• Indrek (10/5): Most stylish and friendliest Riad - Blown away stylish and most friendly Riad you will stay at, if you get lucky finding the availability. Everyone there are most friendly and helpful. The breakfast is wonderful with the inner courtyard setting and they really make you feel so welcoming. For strolling down the streets of Medina, this is the perfect location. Such a wonderful experience

• Jo (10/5): A beautiful Riad perfectly located in the Medina - Riad Due is beautiful - very comfortable, perfectly located and well appointed. A comfortable home away from home. The roof top terrace is an added bonus - I highly recommend watching sunsets and sunrises from there. The breakfasts are huge and delicious. I also had one dinner there which was fantastic. The staff, lead by Elena are amazing. Really lovely and helpful, they go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. Elena spends alot of time going over the tips and tricks of getting a round the Medina. Her advice is invaluable. All the important tourist sites are within walking distance which makes this Riad a perfect place to start exploring Marrakech. I cannot recommend this property more highly and will definitely come back and stay again should I return. Nothing comes to mind. I wish I could have stayed longer!

• monika (10/5): Stylish atmospheric luxury - The location was brilliant, in a lovely part of the Medina.It is hard to explain the beauty of this Riad ,which effortlessly combines incredible design flair and also respects it's heritage.It is packed with astonishing design elements and art pieces and also creates a great feeling of luxury. Elena and her team run an exceptional and personal ,dedicated service that is beyond what you would expect. We had supper on the wonderful roof terrace one night.The food was exquisite and the setting breathtaking. The Riad is very quiet and private. Overall a marvellous experience! WE LIKED EVERYTHING!

• Merlin (10/5): Riad Due is a beautiful haven, great attention to detail and design throughout the establishment! - The Riad Due was in an ideal location, a few minutes walk from the taxi rank, which staff escorted us to and from - this was a nice personal touch. The hotel is right in the centre of the Medina, and as soon as you enter the property it has a tranquil and serene atmosphere. The rooms were spotless and cleaned to a very high standard and the decor of each room was unique and stylish. The sound of birdsong in the morning and evening was lovely! Breakfast was superb, the choice of eating on the terrace or by the plunge pool was wonderful. We were given different options of fruits, breads, condiments and a hot food option every morning and gluten free requirements were specially catered for too. Every part of the produce was extremely fresh, well presented, and always brought to us with a smile from Mohammed. It was a joy to be looked after by Khalid and also by the chef preparing us a spectacular special dinner which was greatly appreciated. Elena took the time to ensure all our needs were catered for ie. booking meals in restaurants, trips and privately guided tours and she was genuinely interested in our activities/outings and used her vast experience and knowledge to help make our stay memorable. Nothing was too much trouble it seemed from the excellent attention from all staff at the Riad Due and it felt like a very welcoming family. We didn't want to leave and can not wait to return and hope to see everyone's friendly faces again. There was nothing to dislike - we wanted to stay longer and were sad to leave!

The manager was amazing with so helpful tips and recommendations that made my trip so much better. I arrived with a bit of a cold, and the team went above and beyond to care for me. They even made me soothing honey, lemon, and ginger drinks to help me feel better. It honestly felt like visiting family, but with the professionalism of a top-tier Riad. I can’t recommend this place enough! I only stayed three nights. Not enough to explore the Riad library and the beautiful roof top.

