If you do not arrive by 23:00 local time on your arrival date without previously advising the property, your reservation will be canceled and the total cost of the accommodations will be charged.

All bedrooms (excluding studio & mini suites) have a king-zipped bed that can be split into 2 single beds.
Every three (3) days, your suite will receive an Express Service where we will make the beds with existing linen, replace towels, replace finished amenities, stack the dishwasher and empty the rubbish.
For stays longer than 7 nights, your suite will receive a Full Service and be fully cleaned, including all linen changed once every seven (7) days.
A valid ID must match the credit, debit or EFTPOS card upon check in.

A bond is also required at check-in. The bond will be refunded upon departure. The bond amounts are as follows:

- Sinead Kenny (7/5): - Everything was average, the room was dated and it wasn't as clean as you expect from a hotel. Beds and bathrooms, were clean. Fridge was dirty on arrival, behind the couches and along the bedhead was dusty (and no, not just a little!) Attention to detail of cleaning.
- Frances (7/5): Lovely suites, very clean, comfortable, fantastic views. - The design and layout of the room we stayed in was fantastic. The bed was really comfy. The view was superb. We could see 3 different aspects of the ocean from our suite. Bath sheets provided instead of bath towels which is lovely. Love the coffee, machine needs upgrading. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. Really good value for money. Trains and Metro very close by. Shops very close too. We would very happily stay in this suite again. There was a stain on one of the bedsheets. There aren't enough carparks at Chatswood Meriton, this causes me distress! I would really like housekeeping everyday.

It would connect and say Ready to Cast but wouldn't actually play properly. I ended up just watching free digital TV channels instead of what I really wanted to watch.

- Anna (7/5): Very decent except for your annoying ghost alarm clock, a bit crazy. - Good view Disturbed by your alarm 3 nights in a row out of four nights at 3:17am. Your alarm clock was set. Even when the plug was pulled it continued to alarm at the same time in the middle of every night, very annoying. Told the front desk on second day, thought it was ok but the third night still woke us up. The fourth night we put the clock out in the balcony.

(specifically, that we took a room that someone else may have needed for specific needs that made this room unavailable to them)

- Yvonne (9/5): Beautiful property. Quiet. Beautiful location. Only thing letting it down is the cleanliness. - Loved the location, how big and spacious the suite was. How well equipped it was. And the close proximity to the train station as well as well as Westfield shopping mall. Overall the property was clean and well equipped but it was the little things like the spoon drawer hadn’t been cleaned properly. In the bathroom, the soap dish hadn’t been cleaned. The toilet hadn’t seen bleach as there was that dirty water mark. The surfaces hadn’t been cleaned in the bedroom. The dining table hadn’t been wiped, there were food stains. I had to go buy cleaning equipment and clean before we could settle in.

The lifts were quick The suite we had needed a deep Clean. I dropped some pills on the bedroom floor and it was dirty under the bed and the outside table was Filthy. The bedroom had no Windows which was a bit disconcerting.
