Brad (10/5): - The hotel we stayed in was great! Everything we needed. However, we booked through Expedia and when we got there Hilton didn’t have our reservation. They called Expedia and they saw where we booked it but had no idea why the reservation wasn’t in the Hilton system. Luckily, the Hilton had a room just like what we wanted available and we were able to get it directly from Hilton at an even cheaper price. We are never using Expedia again, from now own we are calling the hotel directly. It would have been really bad if Hilton had not had a room!

I don’t usually write reviews, but this property was so outstanding and everyone I encountered went above and beyond! I was there for business and was definitely out of my comfort zone. The chef Becky went out of her way to accommodate my husbands gluten intolerance by getting him GF bread and then making bananas foster French toast for him (and the rest of my party). It was delicious and she really put a lot of extra, extra effort into making our breakfast the best we’ve had in a long time. The wait staff was friendly and very helpful inserving us and answering our questions. Sheri at the front desk was extremely helpful in recommending things to do in the area.

818ginaf (10/5): This Is A Great Choice For Downtown - This was our second stay here and from the front desk staff to the cleaning team and breakfast and dinner service, everyone at the hotel is incredibly friendly and helpful. I particularly appreciate the intimate, smaller size of the hotel compared to others in the area. The convenience of being able to park my car right outside the door is another great perk. The only downside was when we arrived, I noticed a man rummaging through a nearby trashcan off the property, and I saw him several times during our stay. While this is beyond the hotel’s control, it's just part of the downtown experience. Also, the French toast was excellent.
Sensenigr (10/5): Another Five Star Stay - I last stayed here two years ago, and it was time for another visit on company business. I am happy to report, that two years later, I still find that this is a five star establishment. The location is great in downtown Mobile, and even better if you get a room with a nice park view across the street. The lobby is cozy, and the restaurant servers were friendly and had fast service. The front desk employees were very helpful as well. I had a room on the 5th Floor, and found the room to be very quiet, and all the furnishings to be in good order and comfortable. Everything worked perfectly. I do wish the pillows were a bit more firm; however, that is probably the brand standard and not indicitive of this particular hotel.

John (10/5): Quick trip to Mobile - Visited Mobile for a cheerleading competition at the convention center, which is about a 5 minute walk. The property was extremely clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. It is located across the street from a beautiful park. The property has a lot of restaurants walking distance. I highly recommend the Loda Bier Garten for a fantastic burger.

621courtneyt (10/5): Nice Location & Friendly Staff - The staff was friendly, always greeting us when we came and went. The room was clean, it faced the park next door. We stayed on the 5th floor. We had no problems with the contactless check in and check out through my Hilton phone app. We used their parking, which is $18 a night. You can also use the Hilton phone app to gain access. You could hear a few loud engines or cars and motorcycles on the street at night but it wasn’t constant to interrupt our sleeping . Great shower and a strong shower head and hot water. Nice gym set up. Good location to walk down the street to bars and restaurants. No complaints.

abbeyhannahb (10/5): Luxury - After a harrowing day of traveling with a teething infant, Sherry the receptionist made us feel like we had come home. She upgraded our room to the most spectacular suite I’ve ever seen. Staff rolled in an immaculately clean pack n play for our baby and my husband and I relaxed with take out from Hero’s sports grille while we watched a free movie. The bed and couches were very comfortable, the room was quiet with a sweet view of Cathedral square and the sheets and towels soft and fluffy. The ginormous bath tub and shower for two made the night extra memorable. We ended our stay with a delicious breakfast at the Monkey Bar where friendly waiters Jon and Sarah took excellent care of us. Sarah even offered to hold our baby while my husband buttered his English muffin. After a cup of twinning’s Earl Grey, I briefly considered moving in permanently. This hotel truly lives up to Hilton’s mission to make every stay brighter and better.