Elena was a wonderful host she went above and beyond with their entire staff to make our stay wonderful. The RIAD is centrically located in the heart of the Medina but ain’t hesitate to stay here is not only convenient but also quiet and relaxing inside. Rooms are uniquely design and very specious. Everything is amazing from the entry to the check in process to the overall stay, breakfast you will feel like a king in our own palace. Views from the rooftop are unbeatable of the amazing Atlas Mountains which during our stay dress in a snow coat which made it extra special. Her small team are equally welcoming and treat guests with great warmth and a real pride in what they do. You feel SO looked after from start to end. Great /convenient location, very comfortable and the bold design provides guests with both joy and tranquility as one returns from the hustle of the Medina. Almost nothing to say here. We visited during a cold snap in December, and as a very minor point for improvement, would have liked the hot water in the bathroom to have been a bit hotter!
• katarina (10/5): Incredible three nights spent in truly fabulous Riad Due! We can’t wait to come back ! - Wow what a truly gorgeous Riad and an even more amazing staff. This was our first visit to Marrakech and we could not have chosen better. Elena is an exceptional manager professional, knowledgeable and super friendly. She answered all our questions prior to the arrival , sorted out our transport twice over given our flight was delayed and things needed to be re-arranged at the short notice . She managed to book us into popular restaurants at the short notice which wasn't easy given the high season. She can truly work miracles and as guests we felt like we were in such capable hands. Dinner on the arrival was utterly delicious and the daily scrumptious breakfast on the most wonderful terrace in Medina was truly a highlight of our trip. If that was the only thing that we did we would have left happy! We must also mention Mohamed and Khalid who were so lovely and could not have done more for us … nothing was too much for them and they did it with the biggest smile . Riad itself is stunning, fabulous design throughout and incredibly quiet so no worries about getting a good night sleep. Inner courtyard with the pool and all the lush greenery is truly beautiful, but the real showstopper is the terrace which is amazing and it is high above other buildings so very private . You don't need to bother going to see the sunset at Jema el Fna… you can see it just as wonderfully from here. Location of the riad is excellent too… walking distance to most of the sights and only a few minutes walk to the taxi rank. All the cool restaurants and caffes of the Medina are in this part. There was nothing we didn’t like… like all Riads due to the architecture and rooms being on the inside there is a lack of daylight however when its million degrees outside darkness is what one wants.

Right in the heart of the souk but so peaceful and serene as soon as you walk through door. A perfect antidote to the hustle and bustle outside. Elena and her staff made us feel so welcome. Nothing was too much trouble and this high level of service and attentiveness really enhanced our stay. Great breakfast, served on the roof terrace if you are lucky. Dinner and lunch can also be arranged by the lovely chef.Would highly recommend. Liked it all.

It is located in the old Madina which is excellent. It wasn’t as functional as we thought - no coffee/tea facilities in the room, no TV, the doors to the bathroom opened right up to the bed which was difficult moving in and out of the bathroom. Also for the price, I would have expected a queen or king mattress not two single beds pushed together.

The riad is stunning—beautifully designed with a peaceful courtyard and rooftop terrace. Our room was spacious and full of character. Elena, the manager, was incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The location is ideal, right in the medina but still calm and quiet. Highly recommend for a luxurious, authentic Marrakesh experience!

Within the soukh but providing an oasis of tranquility and charm. The interiors will make you smile. The colour and originality are stand out. Elenor and her team couldn’t have been more warm and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. The roof terrace is spectacular with a beautifully curated selection of cactus and other succulents. All in all, Riad Due and the team ensured we had the most memorable stay in Marrakesh.

• Melanie (10/5): The Perfect Riad to explore the amazing city of Marrakech - We’ve just had the most incredible stay in Marrakech at the Riad Due - a beautiful, welcoming home from home in the heart of the Medina. The Riad Due is a boutique hotel with 4 stunning rooms, our room was perfect with an incredible morrocan style ceiling and lots of gorgeous design features plus thoughtful touches such as rose petals on the bed and high quality toiletries and furnishings . The Riad is a fantastic fusion of traditional and modern design. Elena and her team made us feel so looked after and welcome. They were on hand to help us plan our trip including advising and making restaurant bookings, and places to visit and shops we might like. The breakfasts were delicious! We also booked an evening meal which was one of the highlights of our trip. The mint tea and biscuits were the best we had. The rooftop terrace has picturesque views over the Medina and beyond to the snow capped Atlas Mountains, and we saw beautiful sunsets from here. Elena and her team were so lovely that we felt like we made friends for life and were so upset to leave! There is no doubt that we will be coming again to Marrakech and we will not be staying anywhere else other than the Riad Due.

I will recommend it to anyone vis - It was beautiful and stylish, lots of space to use and a very happy atmosphere. Elena and all the staff were a pleasure to deal with and always on hand with good advice and a genuine smile. Our room was enormous and very calm, a perfect retreat from the Medina. The location is ideal if you want to be in or get out of the city walls. A beautiful roof terrace was our sanctuary for breakfast and relaxing in the sun. We ate an evening meal on arrival and it was delicious and we had the place to ourselves. Service was attentive but not distracting. I can’t recommend the place highly enough. We will stay again when we return to Marrakech I find it hard to find any fault at all.

