Cercano al Costanera Center y un entorno seguro y tranquilo. Desayuno bien! personal super atento, amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudarte. Estacionamiento fácil . Una noche no nos hicieron el aseo de la habitación. Se rompió el acceso de llave digital a la habitación pero nos ayudaron en todo momento a solucionarlo.

• Araya (10/5): Tranquilidad, comodidad y confort en un solo lugar. - Muy buena ubicación, muy tranquilo todo. El desayuno rico, lo justo y necesario. Personal muy amable. El jacuzzi y sauna exquisito. Quizás se podría mejorar un poco los "niveles" del piso de la sala del jacuzzi para que no es escurra el agua en toooda la superficie y así hayan más lugares secos dentro de la sala. La infraestructura está super linda, bien cuidada y muy limpia, pero al mojarse todo es un poco incómodo.

• Marius (8/5): Pleasant and comfortable - This is a rather small, boutique hotel. Consequently, the buffet breakfast lacks the diversity of the big chain hotels, but it is nevertheless sufficient and satisfying. The location is fairly good, in a very safe and clean neighborhood and within about 15 minutes walking distance from the Costanera shopping mall. I hate what I hate in almost all the hotels I have been recently: the way the beds are done, namely with the duvet stuck under the mattress.

Window in our room had a crack in the glass. Loved that the windows opened but the curtains constantly caught on the windows. Bathroom area was a bit exposed and didn't really have anywhere to put clothing etc while showering.

• LOUIS (10/5): A well located hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. - The breakfast was very good. The room was large and comfortable and very modern. The staff was wonderful. I lost my cell phone, and the staff went above and beyond in aiding me to contact the provider to get the service suspended and get a new phone ordered. I spend a few hours in the lobby with them giving me aid and assistance. They were wonderful. It's a well located hotel, being able to walk to numerous restaurants for dinner. Honestly nothing. It was a wonderful stay.

It was on a fairly quiet street very close to the main mall and there was a park with sculptures nearby. There was an excellent view from the roof top where the pool was. We really liked the location. Close to some amazing restaurants, pharmacies, laundry services, etc Free breakfast was very limited compared to other hotels I have stayed at. Restaurant also had limited menu. Bar closes at 10:00. Depends on what you are looking for but I saw other guests seeming kind of disappointed at breakfast. Had a little coffee machine in the room that used pods. Only free first day. Stayed 10 days and only 2 free pods???? Bathroom not very private. Only privacy glass doors on shower and toilet separate you from the room. Only one tiny hand soap and tiny shampoos each day. Staff provided more on request but again, a little cheap.

The rooms are spacious and clean, but could do with kettle and bathroom slippers. Breakfast was also good, but could start a bit earlier. Staff are polite and helpful.

Spa muy rico. - Perfecta ubicación si quieres poder ir caminando al cerro San Cristóbal, teleféricos, zoológico, Virgen, jardín Japonés, etc. Pocos pubs y restoranes cerca pero puedes cruzar el río caminando y llegas al corazón de Providencia. También hay bicicletas Uber a 2 cuadras para moverse fácil. El Spa muy rico, sobretodo la ducha horizontal. La vista desde la piscina. Buena atención del personal. La cama que decía extragrande, eran dos colchones juntos y muy blandos. Se hacia un cráter al medio. En geberal todo muy limpio, pero tanto la ducha del baño, como el spa, necesiitan mantención en las griferías y siliconas que se cen con sarro, óxido y hongos. La piscina de la terraza estaba muy sucia. Faltaba ambiente en la terraza, alguna música, y la opción de pedir algo oara tomar. Las reposeras duras sin colchoneta.

La terraza del hotel es linda, tiene buena vista a la ciudad, Sin embargo, no hay personal que atienda, lo que la hacía ver descuidada y abandonada. Además, la piscina estaba sucia con tierra en el fondo. Contraté 2 masajes de media hora cada uno en el spa pero finalmente me atendieron en la habitación y nunca me avisaron. de ese cambio.

• AnotherJamaicanSmile (10/5): A wonderful place to stay - I had two stays at Boutique Hotel Ladera in January and February of 2026. I can't say enough about what a great place it is to stay. It is in a lovely area with easy transportation. The rooms are lovely and kept immaculate by the wonderful , kind, housekeeping staff. I do suggest that you wear shower or pool shoes in the shower to keep from slipping on the wet tile. Every person with whom I came in contact was warm, welcoming and very helpful. Something that made me feel very much at home. The breakfast buffet was fresh and plentiful and everyone was very accomodating. I also enjoyed escaping the Santiago heat at the rooftop pool which has a lovely view of the Andes and the Costanera center. I would like to thank the entire staff for making my two stays so wonderful. I know that should I return to Chile I will certainly stay at Boutique Hotel Ladera.
