The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. The staff were friendly and approachable, especially the receptionist, who provided excellent assistance. All our questions were clearly answered, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. I felt truly satisfied with the service and accommodations. The hospitality exceeded expectations, and I would highly recommend this place to others. It’s perfect for both relaxation and spending quality time with loved ones. • Ofelia (4/5): Terrible - First of all when i booked this placed it says airport transfer included when we got in the airport to get pick up they said that there’s a certain time to do that service so me and family got a taxi to get drop off in the hotel and also when we need to drop off back the airport pretty much not a good service. for sure I’m not going to recommend this property to my family and friends. Second the restrooms is outdated. And on our 3rd day the water tank broke so we cannot shower. Then after they have a sign that they offer to do the laundry so I ask them what time can we drop off and how long to get it done the front desk she said only few hours i received a text that they cannot finish on time so we have wait till next day to finish so horrible only few clothes i have to wait 24hours to get it done.So bad experienced first and last to stay in this property

• Sereisotheavy (4/5): - The receptionist was not knowledgeable! The room had a lot of bugs. The breakfast was terrible. We were given cold foods and had to ask to have them microwaved. Had to walk 15 minutes to a convenient store to get water and snack. The hotel couldn’t give us water when we got in at 9pm.
• John (2/5): - WiFi is not good,very slow internet connection.They charge 900 pesos for a single towel that was stained with soda. The towel only cost 200-300 pesos when you buy it in the store. They charged too much for that.
• MheHum (4/5): Far from our expectation - The worst i’ve ever been. We booked for three rooms,1 deluxe and 2 family room. The deluxe one was pretty and clean but in the bathroom there’s no curtain or shower box. Mine was room no. 14. Bathroom was dirty and smelled so bad. The cabinet sink is broken and dirty so you dont have space for your personal items since the sink is small. There’s only 2 towel racks. And they dont provide a shower mat if you dont ask for it. Ac is old model and very noisy. The beds were full of ants. We asked to change room and we were accomodated in room no. 15. It was in a better conditions but the bathroom were still a problem. No cabinet sink in this one. The door doesnt close properly and there’s limescale and dirt everywhere. The towels in my sibilings room were stained. The breakfast was ok but not abundant. We enjoyed the swimming pool but needs renovations too… The pool ladder were broken… its a shame because the ambiance outside is pretty
• jodivinen (10/5): Great place to stay in Puerto Princesa! - Staff are very accommodating and they provide wonderful service. They have spacious rooms and good amenities. They also offer affordable package tours with very friendly tour guides. This place is highly recommended, indeed! Will be back here.
• 240619Z (8/5): Perfect hotel for a group or family. - We stayed in Rema for 5 days, our overall experience was great and will definitely recommend for those travelling to Puerto Princesa City. First of all, i would like to commend the staff.... they were so friendly and helpful. They were an asset for the hotel, we can never fault there costumer service. Also, the breakfast has great selection which is pre-ordered a night before. The ambiance is nice and cleanliness is observed throughout the hotel. They have a free airport transport between 8am to 4pm. Early check in is available with extra pay, which is in a reasonable price. They have there own power supply once the electricity in the city cuts off, so its a big bonus. The swimming pool is big and sun lounges are available. My only negative comment the time were there, other guest are not wearing proper swimming attire. Some are even wearing t-shirts & trousers and pj's, in the pool and no swimming caps. Although its clearly written to wear proper swimming attire. Then at one stage during breakfast time some guest drinking alcoholic beverages beside the pool. For our 5 days stay we observe all those, then noticed the water in the pool becomes dirty. Not the hotels fault. But hoping they will be more strict in implementing the guidelines regarding guests using the pool. Regardless, we will still comeback in this hotel in our future holiday to Peurto Princesa.
• 738patriciaanng (2/5): AC not working - The AC at number 5 unit is so loud. We asked for assistance in the middle of the night but they can’t provide any solution. I asked for a fan but they said they can’t give any to us because the kitchen uses it in the morning. I mean what kind of service is that, they don’t have alternatives when these kinds of things happen. I really can’t believe the guard declining us for a fan. He was like “you can’t really sleep?” AM I GONNA CALL HIM IF I CAN?! And we have an early tour so we have to wake up early the next day.
• benalynd2024 (10/5): A home of comfort - The room is great. Foods are excellent. I enjoyed much swimming in the pool. The ambience is wonderful. The hotel staff are all friendly. My stay in the hotel is worth the pay. If in case i'l be back.in palawan, i will still choose rema tourist inn.
• Ana Michele (2/5): - Property offered “free” shuttle from the airport but stated it was “extra charge” of 600 pesos because it was after 4pm. Asked for a pillow, was told it was “extra charge.” There was a dirty towel hanging inside the closet when we arrived. The ceiling near the door had some weird, mystery stains that did not look like water damage or stains. The faucet and showerhead was rusted. The water pressure was so low that i had to crouch down to reach the faucet and wash off shampoo from my hair. The breakfast was lacking and I had a dead insect, a mosquito in the middle of my breakfast plate. The staff was not approachable especially when we were ordering from their restaurant. We were not given utensils nor served water. We had to discover on our own that we had to get it ourselves. We were “upgraded” to the family room so that we can have 2 twin beds and the beds looked like kids beds. We were not offered a room refresh nor our room cleaned during our 4 day/3night stay. I do not recommend anyone stay at this hotel.
• katiad660 (2/5): Very bad, we can’t understand how is so well rated - The room was dirty and full of ants, the bathroom was really old and if we wanted to take a hot shower the water would barely come out. The sheets were stained and we had to ask to change rooms because the first one there was no shower curtain’s between the shower and the toilet. Very bad.

