• Ulrike (7/5): - Die Lage ist perfekt. Den Flughafenbus und auch die Haltestelle für die Stadtbusse erreicht man in wenigen Minuten und man kann auch viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Das Frühstück, wenn man es nicht beim Zimmer mit gebucht hat ,kann man vor Ort erst nach 10 Uhr einnehmen und a la carte kein Frühstücksbuffet.

• Chris (8/5): Very nice hotel in a great location close to the city centre - There was a group of 11 of us that stayed for the weekend. We had a very nice stay at Rum. Lovely rooms with nice beds and good showers - can't ask for much more There is a missed opportunity to have a bar in the day/evening for a drink - it has a nice view, but it is only used for breakfast. The check-in process was quite arduous for a bigger group/multiple rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful though.

Das Frühstück gerät etwas knapp: eine Handvoll Müsli, ein Kleks Joghurt, ein kleines Glas Kaffee ( keine zweiten Portion inklusive) und ein Glas Orangensaft sind mit 20€ doch Recht hochpreisig berechnet. Man bezahlt die Aussicht.
• Leslie (6/5): We looked at some other hotels in the area and decided they were more value for money - The room had a minbar and staff were very helpful. The location was good, near the metro and restaurants. Given how much it costs, this is one of the smallest rooms we have stayed in. One key problem, which is true for some more expensive rooms in the hotel, is that the double bed is against the window on one side and the shelf under the TV on the other. So my wife had to crawl over the bed, and crawl over me to go to the toilet during the night. We had not pre-booked breakfast and so we had to eat a la carte. We tried this once and decided it was much cheaper to go out for breakfast instead.

• VASILIKI (8/5): A highly recommended stay in Budapest - Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική, η γειτονιά ήσυχη και κοντά σε σημεία ενδιαφέροντος. ( 20 λεπτά με τα πόδια) Τα medium size δωμάτια του 4ου ορόφου ήταν μεγάλα, λειτουργικά, ωραία διακοσμημένα και καθαρά. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό. Δεν μου άρεσε το πρωινό. Παρόλο που η αίθουσα είναι πολύ όμορφη και με υπέροχη θέα. Μπορείς να βρεις ποιοτικό πρωινό μόλις 50 μέτρα από το ξενοδοχείο στη μισή τιμή. Επίσης η κεντρική αγορά είναι πολύ κοντά αν θες κάτι πιο παραδοσιακό.

• Tauane (7/5): Cool, mas faltou o básico bem feito. - Ótima localização e o café da manhã é maravilhoso (pago). Equipe do hotel jovem e simpática. Pegada cool e descolada no decor. O hotel parece ser mais amplo, assim como o quarto parece ser maior nas fotos (pegamos o large). A estrutura não é boa para colocar as malas, roupas, apoio ao lado da cama muito ruim (toco de tronco de madeira), banheiro apertado, pia com péssima ergonomia para lavar rosto e escovar dentes (não tem espaço entre a pia e o espelho). Banheiro semi transparente, dá para ver a pessoa dentro de do quarto, então tem que ter intimidade. Quarto escuro e manutenção fraca (luzes que não acende, porta que não fecha e tem que bater mto forte), cartão que desmagnetiza toda hora, pequenos detalhes que impactaram a experiência em geral.

Well, it was winter when we went to Budapest and it was very cold, reaching -15, so their AC was broken, so we didn't have a heater until then. We requested a heater from HR and the next day we were given one, which was our last night despite the long stay, but despite that, they were able to compensate somehow, but that didn't help because my husband and I got sick. As for the food, my husband didn't eat it even though it was included in the reservation because pork is not allowed, so their breakfast mostly had pork, but I was fine.

The location is perfect for exploring the city, and the design of the hotel is modern, stylish, and very thoughtfully curated. Hotel is new and walking or tram distance to all tourist attractions. asked several times to provide clean cups and mugs during our stay and never got them. The last night I waited at the reception for more than 20 minutes to get clean mugs/cups/glasses and they could only provide some used (and not cleaned) ones. After i made them notice that these mugs were dirty, the answer has been that they didn't have any more mugs/glasses/cups in the whole hotel. Definitely something to improve.

• Sem (9/5): - Hotel RUM is a very good and cozy hotel in Budapest, with an excellent location, clean and comfortable rooms, and a very good breakfast restaurant. The small room is excellent for a short stay or when carrying small luggage. Breakfast is great, but we were told we could only eat breakfast at 7 am or 8 am, because other guests had already reserved their table. The option to place a reservation was not communicated in advance of our stay. Also, the breakfast portions were smaller than when we visited two years ago.

Location is really good, offering a chance to have a nice walk through the city to the center. I would definitely recommend Vietnamese restaurant just around the corner if you've got time and appetite. Breakfast was good, you can choose from dishes off their breakfast menu. I do wish though they had more veggie options, however the staff were very accommodating as well. The room was clean and the bed was really comfy. Only thing is that the bathroom is not 100% separated from the room, so if you’re not a couple, it might be awkward. Bathroom was not a fully separate room, rather just divided by glass panels and big glass sliding door which had gaps you could see through.

All very walkable. Room was modern and nice. Thought rooftop bar would be open. Perhaps was closed due to the holiday week between Christmas and New Year's

• Guest (7/5): Ist immer eine solide Unterkunft - Zentrale Lage, guter Standard, waren schon öfters dort und kennen uns aus Rezeption so lala freundlich, Zimmer sind für den Preis verhältnismäßig teuer.
