- Cymru (7/5): LOCATION VERY GOOD - It can be a tad off-putting approaching Reception via a massage parlor but if you've travelled in VN for any length of time you'll know that is no indicator of worth; in this case, the hotel has pleasant and comfortable rooms, and its location is superb. However, be sure to bring your own bottled water! Water supplied in room is in a carafe.....not sure how safe that is.

You have to go through a foot massage salon to get to the lobby. The rooms are so dirty and the bed is rock hard. We checked out before staying a night. There were stains on the wall. Including ones which looked like sauce or blood. There was a gecko in the room. When we decided we couldn’t stay there they refused to give us a refund Everything. The rooms were so dirty and worn down, nothing looked like the photos. Not worth it even for the low price

- Aze (8/5): Meh - Decent room. Good location. Picked it cause of its proximity to the bus service heading to Mui Ne. Skip the massage place downstairs. Sign stated 230000 for 40 min foot massage. The lady pushed me to do 1 hr instead for 350000. The math is wrong. But I was tired so I went along. The guy who massaged my legs kept sliding his hand and rubbing the front of my lower leg back and forth possibly hundred times. It felt like he was trying to strip the hair and skin off my leg. Didn't even bother massaging my calf at all. At the end when I handed him a 500000 bill. He refused to give me change and said it is his tip. Absolute scammer with zero morals, remorse, or professionalism.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Sleazy Hotel Entrance and in accurate room picture - It's horrible ! Booked 4 nights but didn't stay a single night. The "sleazy" hotel entrance has a few girls to woo customers from massage. I am sure certain people may like it. But it's definitely not for friends and family. The room was old and run down. Very much different from the picture. I decided to withdrawn from staying but agree to pay for 1 night. The hotel side refused to refund the partial amount and Hotel.com did not offer much as well. They just leave it to hotel side to handle with me. Hotel.com should do more since this hotel "should not" be in their list of choice hotels on their website. Total misleading .

- Verified traveler (4/5): Only stay for location. - Location is the best that this hotel has to offer. The room was mediocre upon arrival, and had to request for fresh towels and linen as this wasn’t changed automatically. Rooms need an update and the lift is an antique.

- Patricia (1/5): Nothing "noble" about this place, pictures are far from reality. - - - room lock was not working properly and the manager could not change our room, so we did not feel safe the entire night - room did not look anything like in the pictures (that are probably heavily photoshopped) and was quite dirty (sheets had stains, dust everywhere, walls need repairs and maintenance, the lock was not working, furniture was stained) - the current picture of the hotel entrance/reception is fake, there is a massage salon facing the street and you have to go through it to reach the actual hotel entrance - the overall condition of the hotel was disappointing, it was run-down, poorly maintained, and lacked a sense of cleanliness and safety - going up the stairs, we saw that the rooms on the first floor were not exactly looking like hotel rooms but something else (please be aware also that the hotel is located a few steps away from the unofficial red light district in the city, this is something we wish we would have known before booking) We only spent a very short night here. Due to our plane being delayed, we arrived very late, around midnight, so we unfortunately were not able to find another hotel on such short notice even though we would have liked to leave immediately. We ended up checking out early the next morning.
- Mai (2/5): - I appreciate they moved my stay date to a later time. But the room I stayed was so dark. The lighting was so dimmed plus a dark brown color ceiling make it worse. The air conditioning was not working from the time we checked in around 10:30 pm until 5:15 pm the next day. The night shift receptionist said he will have it fixed by the time we come back but it was still very hot and humid when we came back. I came downstairs to tell him again that the air conditioning is still not working and he looked like he was annoyed by us. We couldn’t sleep most of that night. The room and furnitures are old. My daughter’s knee was scratched by a sharp metal bed frame at the corner. The bed frame is larger than the mattress so it sticks out a lot. We accidentally kicked on it many times. Another thing I was so disappointed is that they don’t even have a scale to weigh my luggages. All my stays at many hotels, they all have a scale for their customers to weigh their luggages. Also the lobby was not at all like the picture. The front half of the lobby is a massage shop. So whenever you walk into the front lobby you will be ask if you want a massage. It is very annoying. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. They need to change the pictures on their website with the current condition of their hotel. The pictures on the Expedia is not accurate. It is so misleading.

There was mold on the ceiling, and the room smelled because of it. The aircon didn't work, which probably caused the mold.

- Anne (6/5): - I have previously commented on this property, we are totally disappointed with Expedia’s description of this place, it was nothing like we had high hopes for, I guess you get what you pay for, but to describe this property as a 3 star hotel, recently fully refurbished is in my opinion false advertising, we wouldn’t recommend this place!!
- Anne (6/5): - This property wasn’t anything like we expected, as depicted in your Expedia advertising, the description wasn’t as shown,for example our room was described as 35 square metres well it was barely 20 sq.mts.,”with balcony” it was barely one point two sq.mts. recently refurbished well we don’t know where,breakfast available ,yes at a different restaurant, spa ? didn’t see one,daily room service? forget it ! Unfortunately unbeknown to us we booked this place before spending the first couple of days,the staff did not speak English, although they were only doing their job ,so no blame on them, most of the blame lies with Expedia for false advertising ,nothing like we had hoped, not recommended.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Good internet. It is an older hotel but seems to have been renovated somewhat. Great location to walk around easily around the city. Close to lots of restaurants - spoilt for choice with all the restaurants in the area. A lot of humidity in Ho Chi Minh at the time of our visit, late October which is the end of the rainy season, and a lot of damp/humidity felt and seen in the room. I booked a room with 'city view' but the view was just hte opposite building wall. There was a small balcony. The room was on the 2nd floor so you can hear the busy city life nise from time to time - note that Ho Chi Minh is a 24hrs city! Request a higher floor room if you prefer more quiet.

Our shower wouldn't drain and we complained once and someone came up to sort it, but it happened again 2 mins later and we called down to reception again but this time no one came to fix it.
