Non of the windows are openable I assume in the summer this would horrible. Kitchen furniture was broken in some places, garbage bin is small no one replaced it during 5 day stay nor there is a way to dispose it yourself

- Odyssey14351684861 (2/5): Terrible, no attention to details!!! - Worst experience ever so far and I haven't even gotten in the door. We booked, we paid, we got an email confirmation. Eric Vogel (EV) team member sent a link to pay taxes and register that did not work day of (this is import as you can't get into your unit without it being completed.) I have been on property for 2+hours waiting to get in from 6:30-9:02 pm at night and the EV team member keeps insisting they don't have an email for me, please refer to my second statement where they sent a confirmation email with directions to the property. Another link was sent to me via text that didn't work and the person who is sending the text keeps sending a text stating that she is sending to my email as well, to bad she keeps sending to the wrong email odd considering she said they did not have my email. So much for being detail oriented. Finally got the codes for access and apartment a since details don't really matter I was given opposite codes for both. Nope not really happening here. Terrible experience at this property so far. It is cute but given several factors like distance to the rail, and lack of attention to details, I just can't recommend unless you have the patience of a Saint or much better luck with a better point of contact. - victoria (7/5): Lugar cercano y muy bien comunicado para recorrer Amsterdam en toda sus puntos de interés. - Muy moderno y lindo decorado, luminoso y funcional en su distribución para un grupo o familia. La cocina bien equipada para cocinar si estás varios días. Tiene muy lindas vistas de la ciudad y es luminoso (nos tocó una unidad interna). La ubicación es ideal, cerca de todo a pie o en transporte. La atención de su personal muy agradable, siempre dispuestos, mención especial a Javier quien nos asistió y asesoró muy bien durante nuestra estadía. La unidad que nos tocó no tenía buena ventilación central y no tenía ventanas que pudieran abrirse (vidrio fijo), generando un espacio caluroso y poco ventilado (le da el sol todo el día). A su vez, el baño tenía una extracción poco potente, sumando lo poco a la dinámica de la poca ventilación. Las camas podrían ser más cómodas, de 3 camas dobles, una sola tenía colchón cómodo, los otros estaban ya muy desnivelados y se hundían.

There is everything you could need for a family with kids like extra pillows, tv, internet, kitchen with utensils, washing machine. The staff is super friendly. Its at a walking distance to central station, ferries grocery stores and all main attractions. Would definitely stay here if I come back. There was no breakfast option but I guess thats what is expected in an apartment.

- MARIA EUGENIA (10/5): Fantastic stay - Fantastic stay! The personnel was lovely, the location was great, just 10 minutes from the station and in front of the ferrys to go to Amsterdam noord. Great equipment for a family of two children, with a baby bed and sofa bed for a small child. Everything necessary in the kitchen. Close as well to the centrum and connected to the trams. Very silent, just by the tracks and couldn't hear a thing. Would have been nice to open the windows.

- Manuela (10/5): - El apartamento limpio, amplio y bien equipado. La situación estupenda, se puede ir andando a todos los lugares de interés, con un supermercado muy cerca. El personal muy amable, especialmente Javier. Nada.

- Julie (9/5): Excellent - Très spacieux le logement pour 6, emplacement exceptionnel, très propre et tous les équipements à disposition, nous avons passé un très bon séjour Les fenêtres ne s’ouvrent pas pour aérer sinon tout était parfait

- LucyWens (10/5): Highly recommend - Lovely views over the river (would recommend river view rather than city view). Very helpful and friendly staff on the front desk. Apartments were clean and comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed and modern appliances. Located a five minute walk from the main station. 20-25 minute walk to some of the main attractions such as Anne Frank House but we enjoyed strolling along the canals. Would definitely stay here again.
