en centre-ville - Bon hôtel très bien placé, à deux pas de la perspective Nevski et de la gare de Moscou. Chaîne hôtelière de standing occidental (2 à 3 étoiles) et tout est quasiment neuf (peinture, meubles...). Personnel à la réception accueillant et réactif. Le reste du personnel est moins souriant... à la Russe! Petit-déjeuner de 7h30 à 11h30, ça aurait pu commencer un peu plus tôt mais bon. Par contre on peut manquer un peu de place si tout le monde mange en même temps. Possibilité d'avoir également des plats le soir à manger dans la salle du petit déjeuner ou dans sa chambre. Possibilité d'avoir un frigidaire suivant la chambre occupée. Taxe de 250 roubles par séjour (quel que soit la durée du séjour) à payer à l'arrivée.
• 261markgriffith (2/5): Not a Hotel rather a hostel. Avoid - Small property, badly designed washrooms, quite a few rooms don't have windows and there is no elevator. Breakfast is nothing great. It's just a cheap property, can be avoided for far better hotels. Location is decent but nothing else.
• MountainMama85 (2/5): Worst ever night in a hotel? - I really hate leaving bad reviews but this is probably one of the worst, noisiest and hottest place I've ever stayed. And I've stayed in hostels and huts in India and Central Asia. Thely good thing I can say about it is it's location. We arrived early morning on the sleeper from Moscow (with a 1 & 9yr old) and although our room was ready we decided the 2500rub extra was a bit steep to get early access to the room so just quickly used the WC before heading into the city. The WC floor was covered in urine and it absolutely stunk. Good start. We got back to the hotel around 4pm and the very average room was so unbelievably hot that we only had a quick shower before heading out again into the much more reasonable temps outside. We put off returning until 10pm as, despite being with the kids, we couldn't face being in the room. When we did return we had to keep the window wide open in order to make the room fractionally more habitable. (On a side note, our soap dispenser was also empty and my partner had to push for them to replace it as they originally refused until the morning. Not cool when the least you should be able to do in a room that costs this much is wash your kids grubby hands and face before bed.) The noise from the traffic, in particular motorbikes racing down the road and also booming car stereos, was so loud that my 1yr old got woken up several times and by 3am I hadn't even been able to sleep. It was so bad that had it not been for causing the kids so much disruption, we would have packed up and left the hotel. As I said, I hate leaving bad reviews as Im sure the team here work hard and take pride in their establishment. But if this review at least saves another family from a miserable, sleepless night (our only one!) in St. Petersburg then hopefully it will have been some help - as our stay here ruined our short 36hr stay in the city.
• mohmoawia (2/5): Untrustworthy hotel - We booked 5 nights and once we arrived we went to the hotel but unfortunately we needed to stayed just one night because of special conditions for one of our friends And we went to discuss it with the receptionist and he told us it non refundable booking but he will call his manager and he already called his manager and he approved him to paid one night and they will refund our money to my visa account and it take time And after two days I received an email they apologize they cannot return our money , so please you all have to take care from this hotel
• Soo (8/5): 위치가 베스트는 아니지만 적당한 숙소. - 넵스키대로이긴한데 주요관광지와는 약간 떨어져있어서 버스로 몇정거장씩 이동한게 약간 아쉽고, 방에 냉장고가 없어서 냉장식품 보관은 어렵습니다. 대신 일층에 정수기가 있어서 따뜻한 차. 커피, 시원한 물은 24시간 내내 마실수 있구요 혼자 한 여행인데 좋은 추억 만들 수 있었습니다.

A very small uncomfortable entrance on the road side with no signs. A cramped reception but good staff. No elevators at all. The rooms are on 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor. So all navigation through stairs. Watch-out for heavy luggage. No Bell boys. Floor very uneven watch your steps. rooms tiny with a stink. Bathrooms small. the walls room though give some fresh look. Roadside rooms noisy, light comes though due to light and inadequate curtains. Basic B&B breakfast in a school canteen like setup. Good for young people but not for old couples or families.
• essel30 (8/5): Good value for money - We found this budget hotel by chance. It is very reasonable for the money: clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities. Do not expect the Ritz!The location is good as you are near the main street and there are cafes, restaurants, the metro and even a supermarket on your doorstep. This is our first visit to Russia, we are British and we do not have the language but we felt safe staying here. The hotel was (surprisingly) quiet after 11pm and through the night. There are complimentary hot and colds drinks all day and the young women on reception speak good English. They are very friendly and helpful and we were always made to feel welcome. Some guests may find the breakfast arrangement a downside as it is served in the hotel lobby and is self service so you have tour groups assembling around you as you eat-but the secret is to go down after 9.30am once they have dispersed. The rooms are small and ours did not have a window but hey-how long are you going to spend in the room? For the price we cannot complain. In the Uk the same price in a similar prime location would probably only get you a plot of land to pitch a tent on!

• Francois (8/5): Hôtel simple mais propre, bien situé. - L' hôtel est simple, mais récemment rénové. Bien situé près de la perspective Nevski. Le petit déjeuner est un peu sommaire: manque de jus de fruits. Mais globalement très bon rapport qualité prix.

