- Bren (8/5): Very good - good location, and the apartment rooms had plenty of space It wasn't clear in the listing about parking and onsen location. The sister hotel Kaigetsukan across the street had the onsen, and there is a Kaigetsukan Parking Lot nearby you can use. You also check in at Kaigetsukan and get your keys there.
- まゆこ (4/5): - 玄関を開けるなり剣道場のようや汗臭さが部屋中に充満しており、ファブリーズを振りまくったがなかなか消えず…トイレは下水の臭いが強く、ベッド横の床頭台の棚には前の宿泊客の使用済みの靴下が残されており、非常に残念だった。安価とは言え、最低限の清潔さだけは整えて欲しかった。

The place reminded me of a public housing for the underprivileged. The entrance to the stairs was at some alley way.
- Yoshiharu (8/5): - 周辺に大きなスーパーもあり便利。あと温泉使えるのが最高。湯沸かしポット（800ミリ）もあって、スープ類やコーヒーを持ち込めば朝時間も快適。部屋にドライヤーがあるのも嬉しい。 （温泉にもあるのであまり気にしなくても良いが） 他のコメントにあった、カラオケのうるさかったという1階の飲み屋も今はなく、夜も快適。 敢えて言えば、布団がもう少し厚みがあると嬉しいかも。 けどそれくらい。 家族4人、リーズナブルに快適に過ごせました。

- MIKIKO (6/5): - 部屋に入ってすぐ、スリッパがないか探していたら、床の清掃が…なんかスクラッチ削った後のようなカスとか髪の毛がありました 簡易スリッパは結果なくて床が冷たく、靴下をスリッパがわりにして過ごしました 他水回りなどは綺麗でしたが、室内の匂いが臭くてこもっていたので窓を開けようとしましたが開かず… トイレの窓は開いたのでそこと玄関を開けてエアコンつけっぱなしにして空気回しました。部屋の消臭スプレーが置いてあったのでそーゆうことかと…残念でした

The receptionist really went out of her way to help us with directions for the next day and ensured we had towels and items for use of the onsen. She was really wonderful, all the staff were amazing to deal with. Very friendly and spoke English well! The neighboring onsen was delightful after a long day of travelling. It overlooks the ocean and has a steam room along with warm pools. And completely free! Great facilities. Pristine! The room was bigger than we expected which is a great surprise. It also came with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. It was perfect for a night and I found the room very clean and comfortable. The double bed was also quite cosy. The location was perfect! On the right you can see Sumato castle and the left is the bus terminal which gives you access to both the north and south of Awaji Island. There's a good choice of local izakayas and restaurants in the area all within walking distance. And you're very close to the beach! The Internet was patchy in the apartment.

- May (3/5): felt so cheated paying $550 for such a nite stay - nothing very rundown..and I paid over $550 just for one nite. No lift and had to carry bags up to the 5th floor. Metal doors and the whole surrounding was very noisy. Woke up several times in the middle of the nite from noisy neighbours. Gave us a kettle with no disposal cups or any kind of cups. The apartment is as full of flying insects. Toilet doors cannot be locked and one of the room has a missing door. horrible

- Kenichi (6/5): - 古いアパートを宿泊施設に改装したものです。建物の外観と階段はとても古いのですが、室内は清潔でした。大きなベッドが２つ、トイレ、シャワー、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、大型テレビがありました。タオル・浴衣、鍋や食器は別料金です。すぐ近くにある有名な海月館のフロントでチェックインし、大浴場を含む海月館の施設を使えます。この金額で洲本温泉の展望大浴場に入れるのなら、リーズナブルです。また泊ってもいいと思います。

- Verified traveler (10/5): 良かったです。 - 当日宿泊させていただいたのは姉妹系列のオーシャンビュー海月でした。こちらのホテルも安価なのに窓から見えるオーシャンビューの景色は最高でした。 別館での天然温泉と露天風呂も最高でした。 朝食も別館でしたが種類も豊富でオーシャンビューを眺めながら美味しく頂きました。 珈琲豆もちゃんと挽いてくれるコーヒーマシーンだったので朝から美味しい珈琲が飲めました。 フロントの方も笑顔で対応して下さったり 前日予約したので喫煙部屋しかなくて(当たり前ですが)入った途端タバコ臭くてフロントの方に相談すると直ぐに笑顔で空気清浄機をお持ちくださりまた利用させて頂きたいです。 お部屋も清潔感がありました。

- Verified traveler (6/5): コンドミニアム島海月に宿泊の感想 - PCでのWIFI接続が不可でしたが、その他はコンドミニアムとして概ね一般的だったと思います。価格も良心的でした。ただチェックインの時にコンドミニアムに宿泊で一室料金だという点がフロントスタッフに認識されてなく、大人二人での予約と言われ一瞬不安になりましたので、事前確認を徹底していただくと良いかと思います。

- shige (4/5): コストパフォーマンスが悪い - 大浴場があると云うのが売りだったので、近隣のビジネスタイプのホテルより千円ほど高かったけど宿泊を決めましたが、特に以下の５点で後悔しました。 ①アメニティが別：バスタオル、ハンドタオル、歯ブラシ、浴衣などが別料金だった ②食器類も別料金：特に使う用事もなかったが、歯磨き用のコップ類も無いため不便だった。 ③暖房の効きが悪い：寒い夜だったので暖房を全開にして寝ましたが、部屋が暖まらず夜中に寒くて目が覚めました。 ④トイレが狭い：太った人には大も小も用をたすのに不自由だった。 ⑤大浴場が別建屋：お目当ての大浴場は、外に出て道路を渡って本館の大浴場を使えるというものであった。 他にも、エレベーターが無い、フローリングのため夜中に歩くときは気を使うなど、
