Hussain (8/5): - The hotel is a 3 stars hotel as written outside, staff are friendly, daily cleaning service, in general is good, easy shopping around, only downside for me was the car parking, every time arrive after midnight the hotel car park was full and I was struggling to find parking, had to find another car parking around and pay for a car overnight stay, or try to arrive before midnight to secure parking.

oualid (10/5): staff who were very respectful - What I liked most about this hotel is the staff, who were very respectful, the rooms is clean and its location is good near Wahiz al-Majaz. Breakfast is varied and delicious. The only negative thing is that there are no opening windows or balconies, and the carpets require deep cleaning or changing, due to the unpleasant smell.
CARLOS (4/5): - they advertise this hotel as location in Dubai but really this is located in Sharjah, and is very difficult to move around because is not close to the attractions and traffic get crazy during morning and evening took me almost 1 hour to get from the airport to the hotel around 6:30 pm that I arrived, I don't recommend this hotel if you planning to visit the attractions in Dubai this is more like an area where local people live and that's why get so much traffic. I had paid for 5 nights and only stayed 1 because It was not convenient and I lost my money because they didn't want to reimburse

Too much noise from other room like no privacy and feeling them sitting in my room , there was closed door in wall between my room and other room and it’s making no privacy and noise coming easily!! Hot water stopped suddenly while taking shower and it was soo weak and slow and shower instead of taking five minutes it’s taking 25 minutes!! And no slippers!
Verified traveler (6/5): Good for a brief stay - thumbs up to staff though - My husband and i stayed here for a night as we were leaving for Dubai the next day. I would recommend it for a quick stopover and not a longer stay. The rooms are a bit old and i wasn't a fan of the carpets ( too dark, made it hard to tell if they were clean). Joshua was very professional and helpful. The food was good. Overall, only good for a short stay.
first (8/5): - The picture you have posted on your site for the lobby and all, is nothing close to what it presents itself as today. The furniture in the main lobby, the tiles, and the welcome appearance has a 'worn' and 'tired' appearance. The room is a bit small, esp bathroom. The room furniture is worn and tired, the bathroom sink, shower and hand tools have been updated which is nice. The bed is decent with white sheets and enjoyed the complimentary coffee, tea and water.

Mess of the bathroom, and he informed me that he will fix the problem from the boiler. Hot water did not come, and at midnight after my follow up, the front desk informed me that I have to wait for the morning to fix the problem. I asked to talk to the manager or his deputy, but both were sleeping in the homes enjoying hot water bath.

Shamera (10/5): Great hotel at an affordable price! - Great affordable hotel in Sharjah, close to the Al Majaz waterfront, the souk and beautiful Al Noor Mosque. We chose this hotel because of its affordability compared to hotels in Dubai over the new years period. We definitely do not regret it. It was approx 15 minutes from Dubai international and about 30 minutes to get to the Dubai Mall with a taxi fare of AED70. As our flight arrived early morning, we reached the hotel at 5.45am and was allowed an early check-in by 7.30, which we were very grateful for. We booked a family room which had a queen bed and 2 separate singles and a small bathroom. The room itself was quite roomy for the 4 of us. There is room service available to 11pm with a restaurant on the 1st floor. We did not book our stay to include breakfast, so cannot comment on the food. There is a Spinneys supermarket 2 minutes away as well as a MacDonalds and a variety of other fast food outlets in the area as well as a Costas coffee in the hotel. The service by staff was amazing - always willing to help with any request or assist where they can. Overall, this is not a 5* hotel and guests should not expect such luxuries. However, we enjoyed our stay very comfortably and will definitely return and recommend to anyone interested!