• morrowfamily (2/5): Money hungry owners - We booked this place for our upcoming trip but had a change in dates that was out of our control. I tried to cancel the booking through Agoda so I could rebook with the same hotel for the new dates but Rema Tourist Inn declined a refund even though I contacted them 45 days in advance. I then contacted them directly through the Agoda app and they still would not work with us. Very disappointing and just a grab for money with no care for their guests. I booked elsewhere as I was not going to give them another cent of my money!

If you have a problem with the room they can switch you to another as long as it's reasonable. Robinson Mall or sm mall is 8mins and bay walk is about the same distance. Recommend going to karo restaurant for garlic mussels and rice super yummy. Anyways, would stay again.

• adelaidesurflifesavr (6/5): AVERAGE HOTEL IN PUERTO PRINCESSA - Rema Tourist Inn is a pretty average hotel in Puerto Princessa, a solid 30 to 45 min walk to the main area of Risal Avenue or Baywalk area. Close to the airport, you can get a taxi from airport to the hotel, cost approx 600 php,you will need to negotiate. If trabelling alone, vet a trike/ tricycle for around 200 php. When at the hotel, you will need to wait at the front and hail a trike/tricycle mototaxi and pay between 100 to 150 php to get to the main area. There is literally nothing around the hotel apart from two convenience store huts about 10 meters away from the hotel. Also large malls accessible by trike. The hotel itself is overall nice, however more can be done to upgrade the rooms, bathroom area and the clenliness of the pool. Staff at the hotel are nice and friendly amd dont hassle you if you bring friends over. Rooms are dated with a mismatch of furniture mostly of an older type and the room is of a nice size with very cold AC, unfortunately the remote gets jammed and hard to turn on and off. There is only a fridge in the room and no kettle and or tea/ coffee making facilities. Overall good value for money and ok for a short stay. I hope this review is helpful : )

They are very responsive and accommodating, it was easy to set up a transfer from the airport. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. The room is simple, clean, and air conditioned! Love that the shower has a water heater. We had a delicious breakfast in the morning before setting off to explore the area.

Love the pool. 👌 They have a shuttle van (free) to the airport and souvenir shop which is so favored to us. Will definitely recommend Rema Tourist Inn to everyone.

The airconditioning is ample with quiet function and the one ring telephone for calls is something i didnt know was necessary to avoid waking up others

They have a lot of services to offer from laundry to massage with a very affordable price to free transpo going to pasalubong center and free airport transfers Also weve got a 3 hrs extension for only 300 pesos. Its very worth it and we’ll definitely book again. Thank you so much.

We didn't like that they only have 1 hair dryer for the whole facility and they're not being returned promptly by the people who borrowed it. They don't allow us to have new towels unless we replace them with our old ones. Lots of ants inside the room when the AC is off but overall I would still rate it as 3.

• david (10/5): Family gathering in Puerta Princessa. 18 people - Everyone loved the pool, tours picked us up on schedule at the hotel, included breakfasts were good, everyone loved the Puerta Princessa tours. All the young adults in our group said 'best vacation ever'
• Maria (6/5): Super slow internet - This hotel is OK clean but far from the town proper they gave free wifi on the package that never work it only worked for 2 minutes then dead the whole time I was there it's deceiving customer. I will not recommend this hotel.

I really feel sorry of how the staff work with tension management without people skill and good customer skills. Forgot to mention all towels were filthy and with stains.

• Budget inn (6/5): good budget family hotel - Close to everything but far enough away to be quiet. This is a budget hotel so don't expect extras. It is very suited for a country area and staff are a bit slow and not very English conversant. They do organise tours and transport well though. No credit card facilities so be prepared with cash or be driven to an outside venue on checkout to pay the account. You have to ask for room makeup so there's a lot of untold unknowns.

• Agusk (8/5): Nice one night stay - Room was big and clean. Bed are comfortable, but for us a little bit to short. Service was good, nice and helpful staff. Calm and nice place to stay in Puetro Princesa, without noise and traffic jams just around the corner.