Everything was out of this world: our room, the decor, the rooftop terrace, and the beautiful reading room with the library, which featured books about Morocco, and many more by renowned authors. Riad is a place where life imitates art...We were gently awoken by the singing of birds every morning, and the tranquility made it the perfect escape. Riad also has a great location - with nice souks, restaurants and all sights of walking distance. Elena was incredibly welcoming and attentive, offering great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The rest of the staff was equally amazing. We will definitely be returning! • Sandra (10/5): The best Riad for so many reasons - We walked into the riad as strangers looking for a nice break and we left as friends. The Riad is bursting with colour and comfort but also has a calmness that is needed after spending days in the souks and muséums. It has small areas where we could go and relax and have tea and home baked Moroccan delicacies. My favourite was the library.. and I could always find my daughter there. The roof terrace is also bursting with colour and cactus with comfortable beds to lounge on - a real sun trap. The staff, from Elena, who helped us with planning, always had a welcoming présence. She just exuded the chic and vibrant design of the Riad - she fit in perfectly! Khalid and the others were always there to help, to serve tea or just offer a smile... all done with the traditional morroocan kindness and hospitalité. I don't remember feeling so enveloped with such warmth on a trip before. We had dinner in the Riad the first night and I think it was the best meal of our trip. The Riad is right in the thock of the médina but we had help getting to and from the riad with our bags. This was so helpful! I left loving Morocco even more than I loved it before... BTW, the rooms and bathrooms are sumptuous and full of Moroccan style. They are large and incredibly comfortable. Nada.

The staff gave us a tour of all the rooms, each of which was lovely and had its own unique charm. The Moroccan breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay here again.

• Nadia (10/5): - This was a ladies’ trip so we were looking for a quiet and safe place yet accessible to places to visit and eat. What a wonderful Riad! Real gem in the heart of the labyrinthine medina, amazingly quiet yet the hustle bustle is literally 30 secs away. The place is top notch clean, smelt gorgeous, the hospitality is second to none thanks to the team of 4 we met and the manager Elenor gave us so many useful tips from taxi fares to best food, hammams, jewellery, bakery! Also worth mentioning, this place has a lift so pretty handy for seniors/ physically challenged. The decor is very modern with local art used, a very green space and a very pretty terrace with plenty of seating. Breakfast was well made and presented always included seasonal fresh juice plus a home baked item. This is an undisputed 10 out of 10 stay. Can’t wait to bring out the rest of my family! To Elenor and her wonderful team- a big thanks for making our trip so comfortable and memorable!

• Jackson (10/5): Riad Due For The Win - Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. From the start, the Riad's manager Elena went above and beyond to make our time feel special and relaxed. The staff was attentive and polite and left us wanting for nothing. The Riad itself is very impressive. Our room was quite large with a very good bed, large bathroom, and private dressing room. The riad's open-air atrium is like a desert oasis. A small pool is circled by 20ft palms and fig trees while birds dart around between the tall ivies growing up the wall singing. Or go up to their large rooftop terrace where you can take your meals and enjoy the sunset. Breakfast was phenomenal, a selection of fruit, house-made breads, and eggs with the famous Moroccan mint tea. You can't beat it. I'd never eaten anything like egg and lamb tagine before and enjoyed one each morning. Elena recommended her favorite shops in the souks to get a good bargain. The riad's location is both central in the medina and adjacent to new town: you're 10-20min walk from everywhere. We had a great time exploring, trying street foods, acquiring much pottery and brass vessels of all kinds. After every long day of exploration we felt so happy to come back to our riad and crash in our bed knowing the bird would wake us up in the morning.

I love the selection was "unlimited" The staff won't stop offering you something unless you tell them you're already good with what you have. I love how they're very accommodating with all my requests; from nail clippers, taxis, dental assistance, midnight snack etcetera. You name it, and they'll find a way to assist/fix/accommodate it. They really care about you and your stay and I appreciate that a lot. They even sang a "Happy birthday" song to me. No bad experience during my entire stay to be honest.

