• Ludwig (5/5): Zu teuer für die Zimmer und das Frühstück - Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war nicht auf dem Niveau eines Hotels, das 80 US Dollar pro Nacht kostet. Wenn man das vierte Bild ganz groß zoomt, sieht man, dass in dem alten Kühlschrank im Frühstücksraum ein Rasierer liegt!!

• Katharine (5/5): Disappointing - Location was what we needed for pick up for a trip the following day We arranged,a month prior to our stay, to leave our cases to go on a 2 day trip. This was confirmed by the hotel twice, by email prior to our stay. Upon arrival we checked again and were told this would be fine. At 6am we went to reception to leave our cases and were categorically told that this was not possible. This spoiled our onward plans.

Y llegue con tiempo, me cobraron la estadía y no me informaron en el momento que por motivo de la maratón san José 2025 iban a cerrar las calles de las 10pm hasta el siguiente día a las 11.30am y yo necesitaba viajar de regreso tipo 5 am y no iba poder salir esa hora por los cierres. Y entonces NO me hospede y perdi el dinero de la estadía y las entradas del evento. Porque no fui.

Close to Offroad Costa Rica motorcycle / car rental. High level of street noise during the night - hard to sleep - and quite cold until I found the extra blankets ;o)

• Yixin (9/5): Superb - Friendly staffs. We left our credit card in the room when we checked out by accident. Afterwards, we asked the hotel if they saw it. They replied that yes and kept the card for us to pickup when we came back again a few days later. Many thanks for it They also let us to stay in a room that is not facing the busy street on our second stay. The location and breakfast were very good for us too. Rooms were big and clean. Rooms facing the street could be noisy in early morning.

• Mcaskill (9/5): Staff with huge hearts. - The staff is amazing! We had a granddaughter at Children’s hospital and they always asked about her and us. We extended our stay day by day for several more nights and they were so accommodating. Having a secure place to park our car was a huge bonus.
