Then, eggs biscuits and sausage gravy the next day. They also had muffins bagels and an oatmeal bar. This was a very comfortable stay... especially for the price.

• 2Alaska09 (4/5): Never staying here again - We've stayed here multiple times with no major problems. This time, we didn't learn there was no hot water until we were getting ready to take a shower before going to bed. We let the water in the sink, shower and kitchenette run and run and run. At best, it was lukewarm. When I inquired at the desk, the nice lady cheerfully said that we needed to let the water run for 10 minutes. Obviously, I was not the first to ask about the water and this was not an isolated incident. We never got any hot water - and we are never staying here again.

(10/5): We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return for another visit. - Friendly staff, saw staff cleaning every time we left our room, which made us feel that the staff wanted to do a great job. I thought it was important to also note that we never encountered any smells that were off putting. Even the hall way smelled pleasant. Also, the room was very quiet. We never heard any other guests or outside noise while in our room. Room temp control reflected actual room temperature and was adjustable. We have stayed at hotels where the room temp does not change despite the control allowing you to adjust settings. We were very comfortable. We also really liked the shampoo, condition and body wash. The scent was very relaxing and the large bottles had plenty for us to use without running out. Breakfast was wonderful, staff at breakfast were fantastic! Bed wasn’t as comfortable as we have had elsewhere, but we did get a good nights sleep. Sofa bed was not comfortable for our 12 year old, but in the future we will book a double bed to remedy that issue. We understand sofa beds are less comfortable the more you weigh.

The only issue was that they didn't have the room available that I paid for so I was offered a smaller room that was still very nice. Although I haven't received my refund from the downgraded room.

Attendees were trying to accommodate situation, not hotel for some reason, by setting up more tables and bringing in chairs. Electric plugs an issue with laptops. Area is a little confusing with toll vs. Non toll exits.

We were able to walk to dinner and back with no issue. Staff was super nice. Only real obvious “negative” was the water pressure in the showers was non-existent. Despite this, would still stay again.

No matter the time of day i was met with a smile and energy and was always taken care of. The only small negative is the cleaning person do not replace anything: toilet paper, dish soap, etc, I always had to ask. But when I asked there was never an issue. I would stay there again.

• BTLT325 (10/5): Super Staff and Management - While working at Hobby Airport I chose this Residence Inn for my stay. The Staff and Management are super friendly and courteous. Any request or concern was addressed and corrected during my stay. The location is conveniently located by many restaurants and access to toll road and Interstate-45 is easily accessible. I highly recommend this location if your in the area. I will definitely return to this location if assigned to Houston Hobby Airport.
• Pynkice08 (10/5): Clean Hotel with Great Service! - While on our Valentine’s weekend couples’ trip, we lost power in our original hotel due to Houston’s snow storm. Our flights were continuously cancelled, so we road around looking for other hotels. Many of the hotels were at its’ capacity, and others didn’t work too well under pressure. However, upon walking into the Marriott, we knew that our prayers were answered. Myra greeted us with a very warm and pleasant welcoming. She understood our dilemma and accommodated us in all that we asked or needed, and I must include that she was very personable. Our studio rooms were extremely clean beyond expectations. We were elated to have come across the Marriott having electricity, microwaveable food, and patience for guests looking for comfort. It was a pleasure staying at the Marriott as my friends and I would definitely return outside of those weather circumstances. Thank you Myra for making our stay worthwhile.
• alisabard (4/5): Disappointing (unless you don’t need coffee or sleep) - The hotel appears nice enough on arrival and it’s a great location if you have to be on the east side of Houston. But we had issues. We were heading out on Sunday morning at 8:40 AM. It’s still covid so the breakfast was grab and go which is fine I guess. Although it’s just an excuse at this point, but I digress. The coffee was out. So I waited at the front desk for 5 minutes until someone finally showed up to help me. She informed me that breakfast was over in 10 minutes and she could not make a fresh pot. (It’s 8:45 now so that’s weird math.) She finally offered me coffee packets for the room and we had to go back up and attempt to fight the cheap coffee maker which resulted in a burned hand and coffee all over the kitchen. Ended up costing us over 30 minutes and we still had to stop and get coffee. Horrible service for a Marriott! Other negatives: The “comforter” is a single paper thin blanket. I asked for a duvet or at least more blankets but never got anything. The AC unit blasts cold air directly on the bed so your choices are to a) get no sleep due to heat stroke (PS it’s HOUSTON) or b) not get any sleep due to gale force winds. I guess it’s a good thing after all the blankets are featherweight. There is a tiny person that lives in the fridge and randomly starts knocking at random intervals during the night. The shower head is more like three machine guns and you have to run around in circles alternating between dodging the water and attempting to get clean. (My mom had a room two floors up and had the same shower head and person in her fridge.) And to top it all off I now have an unexpected $20 charge on my card from them. Which means more time spent calling to get that straightened out. Better not be for the coffee.

