• Jasmine (8/5): - Our staff member was helpful and friendly. The common areas were a bit worn but mostly clean. The rooms are compact but ample to sleep. Linens were nice and clean. Nice shower and sink area. Very quiet and Excellent beds! Shop, Farmcia, and Tram right outside! Coco Beach is 1 block away! Approximately 15 minutes from the airport 15 minutes to Pl Girabaldi for Old Town Overall 4 stars! Great place for the price!
• Brogan (8/5): - Right beside the beach which was great! Also close for walking into town. The breakfast was an additional cost but you could get quite a lot for €8 so it was worth it. There is no fans in the bathrooms and the water was leaking out of the shower, were pretty sure there was black mold in there. Overall hotel was good for the price.
• Michele (8/5): Quick trip, friendly service - Stay was very short. Got in late and up early the next day. However, the front desk was very friendly. I loved that there were changing ports next to the bed. Shower was a bit small with no place to put your shampoo or conditioner. But it was workable. Overall nice space.

• Akin (10/5): - It is a budget hotel, so don't expect too much. Rooms are small. Elevators are so tiny that a family of 3 with luggage didn't fit and had to take turns going up. Washrooms in room were very nice. Rooms were very clean and beds were pretty comfortable.
• Susan (8/5): - The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is clean. The room was ok, unfortunately the bed was a little hard and had only one pillow per person which for us was not very comfortable. Only two towels are supplied, no hand towels at all which is very inconvenient. The hotel is very close to the beach which was great. No long walk after a day in the hot sun. Transportation was right across the street and we were within 20 minutes of anywhere we had planned to go. We did have A/C in the room but sometimes it was very weak, however we had very hot temps while we were there so probably just too hard on the system. Overall not a bad stay.

• Jasmine (8/5): - My husband and I booked this hotel for 4 nights for our honeymoon. There is a train stop right in front of the hotel which is very convenient. There is a store next door for cheap drinks and snacks which we visited often. It is farther away from the main beach area, which we were aware of. There are lots of electric scooter and bikes you can use just across the street. We found the bed very firm. There was no hairdryer, iron, fridge or safe. Only 2 bath towels were provided. We were surprised there was no hand or face towels. The elevator took forever to come even though there was 2. You are better off just taking the stairs because it can take 2-4 minutes to come. Overall it was good for the price.

• Kimberly (4/5): - The property is nice and the staff are very friendly and helpful. However, the rooms leave a lot to be desired. They are deceptivley small, with the three person room not having enough room to turn without hitting the other person. The walls had greasy hand prints and scratches, some of the lights did not have switches as well. The bathroom was also very tiny and the shower was broken and leaking water everywhere. If you do end up booking here, be prepared that the rooms are extremely tiny. However, the location is pretty good, its one block from the ocean, but the surrounding area is a little sketchy.

Because system was down Hôtel withheld driving licence so I could pay city tax when system was back up I offered to pay cash still couldn’t process it. WiFi was down for almost first two days. I wasn’t offered complimentary breakfast for inconvenience. Room is very minimal and small would expect more amenities as standard. Locations are excellent tram stop in front of hotel. 4 tram stops either direction you reach all areas of nice. Comfortable sleep. Staff were helpful only held back by corporate inflexibility. I would not recommend more than 2 nights here. Better hotels 10 mins away

• Verified traveler (10/5): Very nice comforting family stay - Our family had a nice comfortable week long stay here… the location is very ideal for commuting around. The rooms were cleaned daily by the time we came back , and there are plenty of restaurants nearby by. We tried the breakfast once and it was good- we just felt there could have been more options for hot food.

• Cynthia Gail (10/5): - This property is only a half block from the beach. The tram sots just beulyond the front door. You can choose to add a breakfast by letting them know the day before. Its very convenient to not have to pay each day for a breakfast tour schedule may not allow. I did have a yapping dog on my floor for a few days, yapping about a half hour each time. That was a dissappointment

• Andrew (10/5): Good place to stay in Nice - Excellent hotel in Nice for a great price. Located near the boardwalk and right next to a tram station. It’s a bit far from the touristy areas, but we actually enjoyed the 40 min walk along the water front to get there. Only downside is the elevator broke one day and we had to take the stairs, but it was fixed by the time we came back from dinner

In general it was clean and housekeeping came every day if you like, but air conditioner definitely needs deep cleaning . Some people may have dust allergies so it could be a problem for them if they want to use air conditioner.

• Sherron (6/5): So so property - Great service. The guys at the front work really hard and are super friendly. The elevator broke while we were there and I have a heart condition, so it wasn’t great timing. The keys to the elevator and the rooms were constantly not working, so continual trips to the front desk had to be made. Our bed was very lumpy and made for a rough sleep. It’s an average property and fairly far from town, but is right on the train line, so easy and quick to get into town. The lobby is bright and big, easy to hang out in. Only a block from the beach! Again, the service is good, they try hard to make up for what is lacking.
• Juliet (8/5): - This is a budget hotel but it does what you need it to and it is clean, the Wi-Fi works, the showers are great and the beds pretty comfy. Staff were always helpful and friendly. We wanted a family break on a budget and this served us perfectly. There is an excellent boulangerie across the road for breakfast. The beach is one block away and has a lovely beach club which we used on 3 days. The pizza place next door is better than anything we found in central Nice so that was also a massive bonus. The tram is outside the hotel so simple to get from the airport in 15 mins. Also easy to go to central nice. All in all very good value and I would recommend.
• Lucia (10/5): Lovely but not vegan friendly - Lovely hotel clean comfortable room and with air conditioning. Only downside was nothing vegan for breakfast apart from dry bread jam apples and apricots. I had to buy vegan spread avocados and tomatoes to take with me for breakfast each morning

• Briana (8/5): Nice location - The receptionist when we checked in at the desk was actually pretty rude. Every other receptionist was exceptionally nice. Note that the beaches are NOT sand beaches and those are found in Vieux Nice but they are nice nonetheless and it is very close to the ferry so that was great.

The hotel itself had a great breakfast, and the staff had awesome recommendations for experiences I hadn’t even thought about. Also, great food and grocery options within the area.

• John (10/5): - The room is reasonably spacious, clean and inexpensive with easy access from and to Nice airport via Lignes d'Azur tram 2 (Port Lympia) for 1.50 € one-way (Lenval Hôpital stop). One-minute walk to la Promenade des Anglais. It's a bit far from the city centre but you can use the tram to get there. There is a parking lot across the street at the hospital but it can get expensive so it's better to use the tram if possible.

• Bengt (8/5): Bra budget alterativ - Rent och snyggt på rummet. Lagom stort för två kortare vistelse. Nöjda med frukost till bra pris. Kan på rummet sakna resväskpall o kylmöjlighet för egen dryck. Rummet hade en nedfällingsbar säng som kan tillfälligt användas som avlastning för två personer. I övrigt vistas man där endast kort tid av dagen så det var perfekt för oss två. Ligger perfekt till för spårvagnen till o från flygplatsen och andra delar av Nice. Vi är nöjda även med rummets pris.
