I also liked the way you access the building and the room. From the pictures on the website, I was expecting a nice view, but it was actually the opposite. My room was 215, on the second floor, and the view was of an unattractive building. The window was positioned so high that it almost felt like being underground. Not nice at all. I also had to park at the back of the hotel, and it was full of trash everywhere. It looked like an abandoned place.

Breakfast was delicious - lots of variety and food choices. We had room with twin beds - which were comfortable but very narrow. Room ( bathroom especially) very warm.

My room was dirty, hair on the bedsheets, public hair on the table. No staff to help me even though I came in at 1pm, regular working hours. No support. I would not stay again.

- Fabio (5/5): We were overall disappointed by our stay. The rooms are sickly designed, compromising comfort. - We liked the free parking outside, the possibility to enter the hotel outside reception hours using a code, the kindness of a few staff members. The breakfast was overall ok. The rooms were designed by an architect who has probably never been in a hotel room. The bathrooms have a sliding glass door which does not provide any acoustic insulation and which is particularly annoying during the night, because as soon as you switch on the bathroom light, you lit the whole hotel room, risking to wake up the others (it happened multiple times during our stay). The personnel has an uneven training. While some are very friendly at the reception and in the breakfast room, one server was particularly impolite (example: the first day, while she had a cleaning cloth in her hands, I asked her politely to clean our table too and she replied silently by rolling her eyes). The breakfast was also disappointing: lack of variety during our stay, but also mixed quality. The sausages, for instance, were consistently dried (changing the brand would likely solve the problem), but also proposing mini mozzarellas exposed to air is not such a smart food selection (they immediately turn yellow and dry). Having worked in the defense and security business, I also find unacceptable that we were not requested to show our documents during our whole stay. We checked in during the night, but they should have asked our ID's the following day.