• Pablo (8/5): Hotel moderno bien situado - Hotel muy bien situado en el centro de San Petersburgo. Habitaciones modernas y completas. Desayuno bueno (aunque la sala se queda pequeña en algunos momentos). Lo peor, que no tiene ascensor así que toca subir por el equipaje por las escaleras.
• Alexandra (8/5): Great value for money - Great value for money: perfect location, newly renovated premises, very helpful and nice personnel, free tea and coffee in the lobby is a nice a bonus, WIFI is strong and works well. I would definitely stay again, regardless the small minuses of the hotel. Some minor minuses: - really small rooms (WC and shower are good sized tho), - hard mattress (they could have added additional thin mattress, - otherwise you feel all the springs), - no elevator (can be an obstacle for some people, and there are 4 floors in the hotel) - poor noise proof - i could hear our neighbors snoring and the road is really noisy, so ask for a room facing the inside yard!

• Verified traveler (8/5): Nice hotel - Clean and nice hotel 清潔で快適でした。朝ごはんもおいしいし、隣に安くておいしいストロバヤがあるので、食事にも困りません。 客室に冷蔵庫がないことと、建物にエレベーターがなかったことだけがマイナス。 空港送迎サービスも良心的価格で安全面でも安心でした。
• Victor (8/5): Очень хорошо, но не без шероховатостей - Очень чистый номер и весь отель в целом. Полностью соответствует фото. Отличный дизайн номеров. Три минуса: 1. Очень плохой матрас, пружины впиваются в бока, возможно стоит добавить тонкий матрас сверху. 2. Один кулер на весь отель на 1 этаже, а их 4, причём лифта нет. Воды в номере тоже нет, так что даже набрать заранее некуда. 3. Шумоизоляции нет совсем, слышно разговоры в соседнем номере. В отеле, к счастью, об этом знают, поэтому в номере лежат беруши. Но это не выход, конечно. Делая такой качественный ремонт, можно было подумать и про слой шумоизоляции.
• Elena (10/5): Уютный и чистый отель - Все отлично персонал доброжелательный и готовый помочь, вкусные и разнообразные завтраки, и очень классная придумка с бесплатными горячими напитками (чай и кофе), когда путешествуешь, первое что испытываешь, это жажду в прямом и переносном смыслах, жажду физическую и жажду впечатлений, а приходишь в свой отель и ни о чем не думаешь, просто идёшь на первый этаж и наслаждаешься горячим чаем, а заодно и гостей разглядываешь. Единственное неудобство это плохая вентиляция в номере и санузле. А так молодцы, если ещё и вентиляция будет хорошей, то приезжать будет хотеться ещё чаще, всего вам самого доброго.
• Richard (6/5): Hotel met meer privacy dan hostel voor jongeren. - Foto's van de kamers zijn met groothoeklenzen genomen, in werkelijkheid veel kleiner. Keiharde bedden, dus daar moet je wel tegen kunnen. Verzoek om een topmatras of extra dekbed (om op te liggen) aangehoord en toegezegd, maar bij terugkomst 's-avonds in hotel was er niets gebeurd. Matig ontbijt in veel te kleine ruimte. Het is meer een jongerenhotel. Hotel kent twee zijdes: straatzijde en kamers aan een binnenpleintje. Wij hadden het binnenpleintje en 's-nachts werden we wakker geschreeuwd door dronken figuren, wat een tijdje door is gegaan. Er is geen lift. Hotel is redelijk goed gelegen t.a.v. de bezienswaardigheden in Sint Petersburg, paar haltes per bus naar De Hermitage, je zou het in een half uurtje kunnen lopen. Genoeg restaurants en genoeg keuze in soort eten op loopafstand. Hotel is wel aan te raden voor jongeren (zonder fysieke beperkingen), maar niet voor ouderen of mensen die wat meer comfortabele bedden en wat meer ruimte in een hotelkamer willen. Gratis koffie en thee gedurende de dag in de eetruimte. Men spreekt redelijk Engels bij de receptie. Er wordt elke dag schoongemaakt en wij hadden beide nachten schone kamers.

• MARIYA (10/5): Чистый и удобный отель! Супер! - Очень комфортное проживание и обслуживание. Заселили пораньше без доплаты, номера чистые, приятно находится, уютная обстановка. Завтраки превзошли ожидания! Все вкусное, были 2 дня и оба дня разное меню! Приятно впечатлило и наличие возможности выпить чаи и кофе в любое время! Оставили вещи в отеле после выселения и вернулись за ними перед поездом, очень удобно ( если оставлять вещи в камере хранения на вокзале это обошлось бы нам примерно 1000₽). Расположение отеля идеальное! Рядом 2 станции метро, московский вокзал и много кафе, ресторанов и пекарен. В общем отели оставил очень хорошие впечатления. Думаю, что вернемся сюда ещё!

• Steve (10/5): Good low cost hotel in convenient location - Great hotel in convenient location close to railway station. Bright and modern interior and polite and helpful staff, who speak some English. Good choice for breakfast. Highly recommended.
• Sharon (8/5): Room tips - Hotel is well maintained and clean. Budget stay with a good breakfast spread. Stayed in Room 248 facing carpark. Do not get this room if you are light sleeper. Garage truck comes in early in the morning and we heard their conversation in our room for a good 30min. Hotel probably knows about this and has provided ear plugs.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Можно найти и лучше - Нет смысла рассчитывать на завтрак (мало выбора и куча народа), очень чисто, но тесно в номере. Крайне маленький номер и нет лифта.
