• Linda (10/5): Outstanding! - We were treated with friendliness, kindness and respect. Despite being close to a main road and the railway, we heard nothing! My Mum was from a coalmining family in Yorkshire, so I loved the mural outside. I felt the fans were very noisy, eg the extractor fan in the bathroom and the air con fan. But, I turned the heating off as the room was very well insulated and we didn't notice the cold.

The facilities were beautiful and modern, the staff friendly and welcoming, and the rooms spacious and very clean. Check-in and parking were effortless, and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We were delighted to discover that the motel has a Kids Club and Playground with dedicated supervision. Although the facilities were very new and clean, I wasn’t a fan of the computer games available for children of any age. In my view, a Kids Club should focus more on active play rather than screen time. I would suggest replacing the computer games with additional Duplo, Lego, magnetic tiles, toy cars and trains, and a play kitchen.

Like getting little presents. There were only three Tim tams and I had to give the odd one to my husband. Very rude. (Jokes). The breakfast was extremely slow. I waited an hour and forty minutes for two latte's. Others got theirs before me and I ordered long before them. Was extremely disappointed. Would definitely think twice about breakfast there again.
