La camera aveva come unica finestra la porta finestra che dava sul cortile esterno. La finestra in bagno ok ma non abbastanza per avere luce in camera. Essendo sul cortile la porta finestra andava tenuta chiusa e con le tende tirate.
- PABLO (8/5): Profesionales muy atentos - La amabilidad del personal, las facilidades que nos pusieron en todo momento tanto para hacer un cambio de habitación como para adelantar el desayuno fuera del horario establecido. No llegaba la wifi a nuestra habitación y la ventana del baño no se cerraba bien, por lo cual entraba ruido y viento. La zona de la piscina es muy pequeña y es el lugar de paso de todos los huéspedes. Es poco acogedora.

Ubytovanie je veľmi ústretové, ponuka viacero užitočných služieb ako možnosť odložiť si batožinu či osprchovať sa. Priestory sú krásne, vkusné, veľmi funkčné. Výborne sme si oddýchli, všetko bolo jednoduché a bezproblémové. Na dlhší čas by to možno už nebolo pohodlne, lebo je ťažšie vetrať kúpeľňu a začne trochu smrdieť. Určite by sa to ale dalo nejako vyriešiť.

The room was clean and fresh and the staff was friendly and helpful. We rented bikes from the reception for 7 EUR per day which was the perfect way to explore the island.

- sabrina (6/5): Posizione ok ma struttura non all’altezza del prezzo e della categoria stelle - Posizione comoda al centro Le camere minuscole, quasi claustrofobiche, zero privacy, al mattino alle ore 7.00 lo staff già parlava animatamente con i clienti e pertanto era impossibile riaddormentarsi. La camera non aveva nemmeno un kit di benvenuto (cotton fioc, dischetti di cotone, cuffia, ago e filo) cosa che solitamente si trova ovunque. Nel complesso camera abbastanza rovinata, poco curata, serramenti tutti sbeccati. La presa vicino al letto non andava nemmeno. Colazione misera e inadatta per una persona che deve evitare il glutine. Prezzo elevato per il tipo di struttura

- Monti Amato (10/5): Encantados - Una belleza los pasillos internos del hotel donde todas las habitaciones convergen hacia la piscina con los muros de piedra, iluminados por la noche, se ve fantástico. También alquilan bici, ebike o moto dentro del hotel a devolver hasta las 22 horas. Desayuno americano muy rico desde las 7 y media de la mañana. El personal muy amable y servicial me encantó. 10 minutos andando desde el puerto. Hemos recorrido varias calas al rededor de la isla en bici eléctrica. Llevamos zapatos de mar por las piedras. El color del agua es increíble. La isla tiene una montaña en el centro donde se refleja el sol al amanecer y atardecer según estés del lado este u oeste de la isla. El personal sabe recomendar sobre la isla. Cuidado con la entrada y salida del hotel porque no hay puerta y los autos pasan muy cerca. Por esa calle casi no pasan autos y justo pasó uno muy rápido cuando estábamos saliendo apurados en la noche. Hay que prestar atención al salir.

- FREDERIC (8/5): Bon séjour à Favignana - La situation, le standing (piscine, chambres etc.) et le personnel de la réception. Le personnel du bar petit déjeuner: accueil déplorable (ne disent pas bonjour aux clients) et un des membres du staff avec un tee short « fxxx you all ». C’est scandaleux vis à vis des clients et incompatible avec un hôtel d’un tel standing. Enfin les femmes de chambre parlent fort tôt le matin sans respect pour la clientèle. Il me semble qu’une reprise en par la Direction s’impose. À défaut la note de 8 pourrait descendre à 5 ou 6.

Wouldn’t go back to this hotel . The island is superb!

It’s clean, modern and feels very comfortable. You can rent bikes at the hotel so that was super helpful. People at the front desk were very nice and helped with reservations, recommendations, etc. It was truly a great stay!

- William (9/5): - The room was very spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The included breakfast was great with a good selection. I was worried about the location being too far away for the town center, but it was great. It very close to a grocery store as well. I would stay here again. The pool was pretty small and we did not get a chance to use it. If there was one family in it, that was enough to occupy it. I kind of knew that going in and didn't really book the hotel for the pool. The beaches on favignana are too good to be spending much time in a pool anyway.

Abbiamo anche noleggiato le bici elettriche e segnalo il pronto intervento di sostituzione bici dopo segnalazione di foratura durante l'utilizzo. Sarebbe utile una ascensore per andare al piano superiore dalla piscina.

Only negative thing I will mention is transfers to port should be included as a courtesy, the hotel currently charges a small fee 3 EUR per person.

- Roberto Rosei (9/5): Relax e cordialità a un passo del centro - Struttura molto piacevole nel complesso. Ho trovato tranquillità e un ottimo livello di accoglienza da parte dello staff, in particolare Cristina, Francesca e Antonio, sempre disponibili e gentili. Ottimo anche il servizio e-bike: biciclette in perfetto stato. Piscina curata e camera doppia con letti singoli comoda e pulita. Soggiorno positivo, consigliato. La colazione, seppur ricca e ben presentata, non era del mio gusto personale. I prezzi del bar per un semplice aperitivo in piscina mi sono sembrati eccessivi, soprattutto considerando che gli stuzzichini serviti sembravano avanzati dalla colazione. Segnalo inoltre una scarsa illuminazione nella zona della stanza con il secondo letto e davanti allo specchio del bagno.

- Arianna (9/5): Favignana=una cartolina! - Staff alla reception davvero molto gentili, posizione ottima a due passi dal centro e dal parto, camera ok, piscina top, aperitivo bordo piscina top, servizio deposito bagagli molto comodo, bici da affittare in loco per girare l isola la finestra del bagno che dà su una zona comune (ingresso di un altra camera). Al check out abbiamo lasciato la struttura molto presto, al nostro arrivo abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile fare lo stesso colazione con un ora di anticipo (avendo pagato la colazione nella prenotazione) e ci è stato detto di sì senza problemi! Al mattino seguente purtroppo il capo sala non ci è sembrato molto gentile, anzi ha sottolineato il fatto di non essere stato informato di questa cosa e l avrebbe riferita a chi di dovere. Forse in teoria ha ragione, ma sicuramente non è stato un bel commento da fare di fronte a noi clienti nei confronti di altre persone del suo stesso staff.