• airspeed_69 (2/5): Real POOR Owner/Management Company - NO SECURITY - i was basically living here at the this hotel and had my truck window broken into along with at least five other cars/trucks. Found out Hotel security system does not work so Police Department could not ID the people responsible for the incident. Happened again someone took crowbar and forced back hatch on my rental car. Come find out the Police have been called several times for the same thing that there is a ring that has hit this parking lot several times. I added up the billing from this hotel and my company has spent over $ 10,000.00 for my stay here. I sent a email off to owners/management company (Lodgichospitality) still have not gotten a response back as to why they don't get some security cameras installed that actually work. Cost to replace truck window $ 350.00 Cost to fix rental car - unknow as of now I MOVED OUT BE WARNED DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL Hotel staff was real nice - but Marrott should take their name off the front door
• MarshallLeger (10/5): Always Great! - Stayed here again a couple of weeks ago, and felt right at home again, as always. I love this hotel. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are very comfortable. I’ve been in hotel rooms all over the world, and this is one of the best.
• WorldSprinter18 (6/5): Don't Believe Reviews About No Noise/Soundproofing ~ Very NOISY Location! - This Marriott property was decidedly underwhelming. It is located right off of the freeway and the noise from traffic kept me awake our entire stay. Don't believe the reviews that state this hotel is "quiet," because they are compromised or deaf. The check-in staff were nothing more than that. Their 'Happy Hour' @ 6:00 PM made us very un-happy as the food was downright nasty and extremely sparse. Don't waste your time expecting edible food as that show is gratuitous at best unless you want to stop by for a free beer and bottle of water. The breakfast was nearly as bad. The only thing I wanted was hot oatmeal and it was nothing more than a liquid cold gruel two mornings in a row. Which left only scrambled eggs poured from a carton or some gnarly biscuits and thick grotesque gravy (no thanks!). The breakfast staff let both food and creamer run out both mornings ~ I had to track down the guy and request creamer just to have morning coffee! Forced to have breakfast @ 'Panera Bread' on Fairmont Parkway, a short distance from the hotel, the remainder of our stay. On the positive side: our room was modern, with a new contemporary layout, and very clean as the hotel is only three years old. The housekeeping staff were fantastic and so friendly, we appreciated their excellent service, and left them a tip for having to work on Thanksgiving holiday. A pocket door between the bedroom and sink/bath/closet area would be a nice edition for privacy, but I doubt it will ever happen due to the cost of construction at an economy Marriott brand. Parking was well-lit and the area seemed relatively safe, but it's Houston, so wouldn't recommend leaving anything at all in your car overnight. We will never book a reservation at this Marriott property again.
• NMandBeyond (8/5): Very Clean, welcoming staff - Nice clean hotel, very welcoming staff. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variation. The breakfast attendant was great. My only complaint is the bed was quite uncomfortable. Based on this alone I probably won't return to this location. It was unbearably firm
• TDG65 (10/5): A Short Stay, But Impressed - I stayed at this property for a night in mid-September. As always, let's go Pros and Cons. PROS 1. I arrived very late - around 10:30 p.m. - and the staff made me feel at home after a VERY long day. 2. The hotel appears to be new and modern. It was right off of one of the highways and very close to a Wal-Mart and several other stores. 3. My room was spacious, very clean, and my bed was comfortable. CONS 1. There was construction on an underpass right next to the hotel. That created a detour situation and the noise at night was noticeable. OVERALL-While my stay at this property was less than six hours, I'd would stay here again.

• abandele1995 (10/5): Birthday Getaway!!! - My wife and I drove down from Ft. Polk LA to celebrate my birthday in the Houston-Galveston area. We chose this hotel because of the location and made a great choice. First of all it's a newer, well maintained hotel. The customer service is great, nice breakfast, and again the location! We highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area. And to top it off, there is a young lady at the front desk that can SING!!! She has an amazing voice!!!!
• davidzT3000AZ (10/5): Amazing service - I have lifetime Titanium status with Marriott and as such I’ve spent quite a few nights at one or another Marriott property both domestically and abroad. I must say I was most throughly impressed with the customer service here. It is beyond exceptional. The property is about three years old and is impeccably maintained. There’s a nice outdoor swimming pool and a fire pit with seating as well as two gas grills if you’re inclined to cook out. If you’re visiting NASA this is very convenient and there are lots of restaurants and shops on the frontage road with a few miles.

• NathanG261 (10/5): Amazing! - This hotel is outstanding. The hospitality group that manages this hotel goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is wonderful. Breakfast even seems slightly above your typical Marriott combos so it was nice to have options. The firepit/grill/pool area was a nice spot for the entire family to spend in the evening. The rooms have definitely been taken care of and are in incredible condition. There isn’t any bad to say about this place. They even have a putting green! You may see on a map that it’s next to a major highway in the Houston area and the airport but, like most Marriott hotels, the facility is extremely sound proof so during our three night stay we heard no traffic or planes when in the room. The highway also gave easy access to downtown and Galveston island. Highly recommend for every reason from staff to atmosphere. Great stay!
• grannys18 (10/5): Unexpected stay at hotel. We normally stay with family - Due to circumstances we had to quickly find a hotel. This hotel was a great fit for our vacation. Lovely property. Pool, patio, fire pit area was great! Great checkin and check out experience. Very comfy bed. Food was great. Can’t say enough about the all the staff from front desk to housekeeping. We plan on returning the next time we are in town.

• RMWalsh (8/5): Clean hotel - I am once again on business and this time in Houston. Pasadena is not as nice as the Sugarland or downtown areas but this is where my class was . The hotel was new and clean. The breakfast was super organized and everything was good . Staff always had a smile. The room was spacious , a kitchen , living room and bed , studio suite style. Plenty of drawers to unpack. They have an outdoor pool, fire pit and bbq grills . They didn't have a bar, which is always nice but several chain restaurants like Olive Garden were close . Some guests brought in their own food / drinks and hung out in the common area . It got a tad loud out there i was goad my room was not on that side. It's also right off a busy road so I assume some rooms are noisier than others . I'd recommend this hotel for business travelers.
• joshmO288NM (10/5): Residence Inn Pasadena - Just completed another work week while a guest at this hotel. As usual I had a 5 star experience. The staff is very friendly and professional. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The mixer just tops it off. Christina really makes the guests feel right at home. If you need anything, she’s on it and makes it happen. I will continue to be a guest here as long as I’m working in the Houston area.
