- Verified traveler (2/5): - Cute apartment in the center of the city. The pace could have been more enjoyable except the state of th apartment was not acceptable to visitors. Toilet seat was old and dirty, missing knobs in cupboards, ripped curtains, and dust on furniture and shelves. I have sent three different emails to Expedia and they did nothing about it. The WiFi was very choppy which affected my ability to work. Terrible experience. The contact person in Florence said these was out of her hands, no help at all.

Only complaint was I texted the realtor and told her we were having trouble with the TV and she never responded. They were very nice and let us store our luggage at the office on our last day.
