  This one bedroom duplex apartment was developed in the two middle floors of the building, facing the masonry side. Wooden floor was applied throughout the apartment providing its full soundproofing, in order to provide a more comfortable and cozy stay. The entrance floor contemplates a living area prepared with a sofa bed and a fully furnished dining area for a pleasant and convenient use. The kitchen, which also integrates this floor, is fully equipped with stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine. The upper floor offers a large sleeping area composed by a very cozy room with a double bed, an office area with natural light, a small closet, as well as a bathroom that combines the use of traditional materials with a contemporary language in order to answer the demands of today.

• Axel (9/5): Schönes, relativ zentrales Appartement mit kleinen Mängeln, das man aber trotzdem für einen Kurztripp empfehlen kann. - In 10 Minuten ist man bei einigen der Attraktionen. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Person sehr groß und geräumig. Das Frühstück wird in einem Holzkasten angeliefert (mal was Neues). Es ist für 3-4 Tage ausreichend, aber leider fast jeden Tag dasselbe. Unser Appartement lag im 3. Stock (51 Stufen nach einem anstrengenden Tag). Die Anzahl an Geschirr war auf zwei Personen ausgerichtet, so dass die Geschirrspülmaschine täglich fast leer laufen musste, wenn man frisches Geschirr am nächsten Morgen wollte. Im Bad/ Dusche leichter Schimmelbefall in den Silikon-Fugen.
• NiSi (8/5): - Die Wohnung liegt recht zentral und doch ruhig. Man kann die Altstadt und den Fluss gut zu Fuß erreichen. Das Mobiliar ist modern und meist recht neu. Das Bad ist sehr schön, die Wohnung für 2 Personen recht groß. Es könnte etwas mehr Geschirr vorhanden sein. Das Umstellen der Duschbrause hat nicht funktioniert. Leider ist die Wohnung recht dunkel und im Mai war es kühl und klamm.

Faltaban accesorios limpieza (escoba, recogedor..), imprescindible para cuando estas varias noches, tener un mantenimiento limpieza, o en su defecto, que pasen a limpiar y cambiar también toallas porque se quedan húmedas del uso y no es agradable, tampoco hay toallero para poder secarlas en el baño. Hemos pillado muchas obras por la zona, lo hacen incómodo. No volveríamos a este alojamiento, buscaríamos en otra zona.

• Nuria (10/5): Como en casa - La estética y confort del alojamiento, además el trato con el personal fue super positivo, fueron muy amables y atentos con nosotros. Nos hubiera gustado poder tener algún otro utensilio de cocina, como un colador para la pasta o el arroz y alguna bandeja para el horno, por el resto todo fue impecable.

• Valia (7/5): - The apartment is very big, the couch is very comfy, there was a coffee machine and mini bar (you have to pay extra). It's close to the center of the city. It was very noisy in the morning, there were people walking outside that could see you (you can close the windows tho but then you won't have any natural light), breakfast full of sugar with no vegan options but many vegetarian (tip for improvement: ask about dietary restrictions before arrivals).

Ademas destaco su limpieza. Además tuvieron la amabilidad de dejarnos entrar antes de la hora prevista de check in debido a la disponibilidad del apartamento. Que nunca me respondieron por booking y tuve que conctarles yo por whatsapp. Deberían avisar antes a sus huéspedes para coordinar la hora de llegada. Pero fueron rápidos llegando.

Logement disponible en avance, très propre. Bon accueil de l'hôte à notre arrivée. Le 2ème lit pour notre enfant était bien dressé à notre demande. Disponibilité et réactivité de l'hôte tout au long du séjour en cas de besoin. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner (7,50 euros par personne) est absolument fantastique ! Pratique, complet, varié, livré le matin. Une amélioration à suggérer : le four était vraiment capricieux et pas simple à utiliser, et un manque de lumière dans la pièce principale.

• Francesco (7/5): Prezzo e posizione niente male! - L’appartamento ha i giusti spazi, è abbastanza vicino al centro e ai mezzi pubblici (è in costruzione la linea rosa della metro che ferma a pochi passi), nonostante questo la struttura si trova in una strada tranquilla. L’appartamento del piano terra è buio e un po’ umido, il bagno non era neanche troppo pulito. Il problema più grande è che da dietro i pensili della cucina, dove erano appoggiati dei biscotti ben confezionati, è sceso un esercito di formiche; i gestori, a cui ci siamo rivolti, ci avevano assicurato l’intervento degli addetti la mattina seguente, purtroppo rientrati la sera per cena abbiamo scoperto che nessuno era venuto nell’appartamento a togliere le formiche, immaginate la situazione con una bambina di 3 anni stanca e affamata! Alla fine per il disagio ci sono state rimborsate 40€…

• pp27 (10/5): Qualidade/preço imbatível, para uma opção moderna, confortável e central - Apartamento de qualidade muito alta, numa localização excelente na Baixa do Porto, a um preço muito favorável para os padrões actuais. Ficámos francamente satisfeitos e excedeu as expectativas. Espaço amplo, com todas as divisões generosas, e muito moderno, com ar de ser uma reabilitação acabada de fazer. A cama era excelente e o quarto tinha uma pequena, mas simpática varanda; a sala tinha um sofá confortável e mesa de jantar; a cozinha e a casa de banho estavam completamente equipadas. Ressalvo ainda a simpatia do host, que me permitiu deixar as mala no prédio antes da hora de check in. Único aspecto que pode ser apontado é termos ficado num 3º andar sem elevador, e isso não ter sido referido (prédio tinha três andares e vários apartamentos). Mas não foi um incómodo de maior.

• Virginia (8/5): Oporto en 4 días - El colchón de la cama de matrimonio era de 10 y la ducha con accesibilidad fácil sin bañera. Su ubicación es muy buena no está en pleno centro pero tampoco lejos, cerquita de la torre de Clérigos. Las sillas del salón podían ser mejores incluso las de resina de un patio. El.Sofá cama pues porque era para dos adolescentes pero si no, otra persona ahí no podía haber pasado ni una noche. Bastante flojo y sabiendo que estás pagando como 4 adultos. Y de vajilla justo para 4 personas :4 vasos, 4 platos hondos y llanos.....El hecho de haber lavavajillas no lo veo idóneo cuando no hay suficiente vajilla para utilizarlo.
• Fiorella (8/5): Mooie plek in Porto centrum - Mooie accommodatie, praktisch en centraal gelegen. Lekker ontbijt service aan de kamer. Voor twee personen is het bed iets te klein.
• KARINE (8/5): Très agréable - Petit déjeuner cité très bien et livré à l’heure convenue. Lit très confortable Appartement très bien situé et calme Manque de rangement accessible. Le placard derrière le lit n’a servi à rien
• Silke (8/5): - Wir hatten ein geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtetes Appartement mit Küche und geräumigen Bad. Es war schön hell, gemütlich und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Bett stand an der Wand, eine Person musste zum Aufstehen also immer über die andere Person krabbeln. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und lecker, aber relativ eintönig.
• Katherine (10/5): - We loved our stay! Breakfast was delivered to the apartment every morning, which was great. The location was the perfect distance from the touristy area - a 5 minute walk without having all the craziness right on our doorstep. Others living on the street seemed like locals.
