- Jessica (9/5): Great stay for Athletics State Championships. - The staff here were very friendly and accommodating to our requests. They even gave us fresh bottled water daily. The bed was also able to be split for my teenage son and I to sleep separately. Very close to the athletics track and walking distance to the strand so if attending for sport, no car hire required if staying here. There is also a bunch of electric scooters out the front for hire if wanting to zip around town quickly. This place is a little small so if you are looking for something with lots of room, this is not the place for you.

The room we received did not match the description on Booking.com: the photos of the booked category clearly show a room with a normal, openable window. Instead, we were given a room with a fixed window facing the staircase. All night long, bright light from the staircase shone through the curtains, making proper sleep impossible. At the reception we heard nothing but excuses instead of real solutions. The only “solution” offered to us was to leave the hotel – which was not an option for us. Our complaint was not taken seriously at all, which is highly unprofessional. This room is so different from what was advertised that it should really be a separate category. Selling it at the same price as the other rooms is simply unacceptable. The worst part, however, was the cleaning staff asking me to get up from a chair in the hallway because she wanted to put her towels there. No guest should ever be treated in such an unfriendly and disrespectful way.

Posizione perfetta se si ha a disposizione l'auto, ma servita adeguatamente anche dai bus. Camera molto bella, parcheggio interno sempre libero, proprietaria super gentile e disponibile a consigliare attività e ristoranti (c'è un ottimo fish e chips a pochi minuti a piedi dalla struttura), rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo.