Breakfast was fabulous - the tea was the best that we had in Morocco and the selection of homemade breads, olives and condiments were delicious! The interior design was absolutely stunning and so unique. The entire riad is so tastefully decorated with high quality furnishings - there is something to look at in every corner and I loved the photographs and artwork up the staircase. The gorgeous rooftop was a lovely added bonus with wonderful views of the sunset. Great location in the middle of everything but tucked away in a corner for some peace and quiet. We felt at home and it was just perfect. Nothing - cannot fault it

• Sumit (10/5): Excellent host and infrastructure, very good location in the Medina - The Riad Due is a spirit of a home with the infrastructure of an excellent and professionally managed riad. It’s a 3-4 min walk from the main road and in the Medina so best of both worlds. Elena maintained active contact with us before we reached and planned out our stay- we would highly recommend discussing your plans with her if you’re unfamiliar with Marrakech. The staff- Atika, Hasan and Hamza were very attentive and keen to make the stay comfortable. We initially were hesitant given the low number of reviews on booking.com but it was quickly put to rest the moment we stepped in the riad- it’s certainly a cut above the rest and has been renovated to very high and tasteful standards. Would have been nice to have more vegetarian options for breakfast, but that’s true for Morroco in general!

It is in a great location, close to the markets and to the medina exit. The food at the riad was delicious and freshly made. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The roof terrace is a great space to relax in. Elena helped arrange a day trip to the mountains which was a highlight of our trip. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for a lovely stay.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Perfect blue oasis - Where to start! What an utterly delightful Riad. We were 4 in our party, taking up two of the 4 eclectic rooms on offer. From the moment we stepped through the beautiful hidden doorway, Elena, Rashid and their team made us feel at home. The inner courtyard has a calm yet enticing style,all turquoise and cerulean tiled planters and rose petals. You feel the weight of the world and the noise and wonderous chaos of Marrakech melt away inside the Riads 4 walls. The rooms are quirky, charming and full of character and detail. The library is full of the types of coffee table books we'd all love to own but somehow forget to buy. Its a bold room, perfect for researching future adventures and Marrakech treasures. The roof terrace has a kitch resort feel, all stripped loungers and palm tree cushions.The plunge pool is cool whilst the smell of rose lingers up from the courtyard to the balcony above. Each breakfast comprised, amongst other treats, homemade pastries and bread, fresh fruit and Moroccan style eggs. There was mint tea overflowing, always accompanied by homemade biscuits and candies. Elena organised different spots for us to eat each night, all of course incredible. There was no too small an ask. Even our tired bones where brought back to life by an in house massage, one of the best I've ever had. On our last night the kitchen prepared a feast which we ate on the roof terrace whilst saying goodbye to Marrakech. Thank you Elena, Rashid and everyone else at Due

• Sudhakar (10/5): - Our vacation to Morocco and stay at Riad Due was by far one of the best vacations we’ve ever taken. Having wanted to travel to Morocco for a while, we jumped on a flight and booked a hotel with no further travel itinerary. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the warm and friendly staff who served us the most delicious homemade mint tea and cookie assortment. The riad itself was absolutely stunning — from tropical plants and the sweet sound of birds chirping, to the elegant and unique decor and stunning terrace. Elena, the hotel’s manager was the reason this trip was absolutely flawless — she took a great amount of time before and during our arrival to help us plan our 3-day stay in great detail and then make reservations. Despite having many dietary restrictions, Elena found the most perfect places for us to eat — both the ambience and food to our liking. She recommended certain markets, gardens and museums we could visit while explaining the significance in great detail. Every morning, we would be greeted by an elaborate and delicious breakfast made by the amazing chef and visit various places recommended by Elena. Each time we returned, the staff never failed to ask us about our experiences, expressing great concern for the comfort of their guests. Overall, staying in such a beautiful and welcoming riad in a country filled with rich culture was an unforgettable experience.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Riads are pleasant alternative to hotels but have less amenities. For those who prefer different restaurant and pool options, Riads don’t compare. However we were after a peaceful oasis from the Medina hubbub and the Riad Due was that. Rooms were large and well appointed. The staff was excellent. Would have liked tea and coffee making facilities so that we didn’t have to get the staff to do it for us.
