I booked a "luxury Standard Plus" apartment on booking.com There was a change in management on May 1 and they now call it a "Delux Studio Apartment".: Either way, it is not really an apartment at all. It is more like a small hotel room. There is no kitchen table and chairs to sit at and the cooking space would be about half a square meter if you moved the coffee maker and kettle. then you could use a one burner cooking ring that is stored in a cabinet. There would be no room to prepare a meal anywhere.. It is a nice hotel room but not a usable apartment.

Para 4 personas el apartamento Daisy era muy estrecho, para 3 personas la Hortensia era también muy estrecha. No se veía claramente el tamaño del apartamento en Booking.com. La cocina no estaba bien equipada y mínima. Eso no se veía antes en las fotos de booking. Hace falta un pañuelo y una esponja.

James (7/5): Perfect location. Easy check-in.  - We stayed at Palacio Almagra as a family and found it to be a solid, good-value option in a fantastic location. The hotel is right in the center of the city, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Granada on foot. Overall, the stay was comfortable and met our needs, especially for the price. However, there were a couple of drawbacks worth noting. The hot water runs out fairly quickly—after about two people shower, it becomes an issue, which can be challenging for larger groups or families. Additionally, the shower setup tends to let water spill into the bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient. Despite these issues, the central location and overall value make it a decent place to stay. For the price, it was worth it, especially if you’re planning to spend most of your time out exploring the city. The bathroom setup was one of the less enjoyable aspects of our stay. The hot water ran out quickly—after about two people showered—which made it difficult for our group of six. Additionally, the shower tended to leak into the rest of the bathroom, which was inconvenient and messy.

Hanna (8/5): Świetne miejsce na krótki pobyt. - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Budynek bardzo klimatyczny. Wygodne, duże łóżko. Na powitanie czekała na nas mała butelka wina. Pani w recepcji bardzo pomocna. W szafie dodatkowe koce. Jest nawet deska do prasowania i żelazko. Słabe zaplecze kuchenne - więc raczej nie należy się nastawiać na przygotowywanie własnych posiłków. Ponadto, brakowało stołu, przy którym można było zjeść śniadanie. Wydaje się, że dobrym miejscem na stół byłoby to, w którym stoi kanapa vis a vis telewizora. Ale to oczywiście dla tych, którzy nie oglądają telewizji :-)

Pequeños detalles: la limpieza no es perfecta pero no está mal. Escalera para acceder al ático: no hay ascensor hasta esa planta. La papelera del baño no es vintage solo está oxidada.

It was beautifully cleaned. The sitting area has a small couch, a television, a refrigerator, and a microwave. Some people may need more space than that. I was traveling alone so the space was adequate. I would call it efficient rather than romantic.

Andrea (6/5): Precioso y bien ubicado, pero incómodo para descansar - Ubicación perfecta y limpieza también. Decoración: es muy bonito y tiene todos los detalles. Las camas y el sofá cama, de la peor calidad. El aire caliente (la calefacción funciona con aire) muy agobiante y justo encima de la cama, pero si lo apagabas, hacía frío. El suelo, helado. La habitación triple un pelín pequeña. La cocina inexistente: había un grifo, un microondas, mininevera y una tetera, pero de cocina nada. Acabamos todos con dolor horrible de espalda, por suerte fueron solo 2 noches. Por otra parte, al no haber nadie en la propiedad (estás totalmente solo allí, nunca hay nadie en la recepción) tampoco hay quien controle cómo va todo... la segunda noche hubo una familia muy ruidosa que ocupaba las zonas comunes y los niños no dejaban de usar el edificio entero para su entretenimiento, incluyendo correr escaleras arriba y abajo. Se oía absolutamente todo, tuve que hablar directamente con esta familia, hubiera preferido presencia de personal en la propiedad para manejar cosas así, la verdad.
Concepcion pilar (8/5): - La ubicación excelente Es la tercera vez que nos hospedamos en el Palacio.Las veces anteriores muy bien pero en esta ocasión nos asignaron para dos días una habitación pequeña. Tuvimos que mover el armario porque no podíamos abrirlo ya que chocaba con la cama. Tiene cafetera y hervidor de agua pero no dejaron nada de cortesía para tomar algo caliente. Sin embargo, la habitación que le dieron a nuestros amigos para una sola noche era superior y más amplia que la nuestra, que ibamos para dos noches.

CHRISTOPHER (9/5): A little gem in the heart of Granada - The property is truly wonderful and we have stayed previously in another part of property,the location is excellent right on the main boulevard you couldn't wish a better location a pandora property that is hidden behind the double entrance doors leading to enchanting courtyard, highly recommended. There is nothing which we didn't like just a couple of minor points needed addressing. The fridge unfortunately needs attention, it was set at maximum and froze the liquids, lowered from 5 to 4 setting it defrosted its self..and bottom bottle shelf is broken and cannot be used for storage cleaning products for washing dishes were pre used so we just bought new , but again minor points and didn't spoil our stay of 4 nights .

Buen colchón, estancia y colores agradables. Aparcamiento municipal en un radio de 7-10 minutos. Para mí tenía demasiado “detallitos” en la habitación, pero es subjetivo.

Per il prezzo pagato l'appartamento è minuscolo. In 3 con le valige non ci giravamo. Il letto matrimoniale erano in realtà 2 letti singoli vicini. Peccato che anche le lenzuola erano singole risultando così impossibile avvicinarsi al partner. Sconsigliato per le coppie che sono abituate a dormire abbracciate. Necessita un po' di manutenzione: il portone di ingresso va praticamente preso a spallate per essere aperto, siamo stati chiusi fuori un quarto d'ora prima di riuscire ad entrare. La porta del bagno non sta chiusa e il water gocciola facendo rumore.

Chandrani (4/5): Excellent location But Don’t believe the room size advertised. - The location was excellent. The staff were helpful and polite. They advertise a 25 sq.m room. It’s a lot smaller than that. The bathroom door doesnt shut unless it’s locked from the inside. And it has no fresh air fan. I paid 162 euros per nite for this room. It is not worth even half that amount. The only difference between this 3 bed vs the 2 bed is actually nothing. You pay more for absolutely nothing.

Ana (8/5): Estancia agradable en pleno centro de Granada - De este alojamiento destacaría la ubicación, ya que se encuentra en pleno centro de Granada. La limpieza es buena y los colchones son cómodos. El lobby es muy bonito y tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos una botella de vino. Al ser 3 personas el apartamento se nos quedaba un poco pequeño al abrir el sofá cama (el cual no era muy cómodo), luego las almohadas eran demasiado bajas. El grifo de la ducha tenía dos mandos por lo que el agua salía o muy caliente o muy fría, era complicado regularlo. Durante toda la noche hubo un ruido que simulaba un extractor, realmente no sabíamos de donde venía ya que la calefacción la teníamos apagada.

Demasiado frío en la habitación. Aire acondicionado para calentarla y funcionando solo una de las dos salidas de aire. Suelo muy frío, no alfombra. Cisterna goteando todo el tiempo.

Santiago (5/5): Una pena el olor del baño y la falta de ventilación. - La ubicación es muy buena. Puedes ir andando a todas las partes. Es una zona silenciosa y tranquila. El mal olor del baño hace que la estancia sea desagradable. Otra pega es que no tenga ventilación natural. No hay ninguna ventana a zona exterior. Debido a las pequeñas dimensiones de la cocina esta no se la debería llamar cocina, porque la placa de cocinar está desenchufada en un armario, pero no hay encimera donde ponerla. Es un Office con nevera, lavabo y microondas.
