• Dorian (9/5): Génial - Il s'agit d'un lodge privé au sein d'un énorme (vraiment!) resort fermé, toutefois le check-in se fait comme dans un hôtel normal, à la réception. Le lodge lui-même était très beau, avec beaucoup de couchages, une cuisine équipée, trois salles de bain, service d'hôtel (nettoyage et linge), deux (!) terrasses. Le resort est très joli avec possibilité de faire une promenade tout autour (barricadé avec murs et/ou barrières électriques, une seule entrée/sortie) pendant une heure, il y a beaucoup d'animaux sauvages (singes, biches, hippopotames) ce qui est magique. Le restaurant du resort est très satisfaisant avec pas mal de choix. Le lodge était tout au bout du resort (10-15 minutes à pied de la réception et du restaurant). Le restaurant ferme un peu tôt (21h, dernier repas à 20h30), il manque d'un petit supermarché pour faire des achats de première nécessité.

• Barnhoorn (8/5): Very good - Nice hot water. 3 bathrooms. Krugerpark self is very nice but the unit we stayed in needs cleaning and maintenance. Main bedroom had a terrible smell. Upstairs bedroom sheets had blood stains, fan switch was broken, outdoor chair was broken, dressing table stool was broken. Blankets and scatter cushions seems bit old. We paid R3000 per night and had to pay R1030 deposit.....and I don't think the unit we stayed in was worth this money. The previous 5 nights we stayed in another unit which was absolutely superb, clean and had everything we need. This unit was a bit disappointing.
• Philip (5/5): fair to middling---but the estate and course are beautiful, and staff very courteous and helpful - N/A Lodge is a bit dark and dank, and poss damp smelling. Shower too small and showr head sprays all over the place. Shwer basin/tray was blocked no(or not e nough) signs to the reception--got lost at night

• David (5/5): We enjoyed our stay at the KPL but was disapointed with all the little issues that plauged our stay. - The lodge area itself is very nice. The golf course was immaculate. The activities available were very good for both adults and kids. The maid service was very good. The lodge we stayed in was about as far from the reception and most activities as you can get. The lodge itself was comfortable but had no inverter for when loadshedding occured. The wi fi did not work nor did the phone. The upstairs t.v. also did not work and the a.c. in the upstairs bedroom made a lot of noise, the one in the master suite also sometimes was quite loud but generally got quieter the longer it ran. I have stayed at KPL in the past and none of these issues had occured during the previous stays. Maintenance workers also left their toolbox and supplies behind my car which forced me to move all of it on to the lawn before I could even back my car out of the carport. The 1 gig of free wifi only lasted about 10 minutes even though I only used it for checking email and not streaming anything so I suspect it was much less than the gig that was offerfed.

• Michelle (6/5): In the past we have had excellent stays but this one was not up to the normal standard. - The TV never worked. Reception responded but couldn't fix Towels and linen tired! No chopping board Cheap and difficult to use can opener Upstairs aircon squeaked - couldn't use call for batteries in the remote The control of the guests next door on the Friday night was not satisfactory. Your correspondence emphases the importance of no noise after 10.00pm. The people next door partied and moved furniture all night. We called reception at around 3.15am and they said they would send security. Whether they came or not, who knows the noise went on all night. They did not sleep.

• Candy (8/5): Comfortable accommodation and beautiful setting. - Very comfortable and nicely decorated. The unit was bigger than expected. It was very noisy as the unit is on the boundary fence and we could hear the music from the houses/restaurants outside of Kruger Park Lodge.

• Noleen (1/5): Only slept one night and left. it was not nice - Didn’t like the Chalet, although The resort is beautiful. The location of the Chalet is not good. It had a bad smell to it. Very small for a 8 Sleeper. There were worms and bugs in my bed that bit me the whole night. we checked out the next morning 😡😡 Really pay and scratch 😡

• Jameec (6/5): Pleasant - Location of the chalet by the water. Ducks, monkeys, mongoose and all sorts of other animals. Golf course, swimming pool. It's a great space to hang out with family or friends. There was no sheet or top sheet on the bed in the main bedroom; because we went to bed around 2 am it was only discovered then so i had to look for sheets and make my own bed. It was handled the next day after I had reported it to reception. But the apartment could have been cleaner in general.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Property was generally good. I was very surprised to learn that property rented out to me was not owned by the Lodge management but by the private party. This caused a little bit of confusion.

• Gay (10/5): Great place to stay - Would highly recommend Kruger Park Lodge, The accommodations and grounds are well maintained with an abundance of wildlife mixed in. It is very well located for Kruger National Park and restaurants and shopping are only 5 minutes drive away.
